Called for tech to come out and reverse the door to my dryer. Service rep said they had to come out once to determine the problem then go back and order the part - resulting in TWO (2) visits. I had already contacted the manufacturer and found out it could be done and it would require a new clip. So I suggested the tech read the manual, order the part and THEN come out to do the job in one visit. Jetson rep said they dont do it that way. When I said that wasnt necessary - two visits- her response: Well why dont you just order the part yourself. Are you kidding me? Isnt that their job??? I told her Id find a reputable service to do the job on ONE visit. I forgot to add Ill also find another appliance store to provide my tvs and appliances from now on.
