My vehicle was towed but them after an accident. 3 weeks later, they have not even been able to look at my truck to estimate repair charges. Finally, they suggested I take it elsewhere, and charged me $200 for the tow. Paid another wrecker $65 to take it to another facility.
Battlefield Collision took our car during the holiday season when no one else would, and did an excellent repair. Our problems were with coordinating with our insurance company.
Dingy, careless, unresponsive. It seems as though this establishment had lost its will to accommodate their clients years ago. However they do operate in accordance to industry standards resulting in a plane yet true pricing. Not a bad spot really, yet neither would I recommend adding to anybodys top 10 choices...
Took my Nissan in on an insurance repair. Found out later they never did anything below the visual part. The repaired fender looked great. The problem was none of the fender skirt tabs were put in so they ended up blowing off of the car. It was a half assed job to say the least. You wont notice the poor work until the repair warranty is up. Very unhappy with repair job!
This company responded after we had an accident in Ft Oglethorpe. They refused to take our car to the dealership on Hwy 153 where we requested stating he didnt have time. The officer said we couldnt wait for another wrecker and had to move the car out of the road. This company charged us $155.00 to move the car 50 feet where we then had to call another wrecker to get us back to the dealership.
Stay away! The owner’s son towed our car after an accident on 11/30/18. The most unprofessional, disrespectful people we have ever had to deal with.
Very professional staff.
Great
