Jared Mitchell was very professional. My air hasnt worked this well since I bought this house.

We paid them almost $400 to fix our unit that they didnt fix .... we are still having the same problem !!! I called them to tell them about it and they still want to charge us another $85 dollars to look at it again 🤷🤦

Branden came to service our ac. I would give 4 stars for sure. He was professional and did a great job. The part we were very unhappy abt. was the bill. The itemized bill was fair for all services EXCEPT for thermostat replacement. It took 10 minutes to install a $30 non programmable thermostat which was what we wanted but charged $275. to do it. We called the office and the reason given was it came with a 5 year warranty. Who needs a 5 year warranty on a $30. thermostat? An option to get it and a cheaper cost would be our choice. Probably will not call them out again.

This place rocks!! They always aim to please and even though they are short staffed, like everyone else, they worked hard to get orders out in a timely manner and with grace.

We could not be more pleased with our service. Jesse arrived on time and went the extra mile to service our 3 units. He was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Like I said, we could not be more pleased.

Howard Bryant and his staff went above and beyond for our family. We have been customers for over twenty years. Howard has always provided great service. Bryants Heating & Cooling came to our rescue today. Heather was our Technician and she did an amazing job getting our unit up and running again. I love the courtesy call you receive to let you know the Technician is on their way.

The Technician Bryan did a very good job finding out what was wrong with our furnace, made sure the replacement part was ordered, installed the part the day it came in, and stayed at our home into the evening until the furnace worked properly. I will definitely use Bryant Heating & Cooling again for my HVAC needs.

Emailed twice and called twice to ask questions about a previous quote and find out if the price changed. In 2 1/2 weeks no return phone call. Guess they are so busy that they dont need new customers?No way to conduct business.

Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They stayed until everything was working properly. Price was very fair. I would highly recommend this company.

Been with Bryants with a maintenance contract for a few years always did a good job only problem I ever had was during the pandemic.

If I could give this place a 0 star I would I called at 11 pm because my heat stopped working I had 2 babies and a pregnant wife and it was 58 degrees in the house and dropping didn’t receive a call until the next day.. poor business if u say it’s 24 hour service it should be thankfully shipmans answered and help me fix my problem

Extremely professional. Our heating went out just as the cold weather was coming in. They brought us an electric heater to help until our parts came in.
