The problem was that I was told after they finished that the carpets would not be totally dry for 2 days. I have had carpets cleaned many times before by other companies, and have never heard of it taking so long. When I stepped on the wet bedroom carpet in my bare feet, it actually felt soggy and also almost slippery from the soap left in it. I got my own carpet cleaner out and went over the rugs for quite a while. I was able to fill up almost the entire reservoir with dirt, soapy water that was left in the rugs. Also, I had a tiny ink mark on the guest bedroom rug. When I dropped a pen on it and it left a small mark,I had gone over it myself and blotted the ink out and used the prescribed method to remove it. I mentioned the tiny mark to the technician to see if he could remove it completely. It now looks worse than before they came.

Steve cleaned our two couches, upholstered lounge chair, and 5 bar stools. We have a very active and messy 4 year old so you can image the stains. After Steve was done, after only about an hour, everything looked brand new!
