While we made a reservation when we arrived we were told they were an hour behind. We arrived 30 minutes early per policy and had to wait an additional hour and a half. A call ahead would have been appreciated as we traveled 45 minutes to ride with 5 kids. We reserved 4 jet skis and only 3 were available. The Florida rain hit and we only got 40 minutes in which is understanding however if they were on time we would have got our full hour in. We grew up in Florida we understand taking the risk in the summer with an outdoor activity but the customer service could have been better. We had a great time while we out…kids had a blast and that’s all that matters!

My husband and I rented 2 wave runners for a couple hours this afternoon. It was a great experience from beginning to end! The wave runners were in great shape. Calvin was super knowledgeable and explained everything very thoroughly. He was also very helpful and attentive! We would definitely come back again!

Had so much fun here with my Daughters for my B-Day. Staff were really nice, friendly, knowledgeable & very helpful for a first timer in Jet skiing like me. Definitely will be coming back.

Calvin was amazing. He was very thorough with explaining the boats operating systems and the area map. Our boat had issues and Calvin was a phone call away. He was professional and assuring via the phone until we were able to get back to shore. He represented the company as if it were his own. He is a great asset to Salty’s.

Saltys is the best! They have everything you could possibly need for a day on the water. No matter what age you are they got you covered, even Fido can come they are dog friendly! This was so much fun!! Great staff. Jared was very polite and Informative helping my wife and kids who have never been on a ski. Kids saw dolphins and had a great time. Then after that we went on a new banana boat! the kids had a blast!! loved being out on the water with the whole family! Great place will be back next time we are in town

Our first day was rained out, but the staff was nice enough to reschedule us in for the following day. Everyone was very friendly. Costa was friendly and knowledgeable when he went over jetski safety. We plan on doing this as an annual event.

We had a amazing day with the family ..however there was a lack of communication on rules and boundaries and if you are not familiar with the area it could really hurt your wallet . So my advice is to ask for rules and for them to go over everything. They was in a rush to get us going and we suffered from it greatly. Customer service a BIG minus

Went on a jet ski dolphin tour and had such a great time!! Had never driven a jet ski and they were very informative and made it so easy. We got to see so many dolphins, it was definitely a cool experience. Highly recommend!

Honestly, don’t waste your money.the actual employees of the jet ski rental area were AWESOME and helpful despite a few hiccups during our rentals.my family was out in florida on vacation and wanted to wrap up our fun jet skiing on the water. our rental ended up being “rain checked” due to bad weather. completely understandable.when i asked the lady on the phone if i’d be able to get a refund since we were leaving the day after she directed me to call the front office. again, she was super sweet and helpful. called the front office, again helpful, said she would be unable to issue a refund and the owner would call me back in 15-20 minutes when they returned to the office.almost two hours later i had heard nothing back and was anxious about getting the $200+ refunded back before leaving. finally i called them back and asked to speak to the owner. after reading several reviews i see that i didn’t even speak to the owner as it’s a man and i spoke to a very disrespectful and rude woman.the lady said the only way to get a refund was if i lived out of state. i explained i lived 13+ hours away and left the next afternoon to go back home. she then switched her story up saying she couldn’t do that, i was lying, and pressuring me into rescheduling. her attitude and customer service was terrible and kept switching up on her “policies”.so not wanting to loose $200+ i rescheduled for 12pm, pushing back my travel plans to get home. i didn’t hit the water until 12:40. i showed up more than thirty minutes early like i was suppose to. one of the jet skis made a horrible beeping noise all the way out onto the water, had the check engine light on the whole time, and never displayed the speed. another one ran out of gas which forced one of the people in my party to miss 20 minutes of our reservation. still haven’t gotten my deposit back.

EDIT: Owner has reached out to rectify the situation!!!We rented jet skis here this past week and were promised a few photos of our group. I have called numerous times only to be told I would receive the photos right away each time. However, I still have not received a SINGLE photo to capture the memory of our experience. If we knew we wouldn’t be supplied the photos we were promised we would have taken our own. Other than this, the experience was amazing!!!!!!!!!! We will be back again in the future!

DONT COME HERE: My family and I were Extremely excited to come to saltys and give them our business. We rented a double seater jet ski for four people (20,19,16,12) and on the website it states to purchase the $10.00 boating license class for each driver. So in total I purchased the jetski rental ($180) for 1.5 hours and 3 boating licenses ($30) after taxes and everything our total was roughly $220. HOWEVER, after purchasing my same day reservation I was shortly contacted and told my reservation was going to need to be push back from 12 to 1. This was due to being low staffed (which was not an issue its covid everyone is short staffed) We arrived to saltys, put down our 300 dollar down payment and signed forms. After all of this was done they proceeded to tell me after the fact. That only two people out my party of four could go out riding on the jet ski because of a no switching policy (not listed on website or waver) I immediately asked for a refund and they told me this was not possible due to it being a last minute cancellation they tried to give me a 6 month rain check but my family is from out of state and it was out last day of our vacation. After receiving a phone number to call to speak to the manager was only told what I was already told Therefore, I asked to speak to the owner. I was told he wouldnt be in till 5, I called at 5:15 and no one answered my phone call. I called today and left my name and phone number and still have not received a phone call. Dont be scammed by this sham of a business. Not worth the hassle.

