Awesome crew and very professional

This happened in December of 2016.I was staying at a friends condo while she went away on vacation.She wrote me a legitimate personal check for six hundred dollars with enough money in her account to cover the check.This place refused to cash it for me!I forgot what they actually told me for their reasons why they couldnt/wouldnt cash my check that was written out to me personally.I had more than sufficient identification.. NJ Drivers License with my photo on it, plus my US Passport with my photo on that as well.The personal check that I was trying to cash was issued from a local Bank of America branch.Regardless of what I said or did, they simply Refused To Cash My Check!So I decided to go to TD Bank.. The bank where I have an account. I didnt want to go there originally because what they usually do is only give you one hundred dollars & they put the rest of the money on hold.However, since I have been a good customer for many years with a good account history, I was very happily surprised that the bank teller, realizing that I was on vacation & in a financial bind at that time, decided to cash the check for me in full & gave me the full six hundred dollars cash! Wow!Thank you very much to the teller at the Florida TD Bank!😉So anyway, this particular check cashing place was nothing but a waste of my time & energy plus gave me nothing but aggravation & frustration!If you want to give them a try, maybe try calling them first & feel them out, & ask them whether or not they will be able to help you or not. That would be my suggestion.

People are really nice and helpful. Also, they give cash instead of putting it on a card like some places do, which means you dont have additional fees. Also, you get free money orders if youre a customer. Been a customer a long time. ☺

The worst customer service possible. Its a check cashing place that cant cash a check that was verified good from the bank it was issued from. The Id they require was perfect. Still refuse to cash and was told to leave and go somewhere else like a real cheats cashing place of . I wouldnt recommend this stage only thing good frocash

Would not recommend to ANYONE! Went to cash my payroll check that was directly from my job and they still needed to verify the check and call the manager. Mind you its after 5pm the manager was off so I couldnt cash my check. Why would you need to call and verify a check when you have a machine to make sure the check is a legitimate check! I advice anyone to NOT EVEN BOTHER with the hassle. I wasnt getting a pay day loan so I dont understand what the problem was. I went down the road to Down South Beverage and Check Cashing and they cashed it with NO PROBLEM!

Sucks needs to close down. How can you call a person who wrote a check if there at work. You get paid by check drive to go pick it up and get back and if they cant verify it with bank then why should they be cashing checks. You shouldnt need to have to call person too. They woulda never gave you the check if they wanted to be called too. Sucks big monkey balls
