My cell phone company issued me with a claim to get my screen fixed at this place. The doors are locked, the lights are off, and the only sign on the door is that they are under winter hours (whatever that means). I spoke to the neighboring businesses and they have not seen anyone working there in several weeks. This was at 1 pm on a Tuesday afternoon, I had also stopped by the previous afternoon around 5 and assumed I had just missed them.

Jay is SUPERB with knowledge and congeniality. He provided the greatest help Ive ever had with Phone repairs. He had my Daughters iPhone main board replaced, and ready to use again in about an hour. Jay is honest and upfront about what may be an option including the possible outcome. I know hes not going to waste my time or money if I ever need him again. If you see Jay when you go to CPR, then you can be sure the diagnosis fee is worth it. Additionally, Apple would have cost almost double for what he did in much less time than they said, too!

I purchased a cell phone cord and block and the customer service was excellent. The staff and owners were friendly and extremely helpful. I would recommend CPR in Fort Oglethorpe for you cell phone needs!

Took my sons phone there for a repair. I was charged $193 and the phone was kept for a week with me stopping by the store numerous times and getting the run around. The phone was never fixed and when I asked for my money back I was told that the old screen had already been recycled and I was out the money with the phone still not working. Very unprofessional. They never contacted me during the week they had the phone. When I stopped in there to check I was told someone would call me back and it never happened. I also tried to call the store multiple times and sat on hold 15-20 minutes with no one ever answering. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE! ALSO VERY DISSATISFIED THAT I WAS CHARGED $193 AND THE PHONE STILL DIDNT WORK! ALSO, YOU SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO RECYCLE AN OLD SCREEN TO A PHONE THAT YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO FIX!

I brought in my phone for a new screen and they had it fixed within an hour. So far so good. I would highly recommend!

#1 Alabama fan here, after this weekends horrible loss on a dirty trick play by Auburn’s Gus Malzahn my phone’s screen developed a slight crack in it. Not exactly sure what happened but it is possible it flew across the room. I took my phone to CPR and within 2 hours it had a new battery and new screen at a great price. I researched prices for these two things before I went there too.The staff was friendly and didn’t give me a hard time about my phone’s unfortunate condition.Very pleasant atmosphere that was tastefully decorated in my opinion.Will be returning next year if Alabama’s season goes like this one did.

This business offered great quality service to me when I needed my phone fixed. I was impressed to find the amount of products and services also offered apart from being able to just have my phone repaired. They offer a variety of different options that ranged from fixing phones to other types of screens. It is a great local business that has proven to provide high quality materials used to fix my phone. I would highly recommend that you consider this business for your phone repair needs.

Long story short, they were nice but gave me incorrect information, didnt notify me about ordered parts coming in late, and took 10 days longer to tell me my phone couldnt be fixed when the incorrect information they gave me made me assume that they wouldve told me much sooner than they did***Needed phone battery and camera glass replaced, and when dropping it off, was helped by a friendly employee who told me that the battery wouldnt need to be ordered (the phone is an older model so the battery usually isnt carried in repair shops), but that I would have to wait for the glass to come in. It turned out that the battery did in fact have to be ordered, and so I had to wait over twice as long as I was told for the parts to come in. After the parts finally come in, Im told that my phone could not be fixed because the battery was not the only issue.When getting a refund, I was told that I could be refunded all but the service charge, which is understandable. Except I left my phone for 2 weeks based on them telling me it would only take 3-4 days, and was not even told that there was a non-refundable service charge. When the parts did not come in by the time they told me they would, I was not even informed. Since I was told they had the battery in the store, I believed they could have at least tried replacing it within the first few days and let me know if that was not enough, and so I spent that extra 10 days assuming I wouldnt need to be looking for another phone.

This is the second time we’ve had issues with using our debit card at this store. The first time was resolved in a fairly decent manner. We returned to this store one month ago to replace a battery. Tried paying with one bank card twice and the employee said it didn’t go through and they were having problems with their machine. We used another bank card and it went through. After the transaction issues, we checked our accounts online and all three transactions had gone through! One month later, and we are still trying to recover our money. It took about two weeks to finally get one reimbursement. We are still trying to get the second.😡 NOT ACCEPTABLE. We have been told we would be contacted by the “administrator”, never happens. We went in AGAIN in person. Told we would receive a call and it would be taken care of. Three days later, still no call or refund in our account. Yesterday I called again and with no inappropriate language used, told them it would be settled yesterday. I was put on hold for over 20 min. Hung up, called back, was told he was thinking the administrator would have returned his call by then, and I asked so you just let me sit on hold for all that time and didn’t bother letting me know what was going on???!!! I asked to get my refund in cash. Was denied. Was told again I’d hear from them yesterday. Guess what?! Today, I contact the media. It should not take one month to recover $160 dollars for being charged three times for an $80 battery. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional treatment. Once I get my money, we will NOT be back.

