Bad management disrespectful to people coming in to find work no good

Really glad I found this place. Garrett & Greg the managers are so cool & friendly. Theyre more than willing to help, unlike a lot of people, Garrett even stays late to make sure you get your check if youre working late. This place made a real difference for me and Im looking forward to going back. Fair and daily pay for good days work.

I have been working here pretty steady the past 3 months and could not be happier. Greg pays us above minimum wage and goes above and beyond to find me work, even on the slower days. If you have a vehicle, you can make extra money each day if you drive another worker to a job with you. Greg provides bottled water when you come in from working all day and on Friday mornings he has cookies and snacks out for all the workers. Great place to work, thank you Action Labor.

Action Labor and Greg the General Manager treat you right. All jobs pay above minimum wage, unlike the other two companies on the same street. I am able to work almost everyday and Greg pays gas money for jobs 25 miles away or if I drive a worker with me to a job. I am signed up at all three companies in Ft. Pierce and this is the one I go to daily. Greg cares about the workers and he is always reminding us to drink lots of water and everytime we leave the office he always says stay safe. This office has character and works hard to find us work.

Very rude people called to see if I came in if thered be work for me and the guy hangs up on me

Action labor doesnt like to pay semi skilled or skilled labor prices. They also dont like paying fair gas mileage prices. As per their contracts with the laborers.

These people will waste your time, guarantee. They arent stand up people by any means.
