I was passing through the area and had a tire blow out on the interstate. The gentleman that arrived was very professional and helpful. The spare was quickly put on. He was also concerned enough about another tire that needed replaced, that he made sure I arrived safely to the tire shop who could assist further. I brought my truck here because it was dying. It turned out to be the alternator. They were going to charge me well over $400.00 to replace it. The part itself costs less than $100.00 and takes less than 30 minutes for an amatuer like me to change. They also charged me $90.00 just to look at it. While they seemed really friendly and professional the entire time.The price gouging here is ridiculous.

We had a vacation coming up and a few days before our trip our air conditioner went out! Florida in July with no air and several kids in the van would have been terrible !! The professional staff took the time to explain the situation and then proceeded to diligently make several calls and arrange for quick shipping of the part. Alternator died while visiting AR this summer. They worked to resolve my issue as quickly as possible despite their high workload. We were on a bit of a time crunch as were scheduled to go back home that weekend and this happened on a Thursday. They went the extra mile to work with the manufacturer of the faulty alternator to fax the documentation necessary to confirm that the part was still under warranty. We were home as scheduled and we are very appreciative of all of the work that Gregs guys did.

Needed an interlock prices way to high.They wanted210 plus tax.Cambered customs done it free insulation 70 a month. Have no idea why such a big price difference!!!!!!

Couldnt find the problem w/my truck..

I had my brakes replaced here about 3 years ago, a little overpriced but convenient location to where I lived. No issues with the brake job. Then in the summer of 2016, the a/c went out on my car. Took it to this place, they got it in pretty quick and it was repaired quick. Within a month it went out again. I called them and took it in as it was still under warranty. They claimed the new part they used had a manufacturing defect and they repaired it for free... now it is less than one year later and the BRAND NEW a/c just went out again. I cant trust this place anymore. If I spend $700 on something, it should at least last a few years. Use them at your own risk.

I brought my vehicle in to get it looked at and they charged me a ludacris $90 diagnostic fee. After they did that they told me that they would apply the diagnostic fee to my total purchase. However once i had the money to go ahead they conveniently forgot about that and said that we would never do anything like that. These guys are loan sharks and i would avoid them at all costs

I’ve been using Greg’s for years. They’ve always provided first-rate service. I trust them with all my auto repair needs.

My air conditioner was not working properly and was moving between defrost vent, floor vent, and dash vent. I took the car to a local dealership and they had it off and on for 3 months last summer trying to fix it. Finally we gave up. I took the truck into greggs this week to get the A/C recharged and mentioned to them the vent issue. That was Monday. Today I got the truck back and it’s blowing cold air and vent selection all working as intended. What one of these big dealerships couldn’t do in three months, the smart technicians at Greggs was able to repair in 3 days. This is my go-to shop!!!

My Wife and our two young kids were broken down and AAA suggested we go to them. I called one of the mechanics at Gregs Too.. he was rude and made me feel like I had made them have to work harder. When I finally got my car back they said it was fixed and charged me way too much. By the time I made it out of town and almost back to where we lived it had the same problem. I took it some where else and they fixed it the same day for less than what Gregs too charged me.

Cadillac Deville engine light was on, had them run a full diagnostic and they couldn’t find out why the light was on.. the actual reason is because the car accelerates by itself to 30+ mph without pressing the pedal when put in drive, which is really easy to notice if a person actually drove the car. Any mechanic will notice that. They said they found an engine mount that went bad and said that this may be the problem. Ended up getting a front engine mount installed and ended up being $500+. Kinda frustrated. When I went to pick up the car, the car was dead. I am really nice and give people the benefit of the doubt but honestly i am never taking anything to them to fix ever again. The communication was poor and honestly I feel like I got scammed. It is what it is. Don’t take your car here, that’s all I am going to say and I will definitely be letting my friends and family know about this experience. Next time, actually drive the car. Thanks.
