My vehicle is a 2015 Chrysler handicapped van that I recently purchased from another local dealer. Engine light issues from the start. It was taken to another shop but was not properly diagnosed. Then to Arrigo per recommendation of that shop and where I bought the car. They worked with both of the places to get proper info and were able to tear down the engine and repair it in 3 days. I am an amputee in a WC who drives with hand controls so I’m unable to just get in any loaner. They were understanding of that fact and worked quickly to fix the car. Very polite and kept me informed as things happened.
Javier was an amazing sales person. Never pressured us into buying anything. After 2 weeks of searching we went back to Javier and got our vehicle. Amazing place to buy from. When we are in need of another vehicle we will be going to see Javier.

So I have a ram pro master 3500 van. It needed an oil change, rotate and balance wheels, and there were some lights on, low brake fluid( but the fluid wasn’t actually low) . Made an appointment, was there 15 minutes earlier than appointment. Came in the service are and stood there a good 5 minutes before even being acknowledged of my existence, not by a service coordinator mind you, but a tech that happened to be in the room and saw this, first strike! My service coordinator then goes on to tell me that Arrigo was bought by a larger company and they now have a 25 percent share of the dodge/ram market in Florida and that they were keeping the Arrigo name for 5 years, second strike!! I was told my van would be taken immediately for the rotation, balance and oil change as the bay was empty now. That didn’t happen. So first day goes by, hear nothing until I start inquiring. Not finished, figured out the codes though. Day two, 7:30 in the morning had a text that it would be done soon. 11 am still not done. Not happy. The good part was that they did the oil change and the diagnostics and didn’t charge me. Bad part, the thing I needed most, tire rotation and balance, after two days not done. Strike three!!! Took it to Saint Lucie rite and battery and they had it done in an hour. I will only go back to that dealer if there’s no other choice!!!!
Bill was my salesperson and was fantastic to deal with. I am a sales trainer professionally and I buy way too many cars! So I am familiar with all the sales techniques and how the dealers work so when I find someone who does a great job I feel very comfortable in acknowledging their good work. You will feel comfortable at the dealership and if you work with Bill he will treat you like you deserve to be treated and you will get straight answers to your questions.

I Bought a Tacoma, 2020, on 9/22, 2021 and I relying on the sales person honesty because I was buying out of state, he told me the truck was in great conditions no, scratches and no dents. He lie to me through the hold process, after I sent the down payment of $2,500 I had a talked with the manager to confirm that there was no scratches no dent and at least he was honest and he told me there was large 2 scratches in the front bump, i had know this i wouldnt had purchase this truck, they didnt even bother to clean the truck and I was very disappointed, the sales person name was Colby. No transparency or integrity with this dealership! This Tacoma is pretty beat up inside and outside...dont trust their pics and facetime!!! Horrible buying experience! Flew in from 1900 miles and was so disappointed on services. Stay away!!! Should of bought NEW instead of this beat up used...very used 2020 Tacoma!!! Regrets!!!

I just purchased a new (to me ) Jeep and when the check engine light came on, i brought it into Arrigo here in Fort Pierce, thought it would be good to get established with them, since I like to have my vehicles serviced at the dealership.I worked with Chris as my service manager and he was great. he patiently dealt with my warranty provider and explained the process of the repairs being made to my Jeep.so the service department is great. my only complaint is I was unable to get a loaner car. yes, they did give me the dealer price to rent the car, but, Arrigo has like 4 dealerships. they seriously cannot provide a loaner car for the day?so….i am giving this dealership a 4 star rating for their great service department…:but I can’t give it 5 stars because i still had to pay for a rental.

