Going on 2 weeks and still havent got my last paycheck. Sign a paper stating if I quit they have the option of holding it but I was let go and for some reason the boss didnt give the manager my check. And when I ask him why all he says is Idk when really he does he just wants to avoid me.. Ive contacted the labor board so we will see how it turns out.

Horrible customer service from their drivers. Had to order a replacement vanity top from Home Depot and was told after completing the order, a 3rd party courier service would be contacting me. Received call from a driver named Travis from this company while I was at work so I couldn’t answer therefore he left me a voicemail. On the message he stated they had my vanity top scheduled to be delivered the next day from 2pm to 6pm and to call them back to confirm when would I be available. Called him right back, Identified myself and informed him I work until 4:30 or so everyday but could be home by 5 pm and then would be able to receive item from 5-6. He got an attitude with me and said he didn’t remember what time he said on the voicemail they would deliver and then claims they don’t deliver “after 5:00pm.” I told him he stated on the message 2 to 6 and I am at work and can not be home until 5. He then said well these are our work hours too so well just have to call you tomorrow to see what time works better. I told him I was already letting him know what time worked best and I cannot be home before 5pm. He then asked hatefully where do you live at? I told him my location then asked him shouldn’t he already have my address on the delivery invoice??? At that point this guy doesn’t say another word and just hangs up on me! I called Home Depot customer service and had them file a complaint with this company. That is not how you talk to a customer, period. You can’t always be off of work right at 5:00pm that’s just the nature of things sometimes. Things come up, deal with it or find another job.

I was scheduled to have a curio cabinet delivered to my home. When it arrived we stood it up and as we stood it up there was a funny sound and my wife made a comment about it and said something didnt sound right. The delivery driver didnt seem to be concerned and said see ya later and got out and left the house rather quickly. Meanwhile my wife and I took the cardboard box from off the curio cabinet to discover that it was badly damaged. The big glass piece in the front was busted. I knew that the driver couldnt be but just a couple of minutes from my house and I wanted it out of my livingroom. I have a 2 year old and I dont need a big sharp broken piece of glass in my living room. At this point I wasnt too upset because I understood things like this happen. I decided the driver who is no more than a mile or so away, needs to come back and take this broken dangerous thing out of my home. So I called and was told that since I accepted it then I had to go through a bunch of red tape and basically lobby Congress to pass legislation and go through this ridiculous 54 step process and wait no telling how long to get this busted broken thing they had just shamelessly delivered out of my house. I wasnt too happy with that when I knew that a simple solution would be for the driver to turn around and he would be back in my driveway within five minutes. I was also told about this policy and that policy and ya da ya da ya da blah blah blah. Any policy that creates ridiculous inefficiencies for your company and extreme inconvenience for your customers is a policy that needs to be ignored and changed immediately. When I expressed my concern and displeasure about this thing being left in my house because of the danger it posed to my children, I was told that I could just put it out in the yard until they were able to come get it. Let me ask a quick question. If it took two grown men to carry it into my house, then how many grown men will it take to get it out of my house. The answer to that question is two. One is the driver who has just left, but could turn around and be back in just a few minutes. The other is the customer who is getting crapped on by the delivery company. And lets go back to that point when I was told that since I had accepted it, that there was nothing that could be done. Let me ask this question. At what point during this process did I have an opportunity to make an informed decision about whether I should accept it or not. It went straight from the back of the truck to my livingroom and it was in a cardboard box. By the time I got the cardboard box off of it, the driver is gone. So I ask again, at what point in this extremely hurried process did the driver give me the opportunity to inspect the cabinet so I could make an informed decision about whether I should accept it or not. And another point I thought of. Every other time that I have had something delivered to my house, I had to sign for it. Thats with everything. Even a pepperoni pizza. Guess what. I didnt sign anything when that busted curio cabinet was delivered to my house. Shouldnt my signature be required as proof that I agreed to accept the delivery. I didnt sign anything. I hope my signature didnt get forged on some piece of paper or some sort of electronic pad. That would really open up a can of worms. Those are my thoughts on my experience that I had with your company. I realize mistakes are made and accidents happen, but when they do you should be willing to go out of your way to make things right and make the customer happy. You should not hide behind a bunch of red tape and rules, when everybody in the world knows that there can be exceptions made to those rules in certain unexpected circumstances. And when youre not willing to go that extra mile to make a dissatisfied customer happy, then it is an extremely poor reflection upon your delivery company.