One star is being generous! I have a couple of issues with this establishment. The first is I brought a samsung S7 in for repair because it was stuck in a safe mode boot cycle, I was told the technician would diagnose the issue and call me the NEXT DAY to see if I want the repair. Four days later I call to find out what is going on and Im told that the battery would arrive the following day and be ready for pick up. I have a hard time buying that a battery fixed the issue, but whatever. The next issue I have is when I go to the store to pick up my phone there is a sign on the door, due to staffing shortage closed. Day two of trying to pick up the phone same sign due to staffing shortage closed I even call the number on the sign and get told they might go to the Fort O. store in a couple of hours if I wanted them to transfer it. NO. Day three of pick up, get to the store at 6:05 PM, store is suppose to close at 7, but no shocker, closed with a sign that says closing at 5:30 for technician up-training. Still dont have my phone going on almost 2 weeks now. If you dont have the staff to man the store close it until you do, or keep a receptionist there to curry the repairs back and forth. Pitiful.

She made the best of a bad situation. She was fun to talk to and knew what she was doing. I asked her some questions about my phone while she was dealing with his phone and she answered without hesitation or provided great service! Thanks Levi! I wanted to rate this business a negative zero!Before I went to this place to have them fixed my broken charger port, I knew that this business has bad reviews. I still went anyway because I couldnt find any closer place that can fix my charger port. And it would only cost me $70+ ( which is not so bad I thought) It took them a week to fix my phone. Within that week, they had different reasons why it took them longer than expected. But before one week was over, they told me different reasons about my phone screen. (Note: I went there with my phone screen intact and fine.) My husband and I called them several times because we could not understand what they meant about my phone screen since they were beating around the bushes. So finally, I went to pick up my phone. JAY TOLD ME THAT HE BROKE MY PHONE SCREEN WHILE HE WAS FIXING MY CHARGER PORT. SO, HE CHARGED ME EXTRA $100+ FOR THE NEW SCREEN. I reluctantly paid him for the extra charged. If I knew that this would happened, I should have went ahead and got me a new phone instead of dealing with these scammers!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN!

I brought my phone in because i had a small crack in my display, my phone worked fine, i just wanted a new screen. I went in and waited for my phone to get done, a few hours later they brought it out and told me to bring it back tomorrow because they had broken the power button, i was upset but i did as they said and brought it back the next day. i came back at the end of the day and they told me that they couldnt fix my phone because the truck with the part got into a accident (i think thats just a convenient lie) almost a week later i got my phone back and now the fingerprint reading/grip censors/camera doesnt work plus the back of the phone wasnt even glued on good. I am mad and will never recommend this company to anyone!!!! They dont even deserve this one star!!! Had no choice.....

My phone stopped charging and I thought I broke the charging port. I took it in and J.was working,he said it would be about $65 to replace it.I thought to myself that’s better than buying a new one. J. then noticed that pocket lint was in it and pulled it out and it started working! J. didn’t charge me a dime. What a great guy.

We had a MS Surface Pro that we use for field work and was amazed at the cost and turn around time on the repair. Everywhere we looked was almost double what CPR quoted us and are very satisfied with the quality of the repair! Will defiantly recommend this place to others!

I broke my camera on my phone several months ago. I finally took it to be fixed and Jay my cell phone tech was able to fix it for me for less then I thought it was going to be. He was very nice and fixed my phone promptly and efficiently. He answered all my questions. I will definetly be coming back to the Fort Oglethorpe office because their customer service is amazing.

We are very pleased with the service that we received at CPR in Fort Oglethorpe. My daughter dropped her IPhone 6 Plus and of course the screen shattered. To her the world was ending. We head to our local CPR. The man at the counter was super friendly and understanding of our situation (with the world ending and all). We arrived at 5:45pm and the repair was completed by 6:15. I couldnt ask for better or more timely service

The repair was done in a very timely manner and the gentleman at the counter was an excellent customer service representative. However, the price for the repair was very excessive! I found out later I couldve had the repair done for half the price.

CPR has been my go-to for 3 or 4 years now, and I love them. They have always been sooooo helpful and kind to me. Whether I needed my phone fixed or wanted to buy a new one, they were there making my life easier and helping me save money. I never write reviews, but CPR Fort O is honest and loyal and they definitely deserve 5 stars!!

