We had a kitchen fire and all our belongings were covered in soot, water and debris. Core contents restoration handled it all for us. I am amazed what they were able to save. They took care of our claim from beginning to end. My husband and I are so grateful for everything they did for us. We highly recommend you use core if you ever need your belongings restored.

You would be crazy to deal with this company and Yvonne McCormick. They will waste your time and communication is extremely poor so the service would need to be as expected from such a unprofessional company. Run look elsewhere save yourself

I personally have never experienced better care and help from anywhere else but core. Very fair pricing and was always open to answer any questions. The employees that moved and cleaned my items where the nicest and most caring i felt very comfortable and safe having them in my house. I would highly recommend that you use core if u ever need a restoration company

Great company! Great experience! I have had several floods over the years at various properties and have used some of the top names in this industry and Core has impressed me more than any of the others. Yvonne, thank you for your careful attention during my time of crisis. Im sure you see customers at some of their most stressful moments and you and your team ARE A GODSEND! We had a terrible flood this time at our business and the damage was extensive and needed to be dealt with swiftly or things could have gone from disaster to much much worse. Inventory was at major risk along with the structure. We were in total crisi. Im glad I had you on my side to help me make some tough decisions. Sure I had lost so much and yep insurance was dragging their feet and yes the insurance company was trying everything to get out of paying. I needed major support and if I had waited on my insurance company, the subsequent damages would have been astronomically higher (due to rapid mold growth in our climate). In essence, Yvonne and her team offered me a great deal of VALUE because this is where they shine. When you feel like all is lost...its not...No it is not cheap to recover from a flood, not at all...but using Core actually hedged my losses and SAVED ME THOUSANDS. My insurance company actually never paid. Get special flood insurance if you dont have it. Learn from my mistake. And learn wisdom from my experience- get Core to come save your stuff as soon as you can. They have a state of the art facility. It is huge and has all the latest technologies to work wonders on your belongings. A very impressive operation. I would give six stars if possible.

I have worked with Yvonne on several projects from hurricane in NC, Hurricane in the panhandle and south Florida. Yvonne is not only a professional and immaculate in her work and record keeping. She is beautiful on the inside. She treats you like family with care and honesty. I would recommend Yvonne to anyone, especially my family.

Speechless—— so much to say yet toooooo much to say all Just do NOT use this company!!!! Year later I still cannot find missing items. Yet, received items not mine. What was to be cleaned was not and trash was packed. If you appreciate money wasted this is service to use however, after told will work with content $ amount on home owners policy ..... meant until could bill maximum amount of policy and basically leave all up in air for homeowner to figure out. Unfortunately, anything positive about Yvonne’s service was erased with chaos afterward. In spite of negative experience with core contents / yvonne, her unethical practice to secure work, sharing personal information thought confidential..... insanity what & how all was packed ..... some employees were very likable and hard workers. Again, very unfortunate a tough situation stayed tough do to my mistake to hire and sign contract with yvonne if core content. The dollar sign, maximum amount can bill &/or limit of content insurance is truly the CORE focus of this service!!! The expression comes to mind ... “talk the talk” yet “walk the walk“. Core Contents Restoration came in after a fire in my home and went above and beyond to help me and my family. The entire crew worked all day to salvage everything they could. The office staff called to check in on us several times and kept me up to date with the cleaning of my stuff. I would definitely recommend them for any job..They are a great company and very compassionate and understanding

After I had flooding in my vacation home, Core Restoration acted quickly to remove all of my furniture and personal effects and restore everything to its original condition. They truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and ease my worries during a terrible situation. Everyone at Core did an outstanding job, from the front office to the movers who packed my things. I wouldnt wish this experience on anyone, however, if it happens, call Core Restoration..They did a wonderful job..