Arrigo Dodge Jeep did a great job servicing my Fiat Abarth. They diagnosed the problem quickly, and took care of the Uber to get me home so I wouldnt have to wait at the service area. My car runs beautifully now.
I recently purchased a Ram 1500 from Arrigo Dodge in Fort Pierce. My sales advisor Manuel was very pleasant and some what knowledgeable.. Here is why I gave them 3 stars, which there lucky to get.. I paid cash for this truck, Thirty Three thousand dollars, nothing to sneeze at.. They did not detail the truck at all before handing it over.. They said they did, but they did not. I had to spend 8 hours on my own time to clean this messy truck. The engine bay looked like it just rolled out of the Sahara desert, no joke.. It was unbelievable for a truck that had only 17 miles on the odometer.. Thats just the beginning, there was smudges all inside the interior, and debris on the floors. The paint on the truck was very gritty, and there was some type of blue crayon/marker on the paint in numerous areas of the truck.. I had to compound the whole truck, to get it to look like a new truck.. The most upsetting thing was that I paid an extra two thousand dollars for the so called Arrigo Advantage.. This Arrigo Advantage seems to be a joke, just a way for the dealer to upsell you on their vehicles.. I have done business with Arrigo several times, after this experience, I will go somewhere else..
Stephanie from Arrigo went above and beyond to get my vehicle taken care of and I would recommend her helping anyone in need at Arrigo in ft Pierce Dennis was also very helpful as well. The only reason I’m not putting a 5 star review is not because of Stephanie’s performance but the absolute **** show dodge put me through and made it extremely difficult for her to get my vehicle done in a timely manner. I would never ever buy another dodge as long as I live due to the massive amount of issues I had to deal with not to mention they had to change the motor with the truck only having 35k on it and only about a year and a half old. I would love to thank Stephanie and Dennis at Ft. Pierce Arrigo for doing all they could to get my situation taken care of. 👍🏻
Apparently the car I bought was lowered at some point, we didn’t notice it right away because the car sits low in general. Once I drove it home, I went over railroad tracks and a few bumps and it hit the bottom. After further inspection of the car, we noticed it had been lowered. We bought it back to the dealership within hours of buying the car hoping they would be willing to help us fix it or take it back completely. Their response was “not our problem there’s nothing we can do.” I am headed for college in two months and this was supposed to be a car I feel safe driving in, not having to worry about every little bump that I hit. Now the question is, is the dealership willing to help us out or not?Update:After taking it to the Honda dealership to see how much it would cost to put the car back to stock, we were given an estimate of $2352.44 and we were told by the Honda dealership that because the car had been lowered, there was other damage done to the car as well. We went directly back to Arrigo and gave them the estimate. They offered to pay only $500.00 towards the fix of the car, but first we would have to update the review or they would not pay anything. So basically paying $500 was to have the review changed. In other words, they are more worried about a google review then the quality of a certified vehicle that they sold me.This is the first time that I have purchased a car on my own and based on what my parents and others have told me, they have never been treated with such disrespect when buying a car. I am shocked and disappointed at how poorly Arrigo has dealt with this situation and hope others do not have to deal with something similar to what I have gone through.
Brandon went above and beyond to assist me and make sure that I got the best price for my parts. He kept me updated along the way and was very kind and polite. He helped me with the cost of traveling back and forth to the dealership due to the parts being delivered from a different location. I will definitely come to him for any future needs for my Jeep.

Purchased a 2020 Silverado from this dealership. Was helped by a salesman named Manny who was very professional and helpful. The next day I returned to the dealership because I could not fit 3 car seats in the truck. The dealership tried to show me other options but I don’t want to drive around in a vehicle that smells like a ash tray. (Previous owners were smokers). I reached out to the General Sales Manager Josh S. He is very unprofessional and made sure to let me know I had wasted his employees time. Very unprofessional and would not recommend Arrigo in Fort Pierce to anyone. They are text book salesmen and do not care about the customers well being.
I had my 2008 Itasca Navion RV serviced here for a transmission leak and a small paint job on the front hood. Good work, reasonable pricing. Not impressed with the length of time to actually get the transmission leak diagnosed. They were very backed up on the large lifts. Fortunately, I was between trips and could wait for my rig. Paint job is excellent. Transmission running great. Alfredo is a very good rep and was responsive to my calls and texts for info and when we finally diagnosed the trans issue. They use a video to show the work that needs to be done and they share video when the work is done. Good experience still love my own mechanic for most items on the RV but would use Arrigo for big items like paint and transmission work.

I shopped around and found the vehicle that I was interested in at Arrigo. Salesman, Christian, was attentive but not overly aggressive. He kept everything moving along so we werent there forever. My one disappointment was that the website price is impossible to get. No one qualifies for all the rebates. Christian did work to get close enough though. Also, the finance manager was great at explaining everything. I like understanding why Im poor. 🤣 Seriously though, Id deal with them again.

Worst experience of my life. Bought a brand new 2021 limited and as I was leaving the lot I noticed that the windshield sensor behind the rear view mirror was hanging off. I turned back around to tell the dealership about it and they checked it out.Turns out it was broken and disabled some do the features that the ram limited offers. They tried to fix it and couldn’t so they ordered a new windshield and said it would be 7-10 days. It’s been over 90 days now and I still haven’t had my windshield fixed and a couple of the speakers were never working as well (which I’m still waiting on). This dealership clearly cares more about the money than you do customer service. They completely ruined me experience, embarrassed, and ultimately I will never purchase a ram because of this.

