Tac Air is always great. Ive been stopping here for years and I always get good service.

We made an unscheduled stop here on our way from Indiana to Oklahoma due to weather and what a delightful place! Rebecca was such a wonderful friendly face that made our stressful visit so warm and stress free! She was helpful and so professional! So did Chris (I hope that was his name!) as everyone was so helpful, friendly and kind! In a world where customer service is rare, this place was awesome! We ended up spending the night and the fueled us up and tied the plane down. The facility is clean and well furnished. They had tea, coffee, cookies, and all that you need. The bathrooms were clean and well kept. We would highly recommend them! We will make sure to visit their other FBOs as well! We will be frequent customers.

$22 for a passenger drop off and quick turnaround. No fuel, but zero services either. Single engine piston.I use this FBO fairly often for overnights and fuel. This was ridiculous. Most FBOs in Houston or Dallas either would not charge for something like this or at the maximum $10.Wow TAC Air Fort Smith!

The staff were super friendly and knowlegeable. They were funny and talked with us when I was there to see my friends plane for flight school
