They arrived on time, early morning as I requested and did a thorough and efficient job of pumping the septic and cleaning of the filter. This was the first time that we needed this service and we will definitely go call them in the future. Thank you!!!

They broke off baffle and said I didnt need it. They told me they leave them in bottom of tank. Well. I told them you broke it, you fix it. Well they said the cost was $1900.00 for them to fix what they broke off with shovel. So i fixed it and I will take them to court. Now they will pay me $1900.00 because I dug it up and fixed the damage. If they pumped your tank you best go check your baffle and see if it gone. Shame on this company.

It was time for our regular septic tank drain and maintenance. I called several companies in the area and Dennys quoted me the best price. We bought our home a couple years ago and have never had to contact any kind of septic company on the past. They had a cancellation and offered to give me the slot same day!!!!! The guys came out in the afternoon. The two gentlemen who serviced my tank were incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and straightforward. I am genuinely sad I didnt catch their names. My service agreement is signed JB. I highly suggest their services. They were not only kind, and knowledgeable, but also quick, and efficient. Overnight we had a septic backup and in the morning I called 2 other companies and neither could come out that day. Then called Dennys and the lady said they would be there within a few hours. Prices were competitive and the two guys who did the service were professional, courteous and informative. Will use them again, if the need arises.

Highly recommend this company! Our septic backed up and needed to be pumped out and they were on top of it. The technicians were very professional and polite and went above and beyond by clearing roots that we had growing in to the system. They explained to us what treatments we needed to kill the rest of the roots but were not pushy or rude about it all. We will definitely use them again.

Called All County Septic for service, Dennys contacted me back. Their response was quick and appreciated, what showed up to my house was like a parole officer with an inmate. One worker (Jose) was very helpful in finding the septic the other guy working with him was not at all he was arguing and did nothing to help or assist Jose. He kept complaining on wanting to be there working and kept walking around with a shovel looking up at the sky.

Justin came out to our location, we purchased our house without knowing that if we had a septic or not. They couldnt give us a good answer if we did or not when we purchased it. CONSUMERS BE WARNED!!! Dishonest company!!! Do not use this company! We have had them out twice. The first time in January 2019 they made us pay cash only $235. They said call every 2 years for a pump. Our toilet started bubbling so I called them back out on January 2, 2020. Their new charge is $295. I was told if I didnt pay cash there would be a $40 convenience fee for paying with my credit card so I had to leave the house to go get cash while he was here and by the time I got back he was wrapping up his hose and completely done. The service guys name was Mike. I have him clocked on our Ring doorbell as well as our ADT Pulse cameras, and our WIZE camera hooking up the hose and disconnecting the hose all within 4 minutes! Mike claimed to have even done extra work of pulling roots out. There were no roots pulled out on camera! And how is it possible to pump 1250 gallons in less than 4 minutes??? Impossible! Mike was a real hot head when I asked how he got it all done in 4 minutes. I asked him to show me the empty tank and the roots, he got livid and stormed to his truck to get the shovel, dug up my yard and opened the lid to show me and it was FULL of sewage! He told me that is how it always looks??? I took a picture of my FULL septic tank while he had the lid open. He was so angry that he didnt even bother to put the lid back on correctly and left my yard with a big hole and dirt everywhere and an open septic tank in my yard. He demanded I pay him the cash so I paid him cash and later I called to speak to the manager or owner and spoke to Crystal who is Mikes wife! I got nowhere fast. This company is dishonest! They have been reported to the BBB. Consumers be warned!!!!! I give a negative star review for dishonesty and swindling people. He literally came to my house, dug a hole in my yard, did NOTHING, and took $295 cash and left. Awful, awful company!

They drained our tank and replaced a faulty pump. The pump started acting up and they were very prompt and took care of the problem immediately. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone

They have some of the rudest drivers. I had one that cut me off really bad and when he saw that I slow down to get the number on the truck he swung his truck over into my car. This guy could have killed me.I called the office and no one would let me talk to the owner they said that I have him call me its been a few days later and nobodys called me this driver should not be on the road at all. Hes lucky I did not hit the other car and hes lucky I was going to work. I should have called the police right on this road and had them go after him seeing as the owners never even bother to call me to see what happened

September 12, 2019 showed up on time, Workvery efficiently Jason was our technician and explain to me everything he was doing, I was just curious I would highly recommend them to anybody and I have been a general contractor in Florida for 20 years I only like using the best this was at my daughters house on Bonita Street in Stuart Florida

No complaints for me. Unlike the other guys I tried calling, they actually answered the phone. They showed up on time, did the job quickly, and gave me some good advice. Price was good too.

When the guys came out, they were very thorough. They used shovels to break up and remove the solids and asked for the toilets to be flushed during the job, to make sure it was done completely and correctly. Very professional, and the price was very competitive. Highly recommended.

Secretary called stating the technician would arrive at 2:45. The technician called when he arrived, as I wasnt home. With rain pouring and lightning, he finished the job and you would barely know he was there. Very good customer service, which is sorely missing today. Will recommend to others and use them again.

Customer service in the office is lovely however their payment system is stuck in the 90s making them almost impossible to use if you can’t just stay home from work....

They came out to pump out my septic tank and never pumped out the sludge in the bottom of the tank. They told me this was a normal practice which I found out later was not only untrue but illegal. They left the cover askew and after only 2 days the tank was overflowing again. Stay away from these shady characters.
