We have rented 3 times with this company at Fort Oglethorpe Georgia in the past 2 months -August and 2 in September and they have done a great job. Chris, and the other gentleman I have delt with have given us great customer service. They showed us everything we needed to know, gave us great pricing on car. When we rent we always get full coverage, one car we told them we could not rent and they made sure we had something different. Very professional and have always met our needs. Keep up the great work. We will be back to rent again from you.

I had a mixed experience.I rented a premium car online.They didnt have one when I arrived and had to settle for a downgrade at the same price because it was Memorial day weekend.The full size car i was given wreaked of cigarette smoke when I turned the AC on and it was covered in ashes. I got home and notified them and instead of offering me something better, she said she would notate the account.The smell was so bad and I didnt think I would be able to smell that smell for a week straight so I called back and spoke to a manager.He asked me to bring it back and gave me a much nicer upgrade due to a suv being returned. It was just a big inconvenience because I live 35 minutes away.I would of given a 5 star review if,#1 I felt that the person cared.#2 I wasnt downgraded and charged the same cost.#3 Someone cleaned it and realized the smell and didnt rent it in the first place.I had a great trip without issues after the initial debacle.

Picked up a car for an insurance rental. The process was easy, but there was some confusion about the down payment I would have to make ($300 vs. $50). Also, I realize there are issues right now with there not being enough rental cars in inventory, but the one I received was a bit dirty on the outside with lots of bug splatters. The inside, however, was clean.

Upon entering the store I had a rental car already rented with another location I was to renew my rental at this location and when going into renew it I had to move some monies around on my debit card in which I was unaware of because I had just a little bit under what they required with their deposit and I was not offered any ride to the bank or any assistance at all to get the money is on this debit card and I was not informed of this deposit before going to the location so at 10:05 I was not offered a ride or any type of assistance to quickly get these monies transferred onto the card so I could leave my items in the car and continue my rental unfortunately it was five of five and they were closing the store so I was left with no options had to remove all my items from the car and come back in the morning upon coming back in the morning I was informed that there was no cars available now so after reserving and getting everything ready for this rental I was left with no car and no possible way to get a car at this location until the following week all because I couldnt have an extra 5 minutes or some type of assistance to go get money to put on my card at a bank I feel that the manager directly was very unhelpful and I would not recommend this location to anyone if youre looking to get great customer service and youre looking to be treated very well

Manager fixed an error but there was a ton of miscommunication that left me with an uneasy feeling about this branch. Hopefully things will get better

I have rented cars from this company many time and I am quite familiar with the process. My wife on the other hand is not. She (my wife) had to get a rental car while her car was in the repair shop due to being rear-ended. The employee at Enterprise was rude and acted like we were a bother. She didnt go over any paper work with us, only asked for signatures. She didnt do a walk around or explain anything. I am very displeased with her attitude. Will go with another rental company next time.

Would never recommend this branch to anyone that knows me. Assistant manager at this branch is very rude and disrespectful. After returning my vehicle with the company still owing me money I simply asked for a ride back to my vehicle after being told that they do offer this. And was told by James the assistant manager that he was not going to help that I needed to look into a Uber or lyft at my cost! Will never do business at this branch again!! Management definitely needs to work on his customer service and learn how to treat people the way that he would expect to be treated after spending hundreds of dollars there! I really wish that I could rate this branch a 0 star because that’s definitely what they deserve and people need to know before shopping there how rude and inconsiderate they are here!

I rented a pick up truck from them and because they didnt have any available at the branch that I reserved, they had to bring one from another branch. The vehicle was dirty and smell like cigarette smoke. Also we stop to put gas in the truck and one inside part of the gas tack was broken and it was very difficult to put gas in the truck. I will say that the people at enterprise was very nice, but we didnt get a discount or credit of the inconvenience.

They were the sweetest people! I didn’t have a ride home, and since I lived so close they dropped me off at my home. I’m so grateful for their help and their patience with me my little one! They even offered to help install his car seat. We will for sure be using them again! This is the best location near Chattanooga by far.

I rented a mid sized SUV from Enterprise. Very clean, nice SUV. Only problem when I got it home I noticed an oil leak. I returned the car immediately and Enterprise was so accommodating. Gave me another SUV, with no hassle and quick service. Was treated very courteously and professional by all.

