We recently purchased a John Deere riding mower, hard to find one these days due to Covid. I contacted them via internet message on the help line. Got an immediate text response. Derrik the salesman was able to locate the one we wanted had it shipped to the nearest local store, it was a great experience! I definitely would recommend. Great service.

In July of 2019 I purchased a Boxer 322D. That was a great experience. That is where it ended. I have had my machine in twice for service and their communication was nil. I had to call and find out if my machine was ready to go. The first time they comped my service bill for their lack of communication. I was in for service again and they had to order something. The service advisor told me the part should be in the next day and he would call me to let me know my machine was ready or the part didnt come in. Surprise surprise no call. I called the following Monday and I was informed that my machine had been ready since Friday of the previous week. I needed a part for my boxer. I called and spoke to Raymond in parts. At first he worked diligently to get my part. He informed me it need to be made. I was ok with that, I get it. He sent me an invoice for 416.16 which I paid on line. He called on August 14th to let me know the part had finally arrived. I went in yesterday 8/26/20 to pick up my part. He said I owed him because they credited my account on 8/20. Nope, that did not happen as I pulled up my online banking. After about 45 minutes of them scratching their heads he told me I owed them another $200 because the price of the part had gone up since I ordered it. I told him that wasnt my problem and he could keep it. At that point he became combative. The parts manager appeared from a hole in the wall and said he would just return the part. Raymond said he would refund my card. Well to this point I have not receive a refund. I have no idea how Everglades Farm Equipment has managed to stay in business for over 50 years with the way they treat their customers. Both Raymond and his manager have no idea how to resolve customer issues. Instead of the parts manager trying to figure out a solution to the issue he just stormed back to his air conditioned office.with no regard for someone that spent over $25,000 dollars at his business. I would have met them in the middle to resolve this issue but they didnt ask or care.
I purchased a new s130 lawn tractor today from Wade my salesman, once again this dealership has always been a great place to purchase my Stihl and John Deere equipment . The dealership is spotless clean and always has great customer service .
They are getting better At least in the service department. Doug, Brandi, and Mitch did a great job keeping me informed about the repairs on my machine. Brandi promised me a call at 745 on Monday. At 745 the phone rang with an updatw from Mitch. I appreciate the service I received from Everglades Farm Equipment this go around.

The place was very clean and bright and I was greeted with a very big hello form the staff. They were friendly and warm. They were also very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with looking for the parts that Im looking for. All in all a very enjoyable experience.

Ive had great service from this shop twice over the past 2 years on my JD3320 tractor. I just picked it up after the latest repairs and the work looks fantastic. It was not super-fast and not cheap. But I wasnt in a hurry this time and I think their rates are reasonable for a John Deere dealer - reasonable enough I wont even consider another shop.

Worst customer service ever. Over promise under delivered. Bought over 300k worth of equipment. Ended up having to not pay a 2000 bill because of the large amount of promises left undelivered. Several times I offered to pay the bill in full if they followed through. I do not leave reviews often but I felt people should know. I trusted the big company would serve my needs, and they failed. Not only did they fail, but refused to keep their word. I literally had to hold a 2k bill ransom to get the to keep their promise... IN WHICH THEY STILL DID NOT DO ANYTHING.... well except try and sue me, which they dropped. These people do not keep their word buyer beware... and by the way, like I said, I was no fly by nighter, I spent 300k in equipment with this company!
