I like this place. If you dont have an appointment theres a wait board that seems to be fairly accurate. I generally dont specify any particular stylist; ive used three or four and have always been satisfied with the results. For a simple haircut the price is very reasonable.

Ive been going to this place for years. The last 3 haircuts have been jacked up. Ive had to goto Primetime Barbor Shop to get it fixed. I didnt notice it until I got home. I get a simple high and tight fade. It should of been faded evenly and not lean to one way or the other. One line is on top of my head and the other is on the side of my head. This has happen with different stylist. I wont be going back there.

I called them from my home from over 30 miles away, to ask about prices and if they had an opening. I drove all the way there with my 3 year old boy to get both of us a haircut. It was Thursday July, 26 a little before noon. I believe the lady that was giving a haircut in the chair next to us was a manager. She was doing an awesome job, so I told our stylist to give us both the same cut. We wanted very short on the sides and as long as possible on top. We both have to wear hats now. It looks like he cut his own hair and mine left me almost bald, after Ive been growing the hair on top out for over a year. It was almost $30 plus the 70 mile round trip, just to be mangled. The manager was extremely nice. Our stylist was impatient with my son and seemed to be in a hurry. Other than the one worker, the place was clean, well lit, smelled good and had an excellent location. I do not judge the entire business on one terrible experience and will return in several months when my hair has recovered.

Great place awesome staff I stopped in for my Veterans day haircut they always do a great job. You know i used to wake up on Veterans day go get my oil changed and get a haircut, and my lunch and dinner for the day was taken care of most places dont do it anymore so it was advertised so you could get your oil changed here but you couldnt the store that was doing it was in Springdale supposedly, some places were charging $18 for veterans haircut but you got $10 off for product purchases i dont know many Marines that require hair products its sad this is what its coming to.

This is the best haircut place in Fort Smith for the price! EXTREMELY professional, clean shop, friendly atmosphere & great conversation! They offer massages, hot towels & trending cuts. Candy made my sons 8th Birthday complete with a head massage shampoo.... THANK YOU SPORTS CLIPS! I also did not have the amount of money they deserved for a tip....

Seemed to be a bit rough when getting a hair cut, and I have gotten my hair cut other places. Had burns and a few cuts. Hair cut was decent, but the manners of the employees were a bit immature. Unfortunately my experience was not so good. I will have my hair cut elsewhere.

Ive been going to Rogers Ave for 3 years, Candy is outstanding. I tip well, I pay for extra services. Im a good customer. Today I got a text through their system saying your stylist is ready in 15 minutes. I FLEW down there, got there on time. 45 minutes later (while the screen said 2 MINUTES) Candy was nowhere to be found. She is overworked and this online appointment system is a disaster. Much as I love Candy, thats not gonna happen again because Im moving on.

Ive been getting my haircut at the Fort Smith Sport Clips next to Lowes for over 9 years (7805 B Rogers Ave). Ive always been happy with my haircut and highly recommend the MVP. Sometimes its hard to stay awake during the massaging shampoo. Overall, its excellent service at a fair price with little or no wait.

Husbands beard was only half done but my kids had great cuts! Overall good job

I went to sport clips for the first time today as a new customer they gave me the MVP treatment for free $17.00 was a bargin. Haircut, beard trim, hot towel, massage chair, heck and shoulder massage....and Rita (assistant manager) was great!!!!! in & out in 20 minutes....Only way it could get better would be with an adult beverage & a Cigar!!!!!

We didnt actually receive a haircut because upon checking in I let them know I only had a limited amount of time. They gave me an estimate of a 15-20 minutes wait. After 25 minutes of waiting I still had two people ahead of me and couldnt wait any longer. Kinda frustrating because if they had initially told me it would be a closer to 45 minutes of waiting I could have elected to go someplace else. Unfortunately the little time I had for a haircut was wasted.

I was very disappointed, my son and i had been coming in there, well since his very first haircut and he is almost 4 now. I walk in and sit down no hello, maam maam were closed in a raised voice all the way from the back.Ok, so I have been coming in there about once every 2/3 weeks and I always leave a tip. Ok so it was at 5:59 not realizing the time. But there is no reason for that u could have said hello maam we are closed in a nice way.Plus there was a time or 2 that I had to pay someone to fix the haircuts that was messed up... there..... and I was polite enough. Not to be a jerk about it.....I will not be coming back.

I usually have April cut my hair. She was so busy, I got Casranda to cut my hair.. sorry if i havent spelled her name correctly but she was :rocks,the bomb or any other explixitive you want to use. Im very picky about my hair so I dony kile getting my hair cut.just ask April,maybe every 6 months. My hair looks like I like it!!!!! And I got my hair cut today.In the past that would only happen when April did it. casardanda did a GREAT job!!! Sorry April I have a new stylist!!!