We had SUCH a fun time on our half day boat trip yesterday. Jerod, our captain, took really great care of us and offered to snap wonderful pictures of our group. He was gracious and kind. He took us to The Cove, a beautiful sandbar with crystal clear water. We even saw a sea turtle and a Manatee!This trip went above and beyond my expectations due to his assistance and generosity. Would highly recommend. Go visit Jarrod and his staff at Saltys. We rented a 22’ pontoon for half a day and had an excellent time. Jarrod and his team are professionals and go over everything with you before you leave. We saw over 8 dolphins during our travels in and around the inlet area and the refueling process was easy and painless.

Saltys was a great choice for some fun in the sun! Jarrod was a great captain. Nice, funny, knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!

First time doing a dolphin tour with my family, bought this experience for my mother’s birthday and we were not disappointed and had an amazing time! The boat ride was lovely, and our guide/captain, Jarred, was awesome too :) I will definitely be booking again in the near future and hopefully we can get Jarred again! :)

A very friendly and knowledgeable. They answer the phone right away and are very pleasant to deal with. We took out a boat last week and there was a slight issue with the motor. I definitely do not recommend this place. When you make appointments they just take your credit card and act like you never made one but have your name in the book. If me and my family could put 0 stars we would. When you arrive you can’t find the office and it is very unorganized. This place is very shady and never waste your time and go there. they just take your money.

We were not expecting to see the amount of dolphins we did on the dolphin tour. The babies were SO cute and it was beautiful to see them in their natural habitat. It was amazing! Our tour guide was so down to earth and very personable. It felt like we’ve known him for years. Highly recommend! Reasonable rates were a bonus! Will definitely be back.

Captain Ed was fantastic! We saw multiple dolphins playing and even a baby with its mama swimming along. Highly recommended Saltys. They took great care of my family and helped us make some wonderful memories.

We rented 2 jet skis on a Saturday and for most of it, it was a great experience. The staff was very friendly, prices are very competitive (at least for jet skis, not sure about their other available rentals), and the jet skis were pretty new and looked well taken care of and clean. Skis were pretty fast, mine was able to keep up with my brothers supercharged jet ski, granted he had a passenger and a cooler on his. My only complaint is the lack of attention on prepping our skis for us to go out on. We rented for half a day (4 hours) and being a rental I didn’t really think twice to ask if it was full of fuel. I figured that was something they automatically checked before renting... We were out on our ride and noticed I had 1/4 of fuel just over an hour into riding so I had to backtrack from where we were and waste 15-20 minutes idling into and out of the marina in addition to getting fuel. The part that made my skin itch the most though was the fact that the staff didn’t really seem to care that I was wasting my rental time coming back and getting fuel instead of being out in the river having fun. I recommend renting from them, but check your fuel so you don’t waste your rental time aka money spent.

Myself and my family had the absolutely best day of our vacation. The jet skis were fairly new and full of gas. Ive rented a lot of jet skis and by far saltys has the best area to ride in. Dylan was a wonderful guy and very respectable! He took pictures of us out on the water while we were riding for free. We will definitely be back.

We were treated with great service from the begining to end of the day! Jarod met us promptly at the pier in the morning & evening to go over all of the safety information & even helped us load/unload our coolers! We even had a slight snafu with the boat engine, which resulted in Dan bringing us a completely different boat & offering us extra time on the boat for our troubles! Highly recommended!

We had a great experience with Saltys! They were able to book us for a dolphin tour on the same day we called (thank you, Diana!) and we had the boat to ourselves. Jared was a fantastic captain - he made sure we saw plenty of dolphins and even gave us a little tour of the area. It was too windy to see manatees, unfortunately, but we had fun watching dolphins. Jared was patient with our kids and took some great photos of the whole group that he shared with us when the tour was over. He is friendly, fun, and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend them and would use them again if we are in that area.

We had a great experience with them. While coming in we had bad weather approaching. They we all there on the dock to help us get in safely and quickly. We will definitely be using them again.

