Ordered online. Email says I could do curbside service or go inside.. I parked at the pick up part. I called and they said park in a curbside spot. I did add instructed and called inside like the sign said... They didnt even ask what space we were parked in. I waited ten minutes and then some guy walked up and asked if I was there to pick up the 12 cinder blocks I said yes and he said it would be easier if I pulled down at the pick up section.. so I go back to where I was in the first place and pulled right next to the blocks he said it would be easier to load if I could try and caddy corner my car toward the pallet I was parked parallel to.. I finally asked the guy if he would rather I just load them myself.. he said there would be no problem so he loaded them into the back of my van And apparently didnt get them in far enough because as I was pulling onto the highway the back hatch opens up.. The hole ordeal was a nightmare I will not go back to Lowes I will go to Home Depot from now on

I will never purchase an appliance from Lowe’s again. They brought my whirlpool refrigerator out on 9/15/21. Did not plug it in. When I had a neighbor pull it out to see what was wrong. It was not plugged in. I lost all my food. Now the doors are opening the wrong way and Lowe’s want come out and reverse them. This is sorry sorry service

Staff hears you looking for help and runs away. 2 staff in paint. Ask one for help and they say look in the other aisle. Ask employee in same aisle for help and they are too busy texting and tell us to look that way. We left and went to the other store. Four different employees in the other store were outstanding and we ran into a lady who was remodeling her bathroom that had also left to go to the other store.

I could have given a better review, but we sat out in the very very hot sun for over 20 minutes waiting for someone to load our mulch. Most people were just loading their own. Due to age and infirmities we could not do that so we had to sit there and wait. My husband went back in to remind them that people were sitting out there, but we still waited another 10 minutes after that. They really need some help on these hot days, those two very young men just could not handle it alone.

Awesome trip to Academy. I went in looking for a specific item - water shoes - and I asked a salesman where they were. They were located in 2 different places. He walked me to both. Super nice guy. Cashing out was a breeze. Great experience today! Thanks, Academy!

This place is our go to place for home improvement items. I just feel like they should have people in the departments that actually know at least a little about the items in their department. Every time I go here and need help it is rarely available. Most staff have general knowledge but some are really clueless. Shouldnt they have some kind of test to prove their knowledge

This is THE place to spend the pandemic! Everybody whos anybody goes here many times a week for a break from their work from home job, or materials for the most recent house theyve bought. Plexiglass everywhere. Sales associates are rare. If you find one, wait your turn, look at their red vest, ask if they work there, then tell them you need help in a different department. SECURITY LIGHTS ARE ON AISLE 5! Filters on aisle 28. Everything else is on 14 & 15.

I am pretty sure Heaven smells like a mix of Lowes and Tractor Supply!!! Found everything we went in for and all at fair prices. The staff was friendly and helpful in locating the items on our list. Always have good experiences at this location.

Good location. Lowes has competitive prices with a broad selection. This store is well organized and the staff are generally friendly and helpful. The lumber selection, I feel, is weaker than Home Depot. However, I usually find myself going to Lowes regardless of what Im buying as the prices tend to be better in my experience. I also prefer the tool selection as well as the fact they actually stock the appliances. Home Depot has to order pretty much anything you buy. Overall, I recommend this place for your home project needs.

My favorite hardware store and they have compressed air for your tires for free, you pay 1.50 at the convenience stores

Lowes has the worst customer service. They installed a sink for me that is now leaking and will not send someone out to do a warranty repair. I have been told for 9 days I would be getting a phone call to set up a service call. I have not received a phone call yet. Only communication we have had is when my wife or I call them. Meanwhile my kitchen sink is un usable. I will NEVER use Lowes again.

Today I went in all I wanted was 6 red large blocks from garden department. The lady working was not familiar with that department when I asked about a certain kind of spray. So then she did not have change for a $100 so I had to use my card. She told me to pull around the side to be loaded. I looked out and one busy young man that was helping someone else was the only one working. He couldnt help it, so I waited all together at least 25 minutes. He walked over and told me to back up and he loaded up. Lowes needs help!!! I am scoring the young man not Lowes.

Like this location. Mostly well stocked & staff are more knowledgeable than competitors next door. It can get busy during certain times but I try not to go early weekdays when contractors are there or weekend mornings when DIYers are sticking up. If you must then be patient.They give discounts to veterans & allow well behaved dogs on leashes.

When most big box hardware stores all carry the same stuff at mostly the same prices, customer service is where they need to stand out and this place does very well in that department. They are just a few more miles away than the other Lowes in town, but they are definitely worth taking the extra time to drive there. They have become my goto for hardware needs.

I was in summerville ga worst lowes I have ever been in. Employees were very scarce and if you could find an employee they had no idea where anything was much understand what a dryer vent is. I promise I asked 5 employees where the dryer vents were and we were told 5 different locations. There was finally a lady employee that came to our aid. She was deaf but went over and above to make sure we got what we needed. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. You sure need a LOT more employees like her.

Waited over 30 minutes on a curbside pickup. Called store they connected me to curbside pickup. Associate had no record of me checking in on line that I was waiting. Associate was very apologetic and had my order out within 8 minutes. She was very courteous.

Ordered steel wheelbarrel. Supposed to have been curbside service..received text it was ready but when we got there it wasnt pulled yet. They had to get it off display b.c. they couldnt find one on the shelf. Altho it was a hassle to get it. The product is works excellently minus the dents & scratches that came on it. Since I went to buy the cabinet saleswoman she treated us contemptuously and cold for not speaking perfect English, I bought the rest of the cabinets for my kitchen since in my Dalton store they did not have them and they were all with defects or blows after paying delivery I had I had to take them myself to return and not just change two in that store if not that I had to go for the other two to the Hixon store nobody said sorry nobody gave me a refund for so much bad work from the store very disappointed in Lowes and his bad treatment with your customers sad because I bought everything from my remodeled kitchen there

I was scheduled to receive my refrigerator November 30. I called November 29 to make sure still coming and confirmed it was coming. I gave away my present refrigerator since all was confirmed. Delivery supposed to happen between 9:30 - 1:30. Called at 12:30 just to make sure still coming- again confirmed. 2:30 no refrigerator again called and confirmed just running behind. 3:30 called and was told my refrigerator was sold and delivered to someone else and a manager would pick me a comparable one out! Went to Lowe’s to pick my own refrigerator out. I had to settle for another brand supposedly a nicer one for same price. Not brand I wanted and still waiting for 2 more days with no refrigerator at all. Very bad experience.

The small lady that was working keys at 4:20 pm seemd to be in her 30s she was on the phone blocking the aisle and the key area.She was confrontational to customers and when when a young man reached for a key on the wall she told him he couldnt have it till she had a chance to see it and she wasnt helping him but the person on the phone. A black couple whose only mistake was trying to get by her was told they would just have to wait

One of the better Lowes in the area. Their customer service is spot on, and they dont have all of their carts stacked with stock like most other Lowes seem to do. Ill drive further just to visit this location.

When you need help employees are chatting with what seems to be friends and dont care to help customers. Know what you need before going in and that will help with your experience and expectations. Prices very from excellent to redicoulous. Few face mask users here, mostly chin warmers or nothing, employees and customers alike. Also have handsanatizer throughout the store. If you have another option I recommend avoiding this location.

I asked for help and after waiting for a while nobody came. So I saw a few guys that work there just kinda killing time moving some tool boxes around and asked them for some help. At first they didnt seem to eager to help but one of them said he would help out. Then when I asked him about a special they had going on he had no clue about it and was no hell at all. When the bottom of the special deal said see sales associate for help. Probably go to home depot next time.
