I recently moved to fort Smith and always noticed how busy it always was. I was so lucky to have such a great experience, and get an amazing stylist named Alisha, she asked me a few questions to better learn my hair and she just went at it and did a amazing job. The color was perfect.....exactly what I wanted, I also enjoyed speaking with the other staff and clients. Im so lucky to find the perfect stylist so fast. As long as I live in fort Smith I will definitely be going there and seeing Alisha from hear on out. If your looking for a great price and a happy environment I would highly recommend.

This is one smart classy young lady. She deserved much more than I gave. I plan to tip better next time. Did not have to make an appointment. The whole crew was great. And very busy with great attitude.

Don’t go here. You pay 20$ for them to completely spaz you out by not doing anything you ask for. It’s really hard to mess up one inch of hair but they are more than capable of pulling it off.

I will never come to this place ever again. I had beautiful healthy hair down to my lower back and came out with an uneven thin damaged looking hair up to my shoulders. I asked for less than half an inch and a few layers. I am really upset about my hair because it took years for me to grow my hair out.

I got the same bad haircut that caused me to try this place. I cant find a good haircut in Ft. Smith for nothing. Guess Ill just give up and grow dreadlocks.

I had booked an appointment for 5 pm. I arrived about 5 minutes early. They had taken walk ins ahead of my appointment. I was told it would be 30 minutes. That was irritating but I said ok and did some shopping. I came back 30 minutes later to be told it would be another 15 to 20 minutes. I had an appointment. I should not have to wait 45 minutes because they took walk ins over my appointment. I ended up leaving without a hair cut. Poor customer service.

Not sure what the deal is with the way people do business a decent cut with few long pieces but the second trip was not satisfactory! Throw the chi in the garbage!! Salons should use brand new combs on every customer!

My 3 year old decided to play beautician and cut spots almost to her scalp, including bangs. We went there to see if there was anything w could do to cover. We got an older lady, 50s Id guess who was great with my baby and did side bangs that help cover.She is great, if I remembered her name id post it. Great with kids.

I usually have a great experience here, and so I went yesterday to get a haircut. For the first time since using them I got a man stylist, and he cut my hair fairly well, but he was extremely rough. He yanked all the tangles from my hair and when smoothing my hair down he practically beat me on the head...my scalp is still so tender to touch today that I can barely comb it without pain.

I told them I wanted 5 inches cut off and layers they took 4 inches off the right side and on left side maybe 1 inch and now it looks like one side of my head has been thinned out never coming here again

April always does an amazing job on my hair. She is the only one that can cut my hair EXACTLY as I want it. I absolutely love this place.

Got what i needed same as supercuts or some other chain hair deal...depends on the person cutting your hair...just tip accordingly and get one you like and stick with it. They remember you took care of them and will take care of you. Did get butchered by a lady once and didnt tip her...she cussed me out the door but Ive never seen her since. Guess that took care of itself lol

Customer service is great, environment is great, and no waiting time. Prices are ridiculous though, and the quality was bad. Some of my hair was longer than the rest, the time was not taken to detail my haircut and make me look fresh. I always have to go home and trim or let a friend finish the job.

Really nice place, and friendly staff. But I have to say that they dont know how to deal with Asian hair (especially the Asian woman who cut my hair even she told me that she has done before). Please beware if you are Asian. It was my very first time visit this place and will be also my last!!!

DO NOT GIVE THIS LOCATION YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! First of all the stylist were fighting over who got the next customer, then I explain and show her how I wanted my hair cut, she begins to mutilate my hair to a point of no return, now I have to deal with a horrible hair cut for a month, very unfriendly staff. I was asked if I wanted shampoo I told her no, she continues to ask me a total of 3 more times. I will never be back. Zero stars

Complete incompetenceI took my son in for a trim, specifically told Jaden he liked the long shaggy style and I just wanted it out of his eyes. What he came out with was a clean cut Justin Bieber haircut. It could not have been more wrong, unless she buzzed his whole head. They must hire straight out of school or other salon rejects. Thankfully his hair grows fast. Will NEVER be back.

I have never been in there for a cut but De staff members linger around De grounds here & there are rude & surprisingly uneducated about skin problems such as lice & scabies & bacterial transferring as I heard one of De ladies in charge from De salon talking about regular guests in McDonalds; a scary thing to think of your beautician. Pretty gross.