I had Fiat flatbread my car to Arrigo because it did not start on Sunday. The next day service department called (Debra) for details of problem. They found out I had a bad cell in battery and replaced it under warranty. Debra kept me informed of progress all along the way and they even sent me a video where the technician explained all details of inspection. Picked up car next day and the invoice was zero.By far the best service I’ve had at a car dealership.

They are not serious people and they do not respect the customer. I drove 200 miles to trade my car and when I got there they offered me $ 5,000 less than what we had agreed on the phone and my car is in excellent condition. But at the same time that they were working with me on the car that I wanted, they were also working with another person and I already had the loan approved by my bank. stay away from this place

Poor workmanship and scam on repairs and warranty work left splotch marks under my hood on my 2016 Dodge Ram because they didn’t let it fully cure and dry doing paint repairs that were covered under warranty and they didn’t even do the repairs right and some not at all they refuse to fix there mistake because they say it will keep happening I call bs and they won’t fix the warranty covered flaws in my paint pretty pathetic
The service team kept me informed of everything during the repair process, along with letting me know if they were waiting on parts or my insurance company for authorization. Car runs like Day 1 again, and Id highly recommend them.
Hi, had to wait 5 days to make a schedule appointment. Drop car off @ 8am. Car wasn’t Seen til the next day. What’s the point in making an appointment. Then it took til 4:30pm til I heard back that my car will be ready. How inconvenient was this. So if I would of stayed with my car( the morning of my scheduled appointment ) the dealership would of told me sorry sir we can’t look at your car til tomorrow. Lucky I had a ride the morning of my appointment

Walked in after seeing a car on their site, it apparently was incorrectly priced on their site. As I was walking to the office to run numbers anyway, I walked passed this beauty in the showroom floor that wasnt on their site. Chris worked some magic and left with her that very same day. So, I decided on July 28th, 2020 to bring my Dodge Charger back in to see what deals they had for trade in towards a new truck. After waiting for several minutes I decided to walk into the dealership to speak with someone, since no one had approached me outside, which I am glad they hadn’t. Cro Thorpe was finishing up with a customer and said that he would be right with me. About 10 minutes later he and another gentleman spoke with me about my interest. I explained the negative experience that I had with another salesman there and that it had deterred me from buying. Cro patiently and professionally worked with me through the entire process. He explained the pros and cons of each vehicle that I was interested in as well as the monetary responsibility. He didn’t try to push me into force me into a certain model and I felt comfortable with the decision that I made. I drove off of the lot that day with a vehicle that I am very happy with and I really liked my experience working with him. There is a lot that other salesmen and women could learn from this young man. He’s about his business but have a high level of respect for people and their unique situations.Thanks brother for doing an excellent job. I have definitely referred you to my family and friends as well as shared my experience on my social media platforms.

The one thing I noticed right away. There service people work as a team. You all know how it is at most service centers in most dealerships if your service person isn’t there they just tell you “your service professional will be right with you” at most. When I walked in the person assigned to me was not there “ he was busy doing something else and I was early” so the other service rep jumped right in to get me signed in and find my ins policy. Way to go guys keep the good service up.
This Dealership had more new and other Trucks than any other Dealers in my l location. If they dont have it on lot they will find it for you. Very helpful, friendly, You cant beat there prices any where. The place to be for a great deal, I love my Ram.

Every time I bring my truck to the dealership for service, they charge me for tire rotation. Every time they don’t adjust the pressure correctly. This last time I made sure I told the advisor to tell the mechanic to check the pressure. When the advisor called me to tell me what they were going to do, I ask him to check the pressure which he confirmed. When I picked up the truck, I ask if they adjusted the pressure - advisor ernt to confirm with the mechanic who actually responded something like “I’ve X many uears of experience, of course I did. Guess what happened when I was driving home and the tire pressure sensor adjusted to the current pressure (it takes a few minutes for them to adjust). THEY DIDN’T ADJUST THE PRESSURE. I paid for this service and this is what I got. Makes you think if they actually do what they tell you they are going to do. I won’t take my truck there again. Even if I have to drive more to get to a different dealership.