Facility was clean and quick for a drop off. However, I wasnt thrilled with the customer service. The man who helped me looked miserable, which I get. Could have been a bad day. But if the company requires me to wear a mask when I enter I expect the employees to do the same, and not wear it hanging around their neck when interacting with me. He was short and didnt give me an idea of what my final charges would be or if the car seemed fine. So, two stars it is. This isnt a reflection on the whole company, another employee walked in and was wearing her mask and seemed pleasant as pie.

My car was damaged in an accident 2 weeks before we were scheduled to leave for our first family vacation in years. The at fault drivers insurance required me to use Enterprise for a replacement. After nearly a week they finally gave me a small sedan to drive (not comparable at all to my 7 passenger vehicle or a minivan which is what was approved by insurance) with promises that they would have a larger vehicle the following business day. Fast forward 5 days- Yesterday, right before we were scheduled to leave for vacation, after me calling everyday, they finally got me into an suv. Still not comparable to my larger vehicle but we didn’t feel like we could be picky under the circumstances. We opened the door to get in it and it was absolutely filthy! Dirt and potato chips everywhere and it had a terrible odor. We have used enterprise one other time in the past and the experience was fine but this time has been awful! How could you not clean a car you were renting out during a pandemic such as this? Especially after all of the claims that you make on your phone recordings that everyone has to listen through. Extremely disappointed does not even describe it.

Curtious and friendly staff along with a very clean place. Quick service allows you to get in and out very quickly.

Not to clear with the final costs and deposits up front. Also very slow with refunding your deposit after returning the car.

Rented a car for a few weeks while mine was in the shop. Drop it off here and ask for a ride a few miles down the road. Guy at the counter says its too late in the day and I should just call an uber instead, says theres nothing he can do.They got hundreds of dollars from me and couldnt drive me a few miles down the road. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Me and my boyfriend had been renovating a camper and we unfortunately got into a wreck and had just lost everything. Geico set up the rental, but the girl charged us over $300 saying Geico wasn’t paying for anything, and she did not email us an invoice or give us a User Agreement or anything. Why was I charged that much when I called Geico and I wasn’t supposed to be charged anything? Called a different Enterprise and was told I was not supposed to be charged, except for a deposit. The girl who helped us obviously does not care about doing her job right, let alone giving us the agreement which, I’m pretty sure is against the law. I’m very unhappy, especially after being in an awful wreck, she took our money and sent us along our way. EDIT : just checked my bank account and was charged again for a $40 charge!!!!! This is RIDICULOUS!!!! They are nothing but scammers.

I will never rent from this facility again. Was told to drop the vehicle where my car was being repaired. Then was told I could not do that because they didn’t have anyone to pick the vehicle up and that I would be charge per day until I returned the vehicle if I dropped it off at the repair shop. This was a huge ordeal.

I have not had a problem yet with the fort o location although i have been in there when many other people have came in having issues. My only suggestion would be the price of the rental and rhe deposit. Not a huge issue but prices could be a little lower at this moment. Cars are nice most the time excpet this time mine had a maintenance light on and i was told there was nothing wrong with it. It drove fine to Illinois and back but was sounding like it was running a little rough could maybe use oil change. There could be better rewards or upgrades for the beginner level of their program while im working my way up. Other than this again i have YET to have a major issue. Will update if anything major happens in future

I had recently given this particular location a bad review, now however Im taking that review down and giving them a good one because about a week ago I wrecked my Dodge Durango a deer hit me....Enterprise Rent-A-Car had a car waiting on me at the time they said they would at Dixie collision in Lafayette Georgia..... And even though my insurance has rent a car assistance to where they pay $35 a day they failed to reserve the car for me so I ended up having to pay for the first day.....well come and find out three days later they still hadnt reserved the car so I was still being charged for it off my credit card, thankfully Enterprise Rent-A-Car in fort Oglethorpe Georgia reimbursed me for all of the money that had been taken off my credit card... So basically I just want to say thank you guys for being honest and giving me my money back and being such a great reliable company.

