I wouldnt recommend anyone renting any property where these people are involved. They dont know how to treat their tenants that are actually paying out of pocket, but oh that foresure money (housing or section eight) they love that money. So if you’re paying out of pocket take your money elsewhere that dont value that type of money.I made this review on May 18, 2021. I was informed someone from corporate would get back with me within 24 hours. Lets just say Im still waiting. Called back on May 20, 2021, asked for someone to talk to or email address to send my complaint to. The person who answered was rude told me he couldnt give anyone information out and he would forward my information to the president of Trinity. We will see my next step is Attorney General office. The owners & Trinity need to live out here to understand whats going on. Oh, let’s not forget the District Manager Mandy blocked me from emailing her claiming thats not her email address, which corporate gave me. Then she wants to give me a email address completely different. I thought that when you work for a company that your email address ends with the company name. All the schools & business Ive dealt with does. Im not stupid by a long shot!How long does it take for you to truly look into this matter? I still havent heard anything from this company. Ive put in 2 requests for a air filter and was told they are trying to get some. Really, whats so hard about going to the store and buying some? Yall want rent on time. Trinity Multifamily and the owners are so sorry!

I stayed in the Tanglewood Apartments that they managed, and I really felt like I was welcomed and at home. From the beginning the office managers always treated me with fairness, understanding, and they went above and beyond in helping you when they could. I appreciate their professionalism and clarity in communication. I especially want to thank Mandy Flournoy and Jose who were there the longest and have remembered me by name almost from day 1. Thank you all again for a great experience! The only real feedback I have is the timeliness in communication- sometimes notices were given with same day responses needed, or contact made with the office may not be responded to by the office for weeks. Otherwise, very good.

I have called n called n called they haven’t been picking up the phone at all. I have complained to them about my air that constantly goes out n also its mole in my kids room. They haven’t slept in the there for about a week now they getting sick again. They said they was coming right back but didn’t to fix the mole. I have took pictures n videos of this mess. We currently stay here at the moment.

Had an issue with my apartment flooding. Lynetta Johnson was able to get somebody dispatched very quickly who resolved the issue. Everything was fixed in a timely matter and I was followed up with the ensure everything was taken care of. Very happy with my experience.

I came home from work Friday shortly after 5pm. Immediately called the office to let them know my a/c had went out.He gentleman that answered was clearly upset that I waited until after 5. I work 8-5 Monday thru Friday. So how was I to know. He sent a maintenance man to bring in a small window unit to cool my entire apt. I only have access to open one window in my apt. The rest are not made to open or patio glass doors. So its in the back room and expected to cool my entire apt. But I was patient and waited until Monday went to to the office to ask when they would be here and he stated between 2-3. Well after 4 I started calling the office with no answer at all in fact it rings then hangs up.. And I put in another maintenance request this time inthe app. No call or anything until this morning at 8 only an emailed response stating it will be taken care of as soon as they can. Its been between 92-88 degrees in my apt. For the last 5 says and not to mention how expensive my electric will be next month due to the small window unit running non stop to make sure my sons room stays cool this is ridiculous. I have not EVER stayed somewhere and experienced this kind of complete inconsideration for their tenants. I will say this that this property manager is a new one and the old one was always in top of his stuff . A property manager should take pride In his properties and care for this tenants. ITS THEIR JOB!

This company bought off my apartments and I been calling all day today with no pick up! One they are starting to charge us fees to pay our rent through a app!? and second they sent a notice about some stupid fee that im going to start getting charged that wasnt in my original contract oh and the notice for that fee they sentwas due for that same day. This is ridiculous and i need an answer now!

Air conditioner never worked this summer, yesterday pipes started rattling and one pipe is extremely hot where air conditioner is. Air conditioner is set to off. Afraid it can catch fire or blow up. Made 4 phone calls and nothing yet. Lived here one year. Crossing at oakbrookMaintenance did fix the noise and pipe but still no air conditioning

I been staying at the MEADOWS APT for 9 years. I stayed there because Donnie was a great manger and it was a quiet, respectable, place to live.the last 2 manger didnt care aboutthe Meadow. But I thank God for the service I receive from Mrs.Lynetta Johnson. She is very professional and when you call her with a problem she resolve it right then.she listened to you and care about the tenant at the Meadow. I like the Manger George and the new maintenance man Mrs.Johnson have put over there. They work hard to get things done at the Meadow Apt.Thank you Mrs.Lynetta Johnson for your leadership over the Meadow Apt. Me and a friend went in to see if they had any units available they did not at the time I needed but they were a wealth of information on how I might get help with a problem I had getting an apartment. A young woman named Daisha helped us I was quite impressed with her attitude and competence it was nice to see somebody take a second to help somebody else with no benefit to themselves so thank you River Chase she had a coworker Destiny that was also as sweet as can be and helped.

