The IT Management Pit Crew saved me two time in the past 20 days. First replacement of a crashed computer, ordering me a rushed replacement, transferring the old hard drive to my new computer, and allowing me to upgrade from dual monitors to triple monitors. Second, my external E-Book went bad. They picked it up and was able to save the data, transferring it to another external drive. There was a family history of photos, documents, etc going back to the late 1800s. Personal family history that I had spent 30+ years accumulating. There are not enough words to express my thanks and gratitude to Allen and Tony. Bill has a great team that really knew their stuff. Thanks to all at Pinnacle IT Management.

Edit: After talking to Bill he did make good on the situation. Technology can be a blessing and a curse. We sorted everything out, he got me a quote on what I needed. Overall good after getting past the introduction.Edit: I spoke to Bill the owner and we discussed the situation and possible solutions to my needs. Will update as this progresses.Incredibly unprofessional.I called on 3 seperate times and was hung up on. The first time I was hung up on because I think I had a bad connection. The second time I was trying to talk to someone and the person didnt want to give their name, and then hung up. The third time I spoke to a Blake and he talked to me a little bit about the network Im looking to set up. I asked about a ballpark price for a simple setup and he said he was just a tech that does the installs and couldnt give me any prices. I asked if there was a sales person I could talk to. He said yes let me transfer you and hung up on me again.Honestly if Im treated this way before I ever buy something, what will maintenance and repair look like. I will definitely be looking for a better option. Unfortunate some companies believe this is how business should be done. Very unprofessional.

Edit: 2/18/19 - Justin is awesome! Stellar service!All I can say about Pinnacle IT is they are the BEST in the area as far as IT goes! Justin Watts, Alan, and Chris are all amazing, upstanding, kind, prompt guys! Any problem we have-- they are either remoted in immediately or at our business within 30 minutes. Very knowledgeable and they solve our problems (a LOT of problems!!) in a jif!
