Never got to use Jims but I had a semi truck that wouldnt start and called Jims. He was very helpful and jumped right on it with a very fair price. Fortunately we got the truck to start and when I called to call him off he was very gracious. I will definitely call and use him again if I get the chance.

They showed up quickly, were the best price out of 5 places we called, and very kind. They called me several times to give updates and confirm information. They helped me on 5/8/20 after my car broke down on the interstate and had to be towed to the repair shop.
