Got my fingerprints done in September for my real estate license application. Received letter from state stating that my fingerprints were not acceptable. Called office numerous time to set another appointment. Voice mail was full and couldnt leave message. I kept calling until someone answered the phone which took about 15 additional calls. Requested a refund but was denied so I went in a second time for my fingerprints. 4 weeks after getting my fingerprints rescanned, I called to check the status of my application and to no surprise to me, fingerprints were never resubmitted. Called the office again and once again, no answer and voice mail is full so Im unable to leave a message. I will have to camp out at their office again to try and get this done. Frustration has set in.

This office offered great service. The people are polite and efficient.The process of fingerprinting was performed well and expertly. I had made a mistake filling out my paperwork, and the young man who was proof reading was thorough, and caught the mistake. I was grateful for his attention to detail. Excellent experience in all.