DO NOT GO HERE! This place is very unorganized you can’t even find their office when you get there. They took my credit card information on the phone and told me everything would be set up when we got there then when we went they said they had no reservation for me. Not to mention the fact that they forget to inform you that you need to pay for all the gas you used when you are finished. This was a complete waste of time. After calling around they informed me that this happens often with this specific place. Again, do not go here you will regret it.

Over the phone great customer service. Our trip lasted 10 mins max and was told we would be reimbursed from the owner only to be told later from his wife, we would not only be losing our money for the outing that never happened but now there are damages to the boat… I recommend you do a walk around with the staff IN WRITING before you leave the docks because they will charge you random outrageous fees and claim that you damaged their boat. No notice, no receipt, no details. For a trip of $507.49 it turned into over $857.00 fraudulently put on our account. Do yourself a favor and scroll to the next vendor for renting you will thank me later.

This was an amazing experience! We found Saltys on google and were very impressed! Jarrod was an amazing guy to work with, fun and level-headed. We were new to the area and he gave us some great local things to check out. The jet skis were in great condition and we had a blast. Thank again guys we look forward to coming back again!

We rented a boat from Salty’s. Excellent boat. Very nice people to deal with. Have us great advice on where to go in the Indian River. My son left his headphones on the boat and Salty mailed them to our house. Great people! Nice boats! Definitely will rent from them again.

For my daughters 14th birthday we had an incredible time. The jet skies were great no problems kids had a blast! Great prices can’t complain 10 of us and she truly enjoyed every moment! With Saltys Water Sports the pontoon boat we rent was beautiful, almost new. The staff was very sweet and helpful and they even took what looked like professional photos of our family. I am actually giving a 4.5 star rating. The post quarantine rush created some hiccups with scheduling but they rectified the situation. Jarrod was an amazing instructor!! It was my first time being captain of a boat. His instruction and support left me feeling very comfortable and confident to drive the boat. He was extremely attentive and supportive! My children and I had the most amazing time. We saw a couple of dolphins, explored the inlet, cruised and sped through the waterways, explored islands, and had a blast playing on the sand bar. We had such a memorable experience. We will DEFINITELY be booking with Salty’s again to create more incredible memories.

This place was a rip off we rented 5 jet skis for two hours and they only let us ride for one hour before they demanded we come back. You can’t ride in the ocean, only can ride in no wake areas. They charged me for damages that we didn’t do. We will never recommend this place ever. Save your money this will definitely be a waste of time. Horrible place.

We had an amazing tour with Jared today. We saw dolphins, manatee, turtles, sting rays and lots of birds. Jared was great with our granddaughters. He’s very knowledgeable and friendly. The tour was for up to 6 people and is very reasonable. An absolute must do!!!!

Excellent prices and very nice boats. We’ve rented several boats all sizes from them and they are all either new or almost new. The service is top notch and the waterway is stunning.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We took our 93 year old dad on a double kayak but he had some trouble staying upright in the seat as it was not supportive enough for him.It was a very windy day so rather than launching us from the usual spot at the marina they launched us from the beach across the highway which was much calmer and we really appreciated that. (Go to the circle to safely cross).They suggested places for us to go where we saw birds in the mangroves. They also advised us to leave more time coming back due to the wind and current tide.If you’re looking to support a small local business, give Salty a try! ( And leave Grandpa home 😊)

Water adventure of a lifetime. We live in Fort Pierce and have rented from Saltys Water Sports numerous times. The Jet Skies are new and well maintained. These are our favorites. However, on New Years Day we went on the Pontoon boat in the Indian River Lagoon. Dolphin were everywhere. And we were able to see Manatee. Lots of birds and fish. Wonderful day on the Lagoon. Incredible experience at Saltys Water Sports, we booked a Dolphin Jet ski Tour and it was unbelievable! We must have seen over 40 Dolphins!!! Not only that they had little babies swimming alongside them. Ive never in my life seen Dolphin babies let alone several of them. The Dolphin Jet ski Tour is a must. My kids were over the moon!

These guys are amazing. Top of the line (brand new) equipment. Clean as a whistle. Very courteous and accommodating. They even carried my disabled wife in a wheelchair up from the dock! Better than any other service Ive had in years.

Didn’t even get to the rental part, woman on the phone was extremely rude, in addition to having absolutely no clue what she was talking about.I just had an extremely pleasant phone call with the owner of the company Jon, Where he threatened to hunt me down and kill me like the dog I am I have course provided him with my home address end it open invitation.Stay away from this company I’m sure the reviews are padded being that almost everyone talks about how pleasant the staff is where my experience was unbelievable in how nasty and unprofessional they are.

Would have had a great time on the water for sure as all the previous customers are so thrilled about their experiences with Saltys. Unfortunately, we never got the chance. We had a nice chat with the owner of another rental company but no one from Saltys never even bothered to call and let us know for any delays.