Our experience with enterprise in Fort Oglethorpe was amazing. James went above and beyond with our rental. Our accident was under someone elses insurance claim. We were driving a 2010 Chevy Silverado, which my husband needs for work. The insurance company only wanted to put him in a compact car, which would not work for his job. We made James aware of this and he put my husband in a truck and made all the calls to the insurance company to get it changed. We had this truck for almost 3 weeks and it was amazing. During these times, COVID 19, when its hard to find a friendly, helpful face, James was there and came to us at the shop. Would reccomend this specific enterprise to everyone and will be using them again for a rental when we go on vacation. Thanks a million James and enterprise in Fort Oglethorpe for everything.

The car I got is slightly bigger than the car I booked. And the car was so good. It has a smart cruise controlling system which can adjust speed with the traffic. That helps me a lot and I really loved that feature. Thanks Enterprise.

Service was quick and efficient, but I got the impression that they were stressed out because of the number of clients vs. the number of vehicles available. The lady that helped me was a bit cold and curt.

Rented a car from a local Enterprise, on my journey I had car issues. Decided to exchange vehicles as this one wasnt reliable. I went in and was told it would be about ~4 hours until one became available. I was traveling due to a time sensitive issue (Father was going into heart surgery.) Andrew G. understood and started calling around local Enterprises. Sadly, none had a car available until later that day. Andrew pulled some strings and got me on the road about 40 minutes after arriving. I was lucky enough to make it home in time. I wont ever forget his help.

I have used Enterprise Rent-A-Car a few times in my life. With my experience with it I can not complain. Every time I need to rent a vehicle they never fail to come through. I personally use the app to reserve the car. However, if you dont mind waiting then do it at the location itself. Either way you cant go wrong I highly recommend this place.

This was the first time I ever had trouble with them but they had my bank card that I had rented another car with so they maxed my credit card out then began charging my debit card that wasnt even associated with the car I had rented so be careful what you give them access to

I’ve used Enterprise for my car rentals for almost a year for work travels. Great experience overall with customer service and the vehicle itself. However, the last rental I made I had to pay a deposit fee. As many times as I’ve used Enterprise I’ve never had to pay one. Just inconvenient when you are trying to get the cheapest rate. Apparently it depends on the location as to which ones charge a deposit fee. Love everything about Enterprise, except the price.

The pickup experience on Saturdays is always the same. No cars, attempted rate hikes for upgrading because they have no cars. Every car I have gotten has more than 20,000 miles and most had been smoked in.Gas tank is never on full. My first stop is always the gas station!The return process is fast as long as there is someone around. You will get pasted over for a regular though who may be returning a weekly rental.

The pick up was easy in Fort Oglethorpe but when I tried to return it to the Lee Hwy location I had a problem. I never seen anyone look over a car trying to find any and everything. She got on the ground and looked under the car for what I dont know. She found a scratch on a bumper that had a half dozen scratches. She told me that they were getting ready to sell the car I rented. Guess they wanted me to pay for the paint job. When I picked up the car the guy told me that the scratches were just normal wear and tear Ended up returning the car to another location accepted without a problem.

Always have a great experience at this Enterprise location. Very quick pickup if you have your reservation in order. Respectful of veterans and thanked me for my service.

We were headed out for a much needed vacation but of course we had a major budget issue. I called this location numerous times to change dates and car classes. Enterprise Silver. Stone Always Delivers Great Customer Service Here. Several Rentals A Year With Enterprise. Usually A Full Size SUV. We Reserved Just Before Christmas 2018 And It Turned Into A Seinfeld Episode. The Whole Purpose Behind A Reservation Is To Hold The Vehicle So It Is There For The Customer When They Come At The Specified Time To Pick It Up. We Had Rented Twice Already This Year, Jeep Cherokee and Full Size SUV. Not As If We Havent Rented There Before Or Always Rent The Cheapest Vehicles. They Tried To Call Cell But Being Out Of Coverage Area, Voicemail Not Delivered/Received. If Im Not Needing The Vehicle I Will Cancel Reservation. Otherwise, Keep Holding Vehicle For Time/Date Specified. Manager Was Able To Send Us To The Broad Street, TN Location Where They Had A GMC Yukon Instead Of The Expedition We Requested. Last Time We Had Reserved The Same Expedition And Were Upgraded To The Escalade And Didnt Have To Drive To Another Location To Get The Vehicle. Seems This Location Will Reserve Your Vehicle But They Run Out Of Vehicles Before You Show Up To Get Your Reservation. Somehow The Principle Of A Reservation Isnt The Same As It Used To Be. Same Thing Happens With Regular Hotel Rooms. Major Airlines Also Overbook Flights Hoping They Have A Few Cancellations, If Not Then They Just Tell Customers Youve Been Bumped. At Least You Can Count On The Hilton To Keep Your Room Waiting Until You Get There.

