Very impressed with no pressure buying. I was in the market for a Yukon XL so I didnt need to be sold. Was there to specially see what was listed on their lot. I test drove one and didnt like it but there was another one in the show room which I didnt have enough time to wait to be moved out. Other then driving it we really liked it and asked Frankie to work a deal contingent on coming back and driving it. Frankie came back with some numbers and I felt like the deal and trade in value was right. Usually you have to go back and forth on a trade but we did not. At this point usually dealers want deals closed but it didnt fit into our weekend and Alex was ok with that. I put money down so no one else would get to see it and would be their Monday to drive it then sign for it. Overall the smoothest unforced, unrushed car buying experience.

In June of last year I purchased a car from this company, two days after I purchase a car a code turned on. I took the car to their mechanics. He told me it was just a bad sensor because he couldn’t find the code. The code continue to pop on and off and because of what the mechanic told me I trusted him and thought that everything was OK. Few months after the code stopped turning off and stayed on. So I took my car to another mechanic and they explained to me that there was a solenoid on my transmission that had gone bad. And even though the code wasn’t on while the mechanic was looking at it, he could’ve ran the history of my car and seen what is was, When I brought it in two days after I bought the car. They only paid half of what it took to fix the it. And now here I am a few months after that. Dealing with the fact that the transmission is going bad. Because I drove around on it for so long with the solenoid bad. I normally don’t do this. But I live a tuff life and very much needed a good car. I got anything but. Now I am stuck with a $7,000 car note, and I will have to put out a lot one money because they sold me a car, that if they ran the right test, they knew it was going bad. Not only am I dealing with this. But the front rims are warped and when I go over 70 the car shakes like crazy. Which now explains the reason why they restricted where I was allowed to drive it for the test drive. If you were looking to buy a car from this place definitely have another mechanic look at it before you purchase it. I now know this is my fault and I should have done that. Unfortunately I trusted them and now I’m stuck in a really tough place. If they Would have been honest and fix this before they even sold me the car or better yet been honest the first day I brought them in the car. I wouldn’t even be going through what I’m going through now.

I came in for a 2013 Ford Raptor. Initially I had a dealing with a manager and the Fort Pierce location that was not stellar. I had to say the customer service was really lacking. We did manage to make contact with a sales person that actually transferred to another branch of commuter cars. Bill did an outstanding job considering we had already chosen the vehicle and test drove it. Chad from the financing department help us out with things and explained our options in detail. Overall the experience was good and more than likely I will do business with them in the future.

Bought a car full in cash for around $15,000. I’ve spent the last year paying for repairs. IVE SPENT MORE REPAIRING THE TRUCK THAN I PAID FOR IT. They told me the truck was a 2016, but then told me it was a 2015. When I went to repair it the first time (a month after getting it), I was told it was a 2012. I thought they were messing with me! When I checked the paperwork, there is was, 2012. I went with my mother and she heard them say loud and clear 2015. They saw me (pregnant and about to burst), they saw my mom (elderly), and knew I would be an easy target. The only positive that came from this, was my new knowledge of buying a car. I know exactly what to ask, what to look at next time I buy. WHICH WILL NEVER BE HERE. This is a completely honest review and I hope you trust me when I say GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Thanks CHAD for selling me a total lemon. I have replaced everything but the transmission. It’s only a matter of time.
