Michael helped me design mens ring. He then built it out of my recently deceased wifes engagement ring and both our wedding bands combined. It is spectacular. Now I know why he was the jeweler she always used. Thank you Michael!

New to the area, needed an old ring cleaned buffed and resized. Took it to Michaels, very pleased, So when I ran across an old chain and bracelet, white/yellow gold (30 years old) It was in such bad shape I didnt think I good salvage it. I had a horrible experience with this business due to poor customer service. In particular, a female Staff member was extremely rude, very condescending, and acerbic . All, I wanted was to have several charms soldered onto a charm bracelet. The entire experience from drop-off to pickup was a total fiasco. I suggest that if you don’t want to deal with the “Karen’s and Kyles” in this world-spend your money with another jeweler.

I have been doing business at Michaels for years. I bought a bracelet on April 8, 2021 and on April 16, 2021 I wanted to exchange it for a store credit. They refused to let me exchange it. I will no longer be doing business with Michaels Jewelry.

My husband and I moved here from Miami almost 4 years ago. He sent me one day to get a new battery for his watch and a necklace to be cleaned. (They clean jewelry too better than any high-end jewelry store btw). When me and my sis in law walked in; OMG we were in love and hooked with the rare jewelry options they have and they OFFER layaway too!!! I have been coming here ever since.But the main reason Im finally leaving a review is because one day I went in for jewelry cleaning and asked them by any chance do you guys make custom jewelry? Long story short my husband is a hard working man. When we met I was at the lowest point in my life. Divorced 3 boys and my ex was/still is just as resentful as when I left him 8yrs ago. He not only accepted my situation, put my ex in check and as a man he took care of us and we are a happy blended family.For them to literally make a design that I envision in my mind and make it real is something shocking; its emotional. My husband proposed to me over a year ago. The ring he bought me was stunning however it was the wrong size. I took it to a generic mall kiosk jeweler to save money and had it resized. After having the ring returned, I noticed the stone was a little crooked and the prongs placed wrong. I dealt with it because we were focusing on our wedding and I didnt have time to fix it.Fast forward to last week when I snagged the ring on a wet knitted blanket while doing laundry and felt that the stone had become loose. Not wanting to deal with another jeweler, I complained to my brother who was over at the time and he exclaimed I can fix it!... he could not. He damaged the ring to what I thought was beyond repair. I nearly cried when I showed it to my husband.He looked online and found Michaels Jewelers near by. I begged him not to go because it would be expensive. He went anyway. One day later and my husband comes home from work, grabs my hand and places the ring back on my finger.Holy smokes! I dont know what you guys did to my ring, or what kind of fairy pixie magic you used to repair the severely damaged prongs, or how on earth the work you did was so affordable, but my goodness, this ring was returned to my husband and I in better shape than we originally bought it in! It sparkles better than I have ever seen it and even my husband said it was distracting him while he was driving. I didnt even notice until a little later that you even replaced a tiny side stone that had gone missing.I now have to update old engagement photos to showcase the real beauty of this ring thanks to you! Ive fallen in love with it all over again. Almost forgot that Im already married and not engaged. I have learned my lesson. For as long as I live here, if I ever need my ring repaired again (which is unlikely with a well of a job you did) I will forever and always return to your store! From the bottom of my heart, thank you guys so very much.(Seriously, its sooo sparkly!)P.S. You guys also saved my brothers life.

Had a lot of beautiful pieces made by them. But the last thing they did for me was a waste of time and money!!! They were very uncooperative in the end, seemed as if it was all about the $$$$Very sad I have to find another place to go after all.

Poor customer service and liars!!!! I had a necklace fixed which broke the next day after putting it on!! I contact Michael’s and was told to bring it back of no charge to get fixed. Once I brought the necklace in these liars told me it would be a charge!!! Bad service!!! I will never refer anyone to these people!!!!

My husband suggested this place so I went in to find a chain/necklace for him & to get a battery for my watch. Never again will I go here. First, they had NOTHING to show me for a chain! So I gave the sales lady my watch for her to put a battery in & she took it into the back; she came back about 10 mins later to say my watch was stem was broken! I told her it wasn’t when I brought it in, but of course I have no proof, but I believe she installed the battery & pulled the stem out too far trying to set the correct time & that’s when she found out it was broken. She explained they do not do repairs I’d have to send it out. As I said I have no proof—I only post this as a cautionary to others!!

They gave me a credit for $120 and when I went to go use it with my receipt that they said I needed to have when I came to use my credit They told me someone else already used my credit .. I’m confused on how you let someone come use MY credit !! And without my receipt that I NEEDED to have to use it ! I will never do business with them ever again !

There is no other Custom Jeweler I would ever deal with... Micheal is amazingly talented.... you will never be disappointed... He is just such a genuine guy who truly loves what he does!!!!

I went in their one because my lobster clasp broke and they took it back in the repair room for 2 minutes and comes back looking new!!! And the best thing of all the service there is 11/10 and it was great. the people there are so nice and if you need anything id recommend them with out a doubt.