They were very friendly and easy to help after my accident. Another person hit my car and the next day I had a rental available so I could continue getting back to my normal work and social life. When my car was repaired I was able to leave my rental at the collision shop and drive my car home.

Ive rented twice from Enterprise on Battlefield Pkwy and both times was very pleased with service, fantastic rates, and great vehicles. The first time was a planned trip, and the process of making the reservation and picking up the car couldnt have been smoother. Driving home, my husband smelled gasoline, so we turned around and brought the car back. The agent didnt argue, she quickly got us a different car (an upgrade, actually) and we were on our way.The second rental was an emergency. At 11 am on a Saturday I found out my husbands loaded pickup truck had died on the side of the road in a rural area about 3 hours away. Reservations found me a pickup truck, and within short time I was on my way to rescue my husband. I had thought that rates would be sky high since this was a last minute reservation, but no, they were very reasonable. I had a brand new Ford pickup truck and the ride over and back was smooth.Ill continue to rent from this location for vacations and emergencies, and you should too!

I recently rented a car here due to mine being in the body shop. I was Impressed with the ease of the whole experience and the personable service. Allowing me to leave the rental nearby at the body shop and not having to take it back, get the child seat in and out etc saved me so much time and aggravation and was very considerate.

We have used this location several times and thus far, we have been extremely pleased with our service. In March, we reserved a car and as we got there to pick it up, there were several ahead of us. In watching, I realized that they (staff) were scrambling for cars to provide to the customers. Fortunately, we were not in a hurry, and they were able to catch up quickly. The issue was handled very professionally by the manager and it was not a foreseeable issue he could plan for. Will use this location again.

The guys who checked me in and out this time was AWESOME, I think his name is Mike. He gets the 3 stars, but the cars need to be cleaner than what they where.. The last 3 times the cars were a mess and the customer service was lousy. I really go there because its closer to my house, but Im considering spending extra money to catch a Uber to the airport for cleaner cars and a variety of car rentals companies to choose from. Good job though Mike!

Although my wait to pick up the car Id reserved was rather long due to other staff members picking up and delivering other vehicles I found everything to my satisfaction. The Chevy Trax more than met our expectations as we drove it.Kevin was extremely helpful and very courteous while we waited, explaining the reason for the delay, and handling numerous phone calls as well as other customers who came in.The only reason I was not able to give 5 stars was due to the extended wait, otherwise I would have given the 5 stars, even 6 if I had that option.I have used the Fort Oglethorpe location several times and have always been satisfied with the service beyond my expectations.Will I use Enterprise and the Fort Oglethorpe location again, ABSOLUTELY!!!!

I love the cars but I was disappointed that I ordered a car for 9 am and didnt get a car until 1pm that day. I would have been super mad if I had a time sensitve thing to go to. Instead I missed going to a restaurant I was looking forward to cause it closed before we could get there.

Came in to the Ft. Oglethorpe Enterprise with a semi emergency last minute need to rent a vehicle and they fixed us right up! Everything about our experience with the Ft. Oglethorpe Enterprise was excellent! The vehicle was nice, new and super clean. Would 100% recommend them for future travels.

I was in a serious accident on August 1 just down the street from the Ft Oglethorpe Enterprise location. After my car was towed I called their office at my insurance companys direction to get a rental car. They had a car for me but they were closing soon. The time was 5:55 pm and they closed at 6 pm. My GPS showed a 7 minute drive time to Enterprise. I politely asked if they could stay open for 5 minutes to help me. They refused despite my repeated promises that I would arrive shortly. His exact words were If youre not here by 5:59 pm we cant help you. They could not imagine exerting an extra drop of energy to help a desperate customer. I travel extensively for work and have exclusively used Enterprise for my rental cars. I will not be using them again. Im disgusted by their lack of empathy and their terrible customer service.

When I went to pick up my rental we realized my licence had expired. Mr. Bill who was the driver sent to pick me up was kind enough to take me to the DMV so I could get it renewed and not miss my trip. All the staff was wonderful! Thank you everyone!