My name is (SFC Retired) Annie Patton, I moved to Thayer Point Apartments in August 2019. I have since then renewed my leas for 1 more year. I knew that I would not renew my lease due to all of the Maintenance and general appliances issues as well as a lack of leadership qualities from the designated Community Director concerning the issues and concerns of the tenants. I had to reside in with one of my girlfriends for seven days due to my air condition not blowing cold air only heat. My apartment was 80 degrees. I reported it directly to maintenance because I had just moved. Thayer Point Apartments is a Community of Multicultural blend of Army Active Duty Personals, Retirees, Civilian Contractors. In April 2021 there were the same unfamiliar faces of individuals that I had seen before with The Community Director and The Maintenance Personnel walking the property without as well with having them making notations from building to building. The phase 2 project had came to a halt, and more maintenance and appliance issues peaked. One day one of the unfamiliar personnel became familiar. The residents had noticed that the higher personnel had undoubtedly removed and replaced the old staff. In April there was an African American lady with a pad an pen notating that she had aggressively wanted to fix the interior and exterior of the property. This individual introduced herself to me as Ms. Lynetta Johnson from the corporate office. Ms. Lynetta began communicating with the residents through emails, texts, and written correspondence. Phase 2 was thriving, the storage facility has a face not just a frame. The new maintenance crew Miguel is great, and is always visible. They make sure that they leave their notes and give us a time frame if need be. Ms. Lynetta Johnson has demonstrated that she can wear several hats. Change is good and I am glad to finally see it! Ms. Lynetta Johnson has the drive to continue to march even if it means walking in the hot or cold climate to procure the mission and vision that Trinity Multifamily has envisioned for Thayer Apartment Homes.

No matter how well you take care of the place they will still charge you for everything under the moon.Not a good place to have run your property’s or to rent from!When you call to talk to someone about it they say they will take care of it and call you back... HAHA funny... they never do.Good luck to the ones who has fell into the trap. I guess this will just be a lesson learned 🙄

I Contacted Trinity Multifamily to find a new Homebase for when I move into Tulsa Ok In A Few Weeks. Gaby was extremely Professional, polite, and helpful and they got me into a nice, clean 2 bedroom apartment upstairs exactly like Id asked for! I had to relocate to Little Rock fast enough to avoid the winter storms during the last two weeks. The director of the community Ascent at Aldersgate Maria Roy did the best to accommodate to my needs, work efficiently and professionally to help me. Moreover, with a very short notice, Marias son Nicolas came to help us to unload the truck. Maria is literally available being on her cell phone 24/7. She has been in the office during the snowy days this week.This level of dedication and care of people is indeed rare. I am glad that found home at Ascent at Aldersgate.

I have had relatively good experiences with this company since they took over the management of the apartment property where I reside.It was a really rough start for them when they first came in; it was like a huge feud. But I have seen them work with the city and with law enforcement officers to get things back up to code and to reduce certain types of activities that make places of residence intolerable and uninhabitable.The district manager and the apartment manager are easy to talk to and fair. They assist with settling disputes in a reasonable way and are very easy to work with.The corporate office in Arkansas (I am in a Texas property that Trinity manages) is also easy to work with and very helpful.The district manager and the manager of the apartment complex are doing a great job. This is my home and I don’t see myself moving out anytime soon... unless it transferring from a two bedroom flat into one of the townhouses.🤞🏼

I have been waiting awhile now for a response from someone regarding a complaint I have had with a manager at a property and no one choose to do so im not sure if they are covering up for here or trying to hid the fact that this is happening with someone from there staff but I find this to be very unprofessional with this being said I will try on here to see if I can get through to someone but a manager at Village Of Stratford is sleeping with my husband while Im at work if this is allowed from the employees here I wish I would have know that before I signed my lease I have documentation for proof of my claims I have sent 2 emails already for my own records I do not want to post the screen shots online but I will if my hand is forced