Was referred to Yvonne by Gary Ackel of Tri County Restoration All who also tried to charge me exorbitant prices, because Im alone with my dog as my husband has dementia. They work hand in hand so stay away from both of them especially Yvonne. She tried to charge me $10 000 to clean approx 35 boxes of possessions including clothes who her assistant Adrian told me clothes are included in what they do as she sent Adrian here to assess the job on Monday. They both professed to helpingpeople yet tried to price gauge me again because Im alone and very emotional over what has been happening the past 2 years. When I asked her to put the estimate in writing she then stopped contacting me and told Gary that she wasnt taking the job as she wasnt responsible for broken items. Dont even know where that came from as we never even talked about that, though in retrospect a good point. She must have had those issues before I presume!!!! I told her when we first talked on Sunday evening that I had no insurance and she said we have options. I help people any way I can!@@Then her story changed when I began to question the exorbitance of the $10,000 charge she placed on my 35 boxes of possessions that only needed to be wiped and rewrapped and reboxed plus my clothes cleaning. She kept saying well I have to take it to my warehouse. Yes that is part of the process so whats her point. My questioning her price made her aware that I was onto her trying to overcharge me. Her assistant even told me they would wipe down my furniture of any mold. Yvonne never even agreed to that!@@ Her assistant tells you anything she thinks you want to hear but Yvonne and her are not on the same page. They are not to be trusted and if you read other reviews they all agree with what Im saying. Not to be trusted!!!She is trying to charge you 100 for her costs to run her business. If she cant afford to do business for clients because of transportation costs then keep your customers local. Im not here to subsidize your business 100. These cost to her are allowable business expenses as well. I dont have that luxury. She only cares about her profit and not what her customers are going through with the traumatic events that causes them to need her type of services. I am from the Northeast and have never experienced anything like what I have experienced in going through my loss over the past 2 years as I have in S Fl. People just dont care about other people.They will lie and abuse you at every turn they can out of greed. God was looking out for me when he took her out of my life. The fact that she didnt return my calls tonight after she texted me she would, but had Gary tell me she wasnt taking the job is guilt in itself. How these people get away with these slimy business tactics is beyond my comprehension. They want the customer to cover all their expenses. Im so tired of hearing from business owners Down here how much it costs them to run a business. Well thats not my problem . We all incur costs to work. I had to pay my transportation costs to drive to work each day, buy my lunch, buy clothes to wear, and my employer didnt pay me for these costs. Wake up people. Guess S Fl is for the very rich as they say as otherwise they throw you to the wind and could care less what happens to you. Stay away from this business.

Yvonne and the crew at CORE have been a Godsend for us! We had a devastating fire at our charity facility in Melbourne and they were on site in 24 hours! They are professional, prompt, courteous, reliable, reasonably priced, work diligently with the insurance adjuster and beyond compassionate!!! Not to mention honest to the nth degree - they returned a $20 bill found in a box of papers!!!! I highly recommend Yvonne and her specialized team for your restoration needs!!

I would not recommend this company for any job. The trucks are old, warehouse is small and the customers things are poorly kept. It is common in this company tables, sofa, refrigerators come back with risks. Customers things are placed in boxes with only paper, never with bubble wrap. causing breaks. The company charges high and wants to save on top of the customer. Low level work. I do not recommend .

Please use anyone else. I would give zero stars if I could. They threw out items we told them to keep and kept items we told them to throw away. The owner seems very capable and organized, but dont fall for it.We received two cell phones that did not belong to us and were never given back a netbook computer and an iphone that they had taken. (This is such an identity theft risk!) Also, many of our furniture items were dusty when they were given back to us and not a surface level dust but thick layers of dust inside dressers (which makes me think they were not even cleaned at all). Some of our neighbors also used this service. They received a box of womans shoes that did not belong to them and left the box in out lobby to be claimed. I guess core didnt feel the need to try to help find the owner and fix their mistake.We also reached out to CORE hoping they could resolve the situation. They were very non-responsive. And didnt seem concerned at all that we had two phones belonging to other people.If you need a restoration company you are probably going through a hard time. Please dont make it any worse by using this company that will lose half your items and not clean the other half.