My job requires me to travel throughout the southeast, so I rent a car between 6-10 times a month. This process can oftentimes be a hassle, which is why I am so grateful to have found the Enterprise Battlefield location. The store manager and entire staff are so friendly and always accommodate my vehicle needs. Since I work for a car manufacturer, I am required to drive that specific brand. The team always has the specific car ready and cleaned for me. On several occasions Chad had to make special arrangements to bring in a car for me. His excellent customer service and willingness to go above and beyond are greatly appreciated. Thank you for all you do!!

Called to ensure pick up and three times they forgot requiring 2 calls each time, staff says ok we will pick you up.. wait call a second time they act like youve never called

The Enterprise employees were friendly, courteous, and efficient at this location. Before I left Enterprise, the young gentleman who attended to me made sure I was happy with my rental and re-vacuumed the car. I plan to rent from this location in the future. Since I rented for 4 weeks, I would like to see more discounts for repeat customers.

We have rented with Enterprise before and have always been pleased with the service and professionalism. Unfortunately this last time did not end well. On our way home we were caught in a massive wreck on I-65 for 2 1/2 hours. Which also caused us to go through Nashville during a heavier time of traffic. While sitting in the extended traffic jam I called my local Enterprise. The man I spoke with said I could return the van on the next morning and to drive safe. Never did he mention that they would be charging for another full day rental. We made sure to bring the van back first thing in the morning so there would be no loss of rental for their next customer. When we again mentioned our situation and that we had spoken with them the night before, we were told there was nothing they could do about the additional charge. Extremely disappointing!

It is not an exaggeration to guess I have rented more cars from Enterprise Rental in Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia than any other review you might read here. >30 rentals from this franchise since 2009. On the whole they are pretty easy to work with. I would wish the same people would hang around longer, so as to let me feel like a familiar face but I suppose in this business there is a lot of rotation. Cars are clean and in good condition. Had one spate of tire trouble in 2015 but otherwise they are pretty much test pattern. I have been well treated there and would send both business associates and family there for a rental car.

I have rented several cars over the past month and a half. I have never had any issues with this company or the cars that i rented. I would not go anywhere else. This is the best company that i have rented a car from and the cars have been great. Everyone should go to this location. The customer service has been excellence.

This rental facility is a complete joke. Told I will have a rental available by 3:30, here it is almost 6:00, and no rentals available. I made plans around my initial pick up time, and now here I sit still waiting. What is wrong with you people at enterprise. So when I tried to call the location, I was on hold for 30 minutes..... thats 30 minutes, and still with no answerer. I have rented cars in the past plenty of times for business and pleasure, but this will be the last with Enterprise, especially at the Fort Oglethorpe GA location

Prompt and super friendly service. I had pre-paid on line when reserving so the pickup went smooth and fast. In and out in less than 15 minutes. The vehechicle I rented was clean and operated smoothly. On return, Dylan was there to handle everything in a matter of minutes. Could not ask for better customer service any time I have ever used these guys.

Great customer service. It was busy when I was in and two people working the deal so there was a 30 minute wait. Still 4 stars for how well me and my family were treated.

I will never do business with this company again. They over charged me thinking I wouldnt notice or that I wouldnt say anything. I took the car back early because of the issue. I would rather walk than do business with a company that cheats and steal from its customers. I will say once I brought the matter up to the manager he refunded my money, but it still doesnt make it right

I reserved my rental the day before. I was told to bring a utility bill with my name on it, however; I was not told that there were special circumstances that qualified one bill or another as being useful. Of course, the bill I brought was not useful to them in spite of being assured the day before that it was of a type that they would be able to use and I had no other one with me as a substitute. I feel as though the man handling my reservation had made a determination not to rent the vehicle to me as I came in the door. As a result, I was unable to make an important doctors appointment. I had the money, a bank account, a valid license and a permanent local address, but that wasnt good enough for Enterprise to rent me a vehicle to use locally for 6 hours to go to my doctor, or at least here in Ft. Oglethorge. I feel insulted by the way my business was handled by them.

Very clean car and agent was so helpful and thoughtful.

Great customer service. Loved the agent that brought me the car. Nice car also but it smelled like smoke really bad. I used a little fabric spray and dealt with it.