I don’t review much but the experience I’ve had with the store manager and especially Jay the technician today was great! He took his time and reassured me that my phone would be working properly by the time I left and it is. After 4 months of multiple issues, an hour or so it was fixed. Thank you so much. Not to mention he was very courteous and his customer service was through the roof.

How ever when ask if they could find out just blew me off as if my business wasnt as important being he didnt have the correct information. I was also a previous customer. Fixed the screen on my sons phone. Like new again.

Not only did they keep my phone several days after they estimated and then they whole left side of the screen was not fixed properly and had a major flex in it. After I called, they refused to fix it and about a week later the left side of the screen where the flex was the worst had cracked. This happened but I had never dropped the phone or pressed on it hard. I contacted customer service who referred my back to this location who refused to help me. I would strongly recommend getting your phone repaired from literally any other phone repair service or do it yourself because the quality will be much better. They also broke my Sim card tray and I had to return to the store to get them to open it. They are very unprofessional in the way they conduct their business and now I am out $190, didnt have a phone for two weeks when they ensured that could fix it in one week, and back to square one with a cracked phone. They refused to remidy the situation in any way and the customer service department again refused to help. I truly had a horrific experience because this company refuses to care about its customers and their quality of service.

Had my tablet for 6 weeks. Every time I called I was told something completely contradictory to the last time on the status. It wasnt until I said I wanted it back fixed or not that it was deemed unrepairable. When I went to pick it up it had residual glue running out the right side of the screen and when I dropped it off it look brand new. They tried to give me a partial refund and claimed that it was just part of the process. They offered to remove the glue at no charge but they would have to keep it longer. Not only did they not fix my tablet it was returned to me in far worse condition than I dropped it off.

I wish I could give zero stars. After having my S7 screen and lcd replaced I picked the phone up and the new screen was obviously ill fitting. When I pointed this out to the employee he said it wasnt a problem and that is how it was supposed to be. I asked him if it was an issue and the phone started acting up would it be covered under the warranty? He said yes, absolutely. A week later the phone started acting up. It wouldnt charge, never a problem before and small purple dots started popping up all over the screen. When I took it back to use the lifetime warranty, wouldnt you know that it wasnt covered. Although the employee couldnt explain to me how an internal part got damaged without any external damage and it was very obviously either a bad part that was installed or it was improperly installed. The manager was supposed to call me to talk about the issue but obviously that didnt happen. Useless business. Rip off.

Saved my phone from what I thought was irrepairable damage! I am so thankful for them and their help! Super friendly too! I would recommend them any time! They helped me even when my phone carrier AND my insurance company would not.

Fine job replacing the battery. I was told when ordering the part, and again in my voicemail notification of when the battery had arrived, that the procedure would take 20-30 minutes. When I got to the shop, I was told 1 hour. Otherwise, no complaints!

After spending hours total on hold trying to talk to someone, taking a week to get the parts to fix my phone, closing early the day I was to pick of my phone after telling me they were open till 7, and then after fixing my phone the camera and wifi didnt work I wouldnt suggest these people to do anything important.

Was supposed to be ready in 4 days. It took over 2 weeks. They did not contact me about the delay. When I was finally to get my device back no apology or anything

First of all 57+tax to replace a phone screen I said ok cool! He comes out ten min later said the X-ray showed the mic cord was broken and would be another 138 I fealt in a vice having already paid 57, but reluctantly paid the additional. And again comes out ten min later said the the chip might need to be replaced I told him to go put it back in the X-ray lol so he came back and said it was fine. Well to make a long story short my son who spent his birthday money on getting the phone fixed is without a phone it won’t change now only goes to 2%, and is slow as hell! What a waste of money never again CPR SCAM

CPR replaced the lens on my camera part of my phone a lot cheaper and quicker than the insurance could. I highly recommend them!

I called 4 time today, one time i waited 5 minutes then hung up, the second time i waited 11 minutes then hung up, the third time i waited another 5 minutes before hanging up then the last time i waited 20 minutes and still no answer. You cant do any business this way! horrible customer service!!

Had the screen and battery replaced on my I phone. Upon receiving my phone back from repair the volume controls didn’t work and the home button was loose. Luckily I checked this before walking out of the store and pointed it out to the guy who worked on it. He offered to fix the issues for free but he would have to order the part to fix the volume and it would take about a week and he would contact me. After waiting nearly a month I contacted the store and come to find out the part was shipped to the wrong store. They obtained the part and replaced it and the loose home button. After I get home from having them repaired I notice that my phone no longer will vibrate and that there is a bright spot in the digitizer and now my flash light just went out. Long story short is that I have had more issues after having the first repair done than before having it done. Not happy with the service.

