What a great company!! I recently had a new ac installed and they did such a great job! Im so thankful for Jonathan and his guys (sorry I dont know their names!) for getting my hot house cool again. Chris, the manager was great also, very accommodating. My attic situation wasnt ideal but they figured out a solution and made it happen. These are some hard working guys, working in extremely hot conditions. Im so grateful to everyone who helped with my install, you guys are amazing!

Seacoast installed the A/C unit(s) 7 years ago and has been providing regular service this whole time. Unfortunately the manufacturers warranty did not transfer to me (ownership change) which was disappointing however the Seacoast service has been timely and exceptional.This repair required two trips to complete but Tom was prompt and professional and within less than 24 hours I am enjoying a delightfully cool home.I highly recommend Seacoast.I also appreciate the text messages that contain the name and picture of the associate assigned the service call.This has been consistent whether its for an annual service maintenance or a/c repair.

Life savers. AC stopped working at my house. Called Sea Coast around 4:30pm, they answered the phone in what felt like half a ring. Told a nice lady what was going on, she said she’d get with dispatch and see what they could. Within 10 minutes, I got a call from Eric saying he’d be at the house in 30 minutes! He was on time, professional, and efficient! AC back up and running before 6pm. Amazing service!

It was almost two years ago when Sea Coast installed two AC units by Carrier, which has been operating at peak performance, until yesterday, when it was discovered that a module went bad. It was replaced and the unit is operating once again perfectly. Listen, Things do break down, with Air Conditioning being no exception. Its the service in my opinion that counts. Sea Coast is a top notch company, with technicians who make the company just that, Top Notch. Sea Coast was recommended for the sale and installation of the two units. Great price, but again its the service this company provides. Jason has been providing maintenance on my AC, and sees to it the units are running at peak performance. SeaCoast is a very reputable company. I have trust in how they conduct business. Service Mgr. Fred was a pleasure to deal with, but not all Techs are equally capable. The “best of them all” is Jason. He clearly leads the pack. Oh, one other thing, stay away from the Carrier line. Very disappointed in overall quality and performance.

UPDATED I’m in the customer service business I called the after hours department the gentleman on call didn’t call me for 3 or 4 hours after then told me there were 11 people ahead of me and that he wouldn’t make it to me at all he would pass my info along to the office in the morning and hopefully they can get someone out it’s 90 degrees in my place of business and in my opinion that’s no one to handle customer service PS I had to close my business early because of this issueUpdate Jason came and fixed my AC he is amazing I will only request him moving forward he needs a raise or a promotion he is that good

Brian installed this AC system himself in 2013. It wasn’t running as cold as it should and I suspected low coolant pressure. I called Sea Coast this morning for a routine service and Brian came over in a couple of hours. He found a small leak, replaced a component and refilled the unit under warranty. It’s 8 yrs old and we live by the ocean! While he was here I asked him to install a UV light to keep the mold down. The system is up and running and working great! THANKS SEA COAST!

I had the technician Jason Sapp he was fantastic. He even tolerated my super loud barking shepherd. He cleaned out the line for my A/C, told me what the issue was, he even showed concern for my girl Keagan (the loud shepherd) as she likes to try to bite the outside A/C unit.I ended up getting the bi-annual maintenence plan for $178 and it is well worth it with this fantastic company. We also had our original unit installed by SEACOAST and we have had zero issues and are completely satisfied.I couldnt be happier with Jasons professionalism or with his knowledge of the tradeTHANK YOU JASON for keeping the dogs cool!