I moved into the Meadows back in March and any questions or concerns I’ve had was answered and explained by Lynette Johnson and staff with the upmost professionalism you could ask for by an apartment complex. I spoke with Lynette Johnson on several occasions and she has done an wonderful job explaining the online payment portal to me and made sure I understood different policies under the lease contract that we’re concerning to me. I paid for deposit and prorated rent to move in 1/19/21... upon paying pro-rated rent and receiving the apartment keys, I took a load of belongings to the vacant apartment. After walking into apartment that afternoon, I notice the kitchen had a serious roach infestation! Not only are the roaches all over they kitchen, THEY ARE EVEN INSIDE OF THE FRIDGE! The following morning, I immediately called the landlord to inform her I was not able to move any belongings in due to the roaches being so bad!!! The landlord then had an exterminator come in to spray. That afternoon, after waiting SEVERAL hours for the chemicals to begin working, just to find the roaches were even worse! I waited over night returned the following morning, with same amount of roaches!! I inform the landlord that Friday that I was not comfortable with moving in the apartment with my very asthamstic child, much less 2 children! Landlord then informs me that she cannot refund my money! Being a single mother, working, and a full time student as well, I CANNOT AFFORD TO THROW SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS AWAY! I then begin panicking and spent the last $150 to my name on bombs and other roach killing chemicals and sprays and excessively bombed and sprayed the apartment just for the roaches to not be phased!!!! The following Monday morning, I call the landlord to let her know I cannot move in and can we please work something out to get my money refunded bc we were not able to move in at all! After 2 days of back and fourth and excessively calling the Trinity main office in Ft.Smith I finally was told I would be issued a refund for ONLY THE SECURITY DEPOSIT! This management company is A NIGHTMARE AND THE BLACKOAK APT COMPLEX IN SPRINGDALE AS WELL!!!!! I’m a single mother with 2 children, very very limited funds, and NO WHERE TO LIVE AND THEY TOOK THE ENTIRE AMOUT OF RENT MONEY FROM ME BECAUSE THEIR UNIT WAS NOT INHABITABLE DUE TO THE ROACH INFESTATION!Update!: my deposit was finally deposited! However, I’m not in debt wit Trinity multi family! This is a disgrace!

Currently in the process of moving, giving 30 days notice. I was informed I would have to pay the next months rent. However, we have not been supplied a legal lease agreement in about 2 years. Therefor we are not on a lease. Promptly called trinity about the situation, and was told this would have to be handled with corporate. I then asked if there was a phone number I could call to speak with corporate. I was promptly informed by the woman that she could not give the number to corporate. I then asked how I would get in contact with corporate, and was told again, she had no information she could give to me. Ive lived in these apartments before it was taken by trinity for 7 years, and never have had issues, other than no prompt maintenance or inspections. I would never recommend any complex for anyone that is owned/managed by trinity.

Have had nothing but good things to say about Steeplechase. We chose this place on a whim, didnt have time to find a house so we kind of expected the worst, having lived in apartment complexes before. But I was really surprised. The outside is kept up really well. Management has been nothing but friendly & kind. If we have an issue, maintenance is over pretty quickly and fixes every problem. I was expecting a loud environment but its pretty quiet. They are interactive with residents; my kids loved the movie night on the lawn and pumpkin contests, and were ecstatic about the playground addition. I now see how families have been here happily for a while.

I rent from their apartment complex in Tulsa Oklahoma and have had nothing but problems with roaches,bedbugs,mice,mold,water turned off monthly,no hot water half of the time etc. I have left reviews,tried to contact trinity directly by phone and email,and recently filed a complaint with better business bureau. They want to charge me a fee for breaking a lease when their living conditions are unsanitary. I have pictures of everything. And they still will not respond to my complaint. My NEXT STEP IS A LAWSUIT IF THEY TRY TO TAKE ME TO COURT. DO NOT RENT FROM ANY OF THEIR APARTMENTS.

My daughter is a full time college student. Works very hard to pay her rent and was so excited to have her own place. Nothing works in her apartment - sliding door broken, dishwasher broken when she moved in, toilet would not stop running -she finally went to Lowe’s and bought the parts and we fixed it. Stove does not work. Shower has to be turned on with pliers. She has left messages, written letters with her rent, talked to “manager” who is never ever there and they have made no attempt to fix anything. Now over run with roaches. Such a disappointment. I just can’t believe how poorly this place is run. This is shady hollow apartments. If I have the wrong owner - am happy to take down post. If you are rightful owner, shame on you.

I love being at steeplechase. The management has been amazing . Maintenance is always quick with repairs and we couldn’t ask for a better location! We plan to be here awhile; we love it here. Would recommend to anyone.

This company is the worst I have ever experienced!!! We lived in an apartment in Spiro Ok for 2 years and were not under lease when we gave our 30 days notice. After moving out we received a statement showing that we had a $0 balance with Trinity. About 6 months after moving out I started getting calls from a collection agency stating that I had a balance of around $200 for cleaning fees, they also tried to say that I had left my cat in the apartment after moving out and the cat had used the restroom all over the apartment ( I have never owned a cat in my life so I knew this was untrue). I sent the balance statement to the collection agency and they never called me back about it. Today (a year later) a different collection agency called me stating that I owe over $700 for unpaid rent and damages to the apartment. Again I told them I have the statement showing I had a $0 balance After I moved out, I also have the email I sent for my 30 days notice and I have a copy of the check that was cashed by Trinity for the last month that I lived in the apartment. Also the last 3 or 4 months I live in these apartments I received a text from the landlord stating they I had not paid my rent for those months and I would have to get a photo copy of the check they had cashed for my rent each month. That was the initial reason we moved.

