My recent visit to Audibel was great and I was pleased to get to know my Tech a little better. He seems quite knowledgeable about the Audibel products. The repair to my hearing aid was great and it is Working much better now.

It was a satisfactory experence! No problems what so ever! No complants!

UPDATE 10/28/2016. I have had to have my hearing aids checked as one of them just suddenly had a decrease in volume. I had no appointment and I just dropped in to see if I could be seen as an emergency. I was worked in with a minimum amt of wait time. Fortunately my problem was minor and it was taken care of in less than 10 mins. I have nothing but good things to say about my hearing aids and the excellent service I receive from Shannon and Dr Hixson.