They told me I had a bad battery. So then I bought a battery. Of course the battery they sold me was dead so I had no way of knowing if it was the battery or not. I went to my car and charged it for 10 minutes but it would never charge. I took it back inside and then they said it was the charging port. Which is going to be another $75 on top of the 30-something dollar battery. I asked if I could just buy a cheap phone temporarily until I got my other phone fixed. They said okay and now that Im trying to return the other phone theyre saying they wont let me return it. So I was lied to and they were rude about it also.

Left out multiple screws when they fixed my screen. Screen also glitched a lot after they worked on it. Cost way too much for what I got. Vibration knocker was not screwed down and was just floating abound in my phone. Wont go here again.

Very disappointed. Was told that the screen replacement was covered by warranty even if the new screen cracked, the screen did crack and was told that no such warranty existed and that the employee that told us that was no longer with the company and they would not honor what we were told. Sorry but it is not the customers fault your employee was improperly trained and CPR should have done something, if not replace the screen for free then give some sort of reimbursement or discount. Very poor business etiquette, not at all a good way to run a business! Will not go back!

Please read this review before you decide to take your device here....I wouldnt even give this place one star if i didnt have to, to get this information out there. CPR Cell Phone Repair of Fort O and of Chattanooga, Gunbarrel location, are both ran by Ryan. Greedy, lying local owner operator. They only want to put your money in their wallets and they will tell you anything to get that. With the fort o location i had two phone needing repair. A galaxy grand prime and a galaxy j7. There was a delay on my j7 of like 5 days because the store would order the wrong part or the part came in broken one time i believe, i was told due to the delay i would get both phones free of charge. When i went to pick the phones up there were still problems out of the one that they in fact made me pay for, the grand prime, because it was done on time. Tired of dealing with them i paid the due. A week later i was back in at the Gunbarrel location speaking with Ryan over the probelms and after being told not to put more money into the Grand Prime i decided on another phone. Paid over $200 for my Galaxy Note Edge from the Gunbarrel location just to have a LIST of probelms that the company refuses to fix. These probelms have been comfirmed and all they can do is cut the cost of parts over a technicality. DO NOT take any of your electronics to any CPR in the area. All ran by the same man and they only care about themselves. I promise you will save a ton if you take your devices anywhere else even locate the parts online and have someone else fix it for you. CPR will do nothing for you but dig in your wallet and give you a headache. Please feel free to share my story as to save a few more people from having the same probelm.

If I could give zero stars I would. They sold me a stolen phone from t mobile that I could not activate. Then refused to make it right. I spent 5 hours the day before Christmas Eve trying to get this straight for the gift I had bought my brother. I ended up having to give CPR the stolen phone and extra money to get another that would work. I feel that if they sold me the stolen phone then caused 5 hours of turmoil then the $15 for the other phone shouldve been on them. When asked to speak to the manager Bret told me he was gone for the day, I asked him to call him and he refused. After pretty much demanding him to call the manager he walked in the back and pretended that he called and said the manager had turned his phone off for the day.All in all a horrible experience... And I will not be returning there as this is the 2nd bad experience they broke the digitizer in my personal phone and expected me to be without my phone for 5 days. The East Brainerd location is GREAT but Fort Oglethorpe is TERRIBLE!!!!

Theyre refusing to fix my girlfriends phone after they replaced her screen with a faulty screen in her phone. Her phone has a small hairline crack and i know for a fact that could not have caused the screen to be faulty what so ever and as proffesionals they should know that. Theres phones with a million cracks and the screen still works flawlessly. Definitely never recommending this place to anyone and im taking my buisiness else where. ALSO THIS IS BARELY OVER A MONTH AFTER THEY FIRST REPLACED THE SCREEN!!!!

Dropped off my iPad 3 that had a busted screen, on Saturday, the man said it take a few days. Wednesday I call, they cant find my ipad!. Had to go to the store. They found it. They didnt have any of the iPad labeled with customers names. They said it would be ready the next day. He told me he would give me a dicount, but the discount was he didnt charge me for the part they messed up when taking it apart. I paid my bill at that time. The next day Thursday; I call, its not ready! So Friday at 3 p.m. I call, and was told it would be another hour! I got it and it was fixed.
