I have a Honda Pilot 2003 and had my engine and the 4X4 light on in the dashboard. Took it to a reputable mechanic shop and was told that I needed a transmission rebuild cost of $3,800. Brought it here and had a free computer diagnostic done on my car. It was a misfire on sparkplug #4. They showed me which one it was and lend me the tools so I can change it on their parking lot the same day. I tried tipping the manager and all he asked was to leave a decent review on Google. My friends, this store deserves more than a kind review. They saved me thousands of dollars in unnecessary repairs. I highly recommend AutoZone in Route 1 by Midway Road at Fort Pierce.

My husband had his battery changed today by employee named Cooper and was very please and wanted to leave a review. Husband says, he was very friendly, helped me find the right product as well as the best deal on said product. He installed the battery quickly and professionally. I wanted to give him a tip because I was so pleased with his help and professionalism but he refused to accept it. This Auto Zone is now my go to parts store. THANK YOU COOPER!! ~Mike~

Cooper at this store is a complete life saver!!!! Heading out of town and my battery died unexpectedly, unfortunately AutoZone didnt have the right one in stock so I had to buy it at OReillys who refused to replace my existing battery.. took it up to AutoZone and within 10 minutes my battery was swapped and my car was working perfectly!!! So thankful for all of his help today!!

Had a warning light come on...on my car...Went to my Auto Zone close by...Charles W helped me right away...Found out I had a light out...he looked up what kind of bulb I needed...paid for it and Charles actually put the bulb in for me...in a couple of minutes...With a great attitude and a smile...even behind the mask...I was sooo very happy...We could all use a bit more people like Charles!!!...Thanks!!!!....

Went there for assistance replacing windshield wipers. The person that helped me was as clueless as I was. Another employee was called over to assist and between the three of us the wiper blades were changed.

James was amazing, he helped me get wiper blades for my car and put them on and then checked the battery on my car. He was so nice and friendly. I would come all the way back to this AutoZone

Great service just a little pricey.

Worked with Cooper and he was extremely helpful and very professional. He got us the new battery we needed and took care of installation in a matter of minutes. He was very fast, courteous, and we were in and out in less than 15 minutes total.

A couple days ago our son was in a bind and needed some car parts and we wanted to help him out. We moved from Ft. Pierce a year ago and he lives in Okeechobee. Samantha worked with is to help make it possible for us to pay for what he needed and him to pick them up. You do not know how very much appreciated that help was to us and him. This is the AutoZone we always used when we lived in IRE and definitely miss the great customer service from them. Again...HUGE THANK YOU to SAMANTHA!! YOU ROCK!!!

Most of the associates are very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable; however, there was one named Charlie that consistently displayed unprofessionalism. I felt uncomfortable and made it very clear verbally that I wasnt interested in what he had to say. No customer, especially a woman, should EVER feel unsafe because of an associate. Not to mention, I noticed Charlie being disrespectful to other associates, managers, and customers, which made them clearly annoyed, all while being openly defiant towards the manager there at the time. He also caused a scene while arguing about basic car knowledge (which he clearly lacked since he refused to listen and follow through with my request for specific parts). Then, when I began neglecting to acknowledge him, I noticed he got visibly angry: muttering to himself, pacing behind the counter, and throwing his hands around while breathing/sighing loudly. The fact that this worker can openly act like this without consequence is not only unacceptable, but despicable.

Had the part that I needed.

My favorite auto parts store in town! If you visit look for Richard! Very knowledgeable and seems to care about the customer! This guy isnt just showing up for a paycheck. He really cares about the customers and is usally very insightful about how most procedures work in reference to getting the job done!

Always helpful. Took out taillight assembly, put in new bulbs and used bulb grease. No extra charge. Gave me the remainder of the bulb grease packet for future use. Been dealing with this store for years. Never disappointed and never given wrong parts. If they a not sure about part fit they say so and caution to keep part as new so as no problem to return it.

Always have the parts i need

First off ive shopped at autozone for years and i usually get great service but not this time. I askef about a custom application of a specific part that i knew would work i jist needed to see it but was told instead that would have continue to buy the parts online from other places... Ive been doing this for 40 yrs i know what will and will not work but instead of even trying to help me or just go get what asked for was told to get it from online ... what happened to parts guys knowing parts.
