I called animal control because there was a little dog running around my neighborhood in the rain without a collar and was “crying”. I didn’t know what to do but I felt so bad for the dog so I called animal control and they said they would send someone out soon. I talked to them at 5:55pm and it’s now 9:50pm and no one has come out. I know this may not be the most important call they probably had today but it’s so sad that they weren’t able to make the time to come help this poor dog (might I add, that is now roaming around in the dark)

I had some strays jump fence and get in my yard. So I called animal control and I waited two hours and noone ever showed up before I went to work. It seems like they dont care or they are under staffed.

They took my info around 8am and said they would send someone out to pick up an abandoned pet. Got there around 4:30 and said call back Monday the shelter is full.

Came to location promptly. Took care of situation professionally. Thanks.

Tried calling animal control for four days about stray dogs fighting in my yard and not a single person showed up. Horrible service and horrible city, no one cares at all anymore. If anyone needs animal control dont call youre wasting your time, they wont help. No wonder everyone calls this place Fort Shit.
