I am not one to write bad reviews but I am SO disappointed with the outcome of my last visit. Not only was the employee rude to me, but within 48hours of my pedicure.. BOTH of my big toes were infected. That is extremely concerning & I feel others should be warned. This was my first time here & definitely my last.

My lady was rude. My nails had bubbles in the polish was 2 thick and didnt go on smooth. They chipped within 3 days within a week this is what they looked like i normal get almost 3 weeks. I makes me mad i got deluxe mani pedi so i just wasted my money😡

Owner and young girl (doing my mani/pedi) got into an altercation while my nails should have been attended. I was seated for lengthy period while they went to back room and we heard foreign language at high pitch. The young nail tech left crying with me seated awaiting my manicure. The owner came back and offered to do my nails and I declined. I paid for the pedicure and awaited my friend getting her mani/pedicure. What was supposed to be a pleasant experience added to a rainy, yucky, street swollen day.

I really want to score them better but I feel like theyre so busy that they dont take proper care to do quality work.

Best pedicure Ive had in a long time my wife enjoyed her Mani& Pedi too! Ask for Ashley and Kaitlyn they take care of you!!

I love this place! If you are searching for a salon to call your own, then I definitely recommend Crystal Nails! As soon as you walk in the door you are noticed. They do a great job on both fingernails and toenails. Very clean environment and very friendly! I happened to stumble upon this nail salon during the beginning of the Covid-19 shutdown. They were one of three salons open in my area. Im so glad I did!!!

Miley is gone :(My nails looked rough the last few times.. but I LOVE the people.. Just sad that the only person who can do designs is gone.:(

Ive been using this salon for over 3 years. It is extremely clean and they have always used sterile instruments. I highly re recommend Anna, Jennifer, Miley, Hannah and Kim for all of the services. They are all professional but personable. Cost is comparable to other salons but their skill and accuracy is well above others on this area. You wont be disappointed.

I’ve came here for a long time but this time my nails look horrible.. polish was horrible quality & my nails are crooked and should have been filed more on the sides .. I’m Highly upset... I was the first customer to come in and I was excited to only walk out wanting to cry

I asked for coffin shaped nails and they are incredibly lopsided and not coffin shaped.

What I asked for and what I got was two totally different things. Not even close

I am guy who does not get into the spa treatment but they do great job on pedicures here which I need for my feet about every six weeks. They are very friendly and the place is very clean.

Very clean salon! The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a new digital sign-in and rewards system in place. They have also just expanded the building and upgraded a lot of the salon furniture. I usually get powder dip nails and gel polish on my toes. This is the best nail salon in town!

The only wait is if I ask for something special which is understandable. They always take the time to make sure I am completely pleased. Prices are good and service is excellent.

I have only gone twice, but both times, I have been treated with personal care. I have finally found a salon that I am pleased with. My nails last 2 weeks plus. (I have gone to some other salons, and the nails dont even last a full week). Ping does a fantastic job. Thank you!

I will not be back. I have had a few different technicians do my nails and Ive not been thrilled with any of them. The worst and most recent, was the lady who answers the phone. She did not listen to what I had to say, tried to talk me into products I did not want, and over all was just rude.

Really nice people, they know what they are down and will make sure they are reaching your satisfaction needs. It’s very clean and have good massage chairs :)

I went there not even 2 weeks ago and spend 48 dollars on power dip nails, it hasnt been 2 weeks and 2 nails have already broke off, and a 3rd is cracked and about to brake. Do not go to them!!!!

I have been going here for about 3 years now, and love it! The prices are fair, they are super friendly and it’s obviously clean. Most of the staff are family so it has a nice, relaxed flow. If something isn’t right, the owner will get all over them for you. The only thing I would change would be to speak English only when clients are present.

I got me my mom and my friends nails all done here and every single one of our nails are messed up i didnt pay 32$ to times and 55$ on the other for the quality of them. lets just say I wont be back

This place was recommended by a friend, so far im loving my nails, the place was clean and I didnt have to wait and was 30 minutes early for appointment. The absolute only issue I had is not being able to understand the man who did my nails, so that may make a difference whether or not I return.

I wanted same color on toenails and the guy told me it was but everyonethats seen asked was he just blind

The place is clean and they do a good job, but...I was a walk in and I was there before 2pm and did not leave until 4:40 and I only got a basic pedicure. I hope with their remodel and expansion they hire more help. They always seem confused there.

I asked for gel full set. Its like acrylic but doesnt feel tight on your nails. They gave me regular acrylic. I showed her the color I wanted and she gave me a different color. She filed my nails crooked and asked if I liked them. I asked if she could straighten them, and she literally huffed and puffed loudly over and over. She cut me four times. Underneath my nails are bleeding right now. She jerked my hands around the entire time. The entire time she was rude. Until I paid. Then she tried to be nice so I would tip for a bad experience and lazy job. I still tipped her, because Im a good client. But I cant come back here. It was not pleasant. As a first time client myself, I dearly hope she doesnt treat everyone this way.

Miley and Hannah do a wonderful job, Ive been going there for over a year, but recently went to get my nail fixed and had an appointment but had to wait which i didnt mind UNTIL they started seating people who came in after i had been waiting for 30 minutes. I sat down in 2 different chairs before someone helped me, and then the woman who did my nails complained when i asked her to make my repair match in length and thickness of all my other nails.. After 2 times of asking her to make them even I just gave up, she was obviously irritated and i felt uncomfortable. she continously said everyone do nail differently and was rough with my hand. I will not ever return. I was extremely unhappy.

Wonderful place to get a mani/pedi ❤ I have been vomi g here for a while now and it just gets better. They have recently expanded and updated everything! This is the nicest place in Fort O to get your nails done! One of the nicest places in the Chattanooga area as well!

Very friendly staff and quite a cultural lesson, the staff are all from different countries, love talking to them.

My nail polish came off soon after I left. They really dont know how to do anything there!! There chairs are amazing nice people just really dont know what they are doing!! Maybe get new people and Ill come back till than hell no!!

The red haired girl hurt my feet and i think she should be doing tonails on adults it went to deep in my cuticle and hurt on the other hand the designer was great that did the design on toes

I use to LOVE this place! I use to recommend this place to everyone... but not anymore. I went yesterday with my mother and it was HORRIBLE! The nail techs would pull the skin off our toes and cut our tonails too short until it bled. Then the nail polish wasnt even placed well. Patchy, uneven, and poorly done.But it gets worse the next day! I woke up with 2 infections! I was able to treat one of them, but the other one is getting worse. Again, this place use to be amazing... and it still might be. From this experience my mother and I will never come back. I dont feel like getting another toenail infection. 😣

Prices clearly marked people are alway friendly and fast service.

Used to go here for years but was very very unimpressed with my last few visits. You get treated like a burden for wanting things a specific way or wanting things to look EVEN. I will not return, and wouldnt advise you to visit.

Prices are high I never pay less then 50 even with a fill in. Also she dosent pay attention to u when your in her chair she is looking around getting up an down it takes 2 hours or more an when u show her a picture of what u want it never even close

I used to go here every time and last time I went I asked for a fill in and ombré gel. Well instead of telling me they couldn’t do ombré with gel they started doing powder and didn’t tell me it cost extra. So $45 dollars later I wasn’t very happy when they didn’t even tell me before hand.