I bought my Ram 2500 from Arrigo a few months ago. I initiated my purchase online and got paired up with Cro as my salesman. When I arrived he had the truck I picked out online up front and ready to test drive. Everyone took precautions with masks. My wife had stayed home with our twin 5 year olds while I went to look at the truck. Cro was awesome and followed back to our house so that she can sign on the lease too. On my search for a 2021 Jeep Gladiator I encountered horrible salesman from other dealerships. Some actually had no knowledge of the vehicle. I got frustrated and almost ended the search. I gave this dealership a call and spoke with Michael Tejeda the next morning at 9:20am and told Michael Tejeda my experience from the prior day. He provided me with a lot of knowledge about the vehicle and made the transaction extremely easy. He even drove the car 2hrs to deliver the car to me. Hands down the best sales man at that location.
They did a marvelous job the driver came and pick me up he was marvelous and the service the front desk they did a great job in a marvelous work they took care of me and the car and the service is beautiful I I had a great experience thank you very much and God bless you guys thank you
Im not a fan of car dealers because its vulture like with sales people however, the sales people here are laid back and really likeable. Manny Cruz made us feel like long lost relatives. No pressure from this guy! If he tells you he do it, then know hell keep his word. You dont have to be a fan of a brand to find good people and Arrigo has great people that will be honest with you. To me thats better than brand loyalty.
Fantastic they were very detailed on the walk around inspection fairly quick with my oil change and hold they’re word with the arrigo advantage with my two free oil changes gave me no issues very nice and great to do business with !!!
It was a very easy process dealing with Ed the commercial sales manger, who was great and went over and beyond answering questions and to help me threw the process of buying my new Ram Promaster 2500 HR 159” !

My jeep was slightly out of warranty and having some battery issues, Stephanie and the service manager got me in quickly and replaced both of my batteries to correct the issues at no cost to me. I’ve purchased my last 2 vehicles from Arrigo and wouldn’t go anywhere else, they’re very reasonable, understanding and always work with me. The Fort Pierce location even corrected issues on my last vehicle that was sold to me from the west palm location with open recalls. I highly recommend Arrigo Fort Pierce, but wouldn’t say the same for Arrigo West Palm.

I originally gave them a 5 star rating due to the great customer service for getting me into the car I wanted. BUT of course it’s great because they want the sale. But don’t expect anything else once u drive off the lot. Sales rep said he was taking the car to get detailed while I signed papers but never did. It was after hours by the time we finished signing papers so was night time and I was last person out so I didn’t make a big deal about it at the moment. I also noticed there was a major ant prob in vehicle. I called next day to advise so I can bring vehicle back to be detailed and have ants taken care of. Long story short I went there 3 times first time car was there 3hrs and no one touched it 2nd time car was there 2-3 hrs they said they tried to get rid of ants couldn’t so have to bomb it (still didn’t detail it) even left my car over night the last time so could be bombed to get rid of ants and car still never got detailed. How can you bomb someone’s car but not wipe it down or detail it?????? I asked to speak with a manager and my sales rep James stated he will call me back with info never did. Through the process he was no help to me I could tell he could careless about helping. I called and left voicemails asking for manager to call me and still have not received any call back.

I’ve bought and sold many cars. I’ve never had an experience at a dealer like I did when purchasing our new Durango. We were clear with our goals and there were no games and confusion tactics. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and we got what we wanted and they did everything possible to meet our goals. Jason was a great salesman, and look forward to working with him again in the future.
I had to bring my jeep back in for some warranty items. It was the 2nd time but Brandon in service really went above and beyond. They went thru it with a fine tooth comb to be sure to catch anything as Im about to be out of warranty period. Brandon stayed in touch and communicated all through the process. Very impressed I am!
So we just went in and purchased a 2019 Chrysler Pacifica and when I tell you that these people are genuinely professional at what they do believe it Our salesman Mr James Monasuri (sorry if misspelled) he did everything he could to make it as easy and worth it when purchasing this vehicle took 2 days and he never gave up we appreciate everyone at Arrigo

I knew what I wanted going in and was not pushed into looking at anything else. We were greeted instantly. Because I knew what I wanted it didnt take long to get out for a test drive. The entire process was not drawn out, I felt comfortable making the decision I did. And best of all, I LOVE MY CAR!

We had just purchased a vehicle from Carvana before our road trip to Florida from Massachusetts. We realized the car had issues and needed to be repaired in a very short time frame as we were on vacation and over 1000 miles from home. Our experience with the AAMCO in Ft Pierce was horrible leaving us without the needed repairs and desperate.