Rented from Trinity for over 8 years. I’ve also worked for an attorney that used to file their evictions. Trinity hires outside companies/workers and then refuses to pay them. Trinity has perhaps the worst leasing contracts in Arkansas, I know because we wrote it for them. Good luck on getting timely repairs, their maintenance is slow and inexperienced. My duplex flooded multiple times from a faulty a/c unit. Maintenance made several attempts to fix it and never completed repair or cleanup. I’ve been wrongly accused of horrible things by Trinity management. I was told by a manager that “I should find another place to live” due to false accusations and slandering. I have specific knowledge of managers working for Trinity that are illicit drug users. Trinity employees are very disrespectful and will take your money while putting your health at risk. I wouldn’t recommend Trinity to my enemies, let alone a friend or family.

I’ve lived at three of Trinity Mulitfamily Property locations. Two in Fort Smith and one in North Little Rock. First, they hire unqualified property management and staff. Also, their maintenance employees are poorly trained. Lastly, they neglect the needs of the tenants. All three property locations had the same issues. Do not recommend Trinity Mulitfamily Property.

Moved into apartment and it rained and flooded my stuff. They had a family move out and they re- did the apartment. New floor paint etc. Moved in it rained apartment flooded. Ugh. No compensation for me having to move and move. They want money. Not willing to make apartment liveable

We have made numerous requests for maintenance during our time in this house and have only had one member of the maintenance staff come since August 2019. The toilet had been leaking prior to our moving in (water was covering the floor), was told in August by maintenance that if what he did didn’t resolve the issue, a plumber would need to be called. No plumber was called. We finally shut the water off to the toilet and locked the door to keep our children from using it. Three separate individuals were all repeatedly notified of our need for maintenance, all of our requests were ignored. DO NOT RENT from Trinity Multifamily.

Im a disabled vet who has lived in the same apartment for years. When Trinity took the property the new manager told me that existing rental agreements would be honored. That went fine for awhile until Trinity removed her (unknown reason). The new managers 1st action was to hang an eviction notice on my door for non payment of rent. I contacted her and got it straightened out, never even been late with the rent. Then they started to illegally shut my power off (I pay rent+electric to landlord). Took me 4 months to catch on the power was being shut off and not just outage. Now Im on the phone with her again as she is trying to tell me my rent has been changed but with no prior notice. I have enough issues to deal with health wise, now I have a landlord who apparently has no problem making things up on the fly. My advice, stay away from Trinity. If they take over your property start looking for a new place.reply to response by owner- please give us a call? I have. Many times. Never get the office its always a 3rd party call center. They walk me through the grind and say you will contact me. You have my number. Havent heard from you. Shocking I know.

I didn’t give a 30 day notice at the end of my 6month lease. They wanted 800 for October and I couldn’t stay there. Called it a “buyout”. Now they’ve turned me into collections for not paying for the 7th month on my 6month lease.. crooked

We did some work at one of the Trinity properties and would like to get paid. The onsite manager is less than useless and couldnt even provide contact information for Trinity.We obtained the contact information however not quite sure who it contacts as phone calls go unanswered without the option of leaving a voicemail, and emails do not receive responses.. I see Trinitys scripted response to several of these reviews:Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. Customer Service is our #1 priority. Please contact our corporate office so that we may have the opportunity to address your concerns. Thank you again for your feedback.If the customer service Ive experienced so far is the #1 priority, how the heck is this company still in business??? In addition how do we contact your corporate office to reach somebody (anybody) so that we may have the opportunity to voice our concerns?I challenge the Trinity Multifamily Property Management to show us that customer service is their #1 priority and provide a phone number that enables us to talk to someone of authority that can resolve issues.What do you say TMPM, are you up to the challenge?UPDATE: We provided Trinity with all of the paperwork they specified and have yet to receive payment. We cant even get a return phone call. I would have like it much more if I could have came back on here to report good news. Steeplechase in Cabot has been a nice place to live. Nice pool, newly redone playground for kids to play on, as well as helpful staff. My only wish is for a larger laundry facility.

These people are terrible. Have sent eviction notices twice in the last three months for rent that was paid EARLY. They got the right one though, because I am going on a campaign. Do not lease from these people and if your apartments are taken over by them, kindly excuse yourself at the end of your lease post haste. When confronted with bank statements and check images from the bank, now everyone is ghost.

This is company and their apartments has one of the worst customer service. I filled out a complaint online and never got a response. I have communicated with the apartment manager about different complaints and instead of her doing her job she never goes through with what she says shes going to do and always has an excuse. On top of that the trinity phone number that they have on their website I have called about 8 times today and no one answers the phone, wont even give a voicemail.
