My appointment was at 1:00 at 1:15 I was told that I can wait that the person they were working on was more important than me would not recommend ever going there again

I come here to get my lashes done cause the girl who does them do a great job and I highly recommend this place!! They do great nails also Im just not a nail person but the work Ive seen was excellent ☺️

I asked for short coffin nails and this what I got!! I’m so disappointed I’m a former boxer so I hardly get my nails done and when I do it’s a special treat to myself and I’m beyond disappointed. I paid my money and left I didn’t want to make a scene about it but that’s what I get for going the cheaper route. It’s sad because this place so highly recommended😞 I won’t be back especially not to Veronica

The Chinese lady does a great job but the skinny black girl had no design when she did my nails I didnt have more time so I just ps n left

She did really good and it was my first time ever going there also when I get my nails done again I would go there .

I have been coming here for the last three months and I must say I love it! Both Helen and Freddy (husband and wife duo) are AMAZING 👏 they are friendly and updated with style. With the pandemic they take precautions with everything, the masks for the faces, every work area is sanitized after every customer. I enjoy this place and recommend 👌 it.

I went here because of the reviews but I wasn’t happy at all. Their price didn’t match their service.The girl who did my nails. She the 3rd desk down, was watching something on her phone the whole time. My pedicure was ok(she hurt me a lil) but my acrylic nails are the worst. She didn’t take her time and she hurt me so much. It burned so much. It came out bulky and thick and ugly. I don’t like them at all! I really wish I didn’t tip her, that’s how bad it was.

I want to go anywhere else but very professional

I love Helen, she has been doing my nails for over 10+years. They are very down to earth and also up to date on all styles. I am able to show her a pic and shell execute them EXACTLY how i wanted them every time. All the staff is friendly and professional and very talented. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP for anyone who is in the area.

This nail salon is BY FAR the most unprofessional salon I’ve been into. Veronica does a good job at her work but her customer service is very unpleasant. She did my nails for my birthday weekend and the same day two of the glitter nails came off I immediately called and text to see if she could fix it but no reply. I had to drive 30 min to get them fixed by the owner. It’s hard to contact her to schedule an appointment, and she made me feel like I’m an inconvenience the 2 times I I went to her. Long story short, I walked out the second time I couldn’t take the disrespect any more.

Would not recommend . 1st time I came I believe it was the owner that did my nails . She did a good job however did not seem to have time to do my toes and was rushing.Decided to give place a try 2nd time and the owner declined service due to my daughter being with me who I had strapped in her stroller. She has two daughters herself that I’ve seen at the shop the 1st time I came. She do not cater to the customer

I love Medusa’s work. First time I came in I thought she had an attitude but she’s super relaxed and talented. DONT BE FOOLED.!! I definitely recommend!!

Have been going here since middle school the first time ever getting my nails done till when i have time to get them done! Hands down one of the best nail salons in treasure coast area! They do very professional amazing nails toes eye brows ect.. Would highly recommend pro nails to everyone!

I went to pro nails after seeing @_medusa__ on Instagram & thinking her work was incredible. I was wrong. I’ve never had such a terrible set done. She was very rude, terrible customer service and I didn’t even get a decent set of nails for the $70 I paid.

My nails dont pop off when I go here.

Ive been going to Pro Nails for years before their owners that has it now I love the way the guy do my feet wasnt so happy about the nails I think it should be a cut off time for appointments because walk-ins come in and theyre waiting the appointments are constantly coming and walk -ins are waiting longer they got to get more organized I go early in the morning soon as the doors open cuz the wait is ridiculous

Management is amazing . Very professional and family friendly. Staff does amazing work.. would highly recommend

This place is nasty! They do not sanitize the equipment!!! They reuse dirty nail files over and over again!!! The equipment is so nasty and dusty! This is how people get infections!!! I do not recommend this place! People pay to much money to get their nail done for this place to be nasty! Clean and sanitize y’all equipment ASAP!!!! And use a SWIFFER DUSTER!!!

Wish I could have given 0 stars. Asked for coffin tips did not get them. Nails are uneven and NOT what I asked for. And had the AUDACITY to charge an arm and a leg. Not to mention the shop is dirty and dusty. Shame on y’all.

Yesterday was my birthday and me and my BFF came to get are nails done.i got my nails done by the Mexican lady with the mohawk.frist off she didnt get the the color off my nails then she cut my real nail.i didnt want short nails and she did what she wanted to.this is the second time she messed up my nails.i work hard for my money and to just give it to her like that no way .I will not be going to this nail salon over again

One star is only because i have to. I walked into salon and no customets were in the salon the employee asked what i wanted i said a full set and she told me it would be a 30 minute wait. Confused i sat down and quickly realized the employees were doing each orhers nails followed by looks and snickers with lauging being cast my way. NO WAY are they going to get my hard earned money. I quickly left.

Ive been a customer here for about 20 years same owners, lots of upgrade, same great service.

Since moving from Broward I would go to Jensen Beach to get my nails done because I really couldnt find anyone in Fort Pierce, I walked in on Memorial Day and Freddy took care of me. I was so pleased with his customer service and even to this day my nails are still intact I had to push my appointment back another week.

Service was horrible (Helen) the nail tech lead me to believe she knew how to do the style and design I asked for when I let her know I did not like what she did she caught a attitude horrible first experience never again

That paris chic is one unpleasant rude thing. Everyone else seemed so bubbly and kind. I brought my god daughter here (14yr old) whom she was very condescending to..a child who told you it was her first time getting her nails done. She asked this paris thing will she cut her nails shorter (remember she told hell this was her first pedi) she looked up and said duh ..lol..just ignorant. I would suggest if you must attend this shop to avoid this specific nail technician. As for me and my money we will not be returning

I took my daughters here to get their nails done for the first time..the black girl named Paris is very rude and unprofessional whom stayed on her phone. Everyone else was very friendly . Unfortunately due to Paris we will NOT be returning. I refuse to spend my hard earned money with anyone who act as if me paying you for your service is a bother.

0 stars I’m new to the ft Pierce area came into this place and was not greeted had to tell the lady Helen what I wanted which was a pedicure long story short ended up leaving because they need to work on their customer service when customers come in they should be greeted asked what service there looking for and told to pick a color and should be told a wait time I’m here at fancy nails and there def professional
