What a great experience. The owner Dave was incredible. Helped us print large format artworks and was a wealth of knowledge. Everyone was so friendly and supportive. The framer was incredible as well. Very knowledgeable about framing, and highly creative with his suggestions. Highly recommend anyone looking to get photographs printed and framed to visit. These guys are really good at what they do. They made it a very special experience for us.

The staff is very patient and knowledgeable. They worked with me for half an hour to choose frames and I never felt rushed. I am very happy with how things turned out (the turtle print is meant to be viewed upside down).

Highly recommend this business. Have had specialty jobs done by them with great results. One was making a print from an old Polaroid photo which came out great. The other was a Photoshop job that removed a portion of an old image and restructured the remaining image. It turned out wonderful and was given as a much-appreciated gift. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Also have picture frames, retail area, classes, provide photography services, passport photos and do videos to disk. I just had Creative Photo transfer over ~32 years of Super 8mm cassette video to USB Flash Drives. The friendly staff introduced me to Ashley that answered any and all questions I had. The quality of work on the finished product is unbelievable. I WILL be going back there for all my photo/video needs.

Went here for a country specific passport photo, but it was a clean, classy photo center with frames, metal and photo printing with lot more on offer. The staff was prompt and courteous.

I took them over 100 slides that were 50 years old. They created a digital file for me with all those pictures in it. The quality of the photos was excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who is looking to convert slides into digital format. The people that waited on me were exceptionally professional and very nice. I would give this place five stars!

Went in to see about getting my degree framed. The guy basically told me that the colors that I wanted were bad and he refused to show me what it would look like. He only would show me colors & styles that he thought were ok for me to get. He remarked that I would not like my choices in 10 years.

Creative Photo and Digital is a store located on College Parkway in Fort Myers. Like us, you have probably passed it many times. We decided to stop by and we were simply taken aback at the many products they carry and the wonderful staff. They have beautiful picture and photo frames and can make personalized photo gifts on mouse pads, aprons and anything else you can imagine. They also have unique products we had never seen before and professional photographs you can purchase. We decided to bring a 50 year old film to them to have it converted to a USB. The quality was extraordinary and we were thrilled to have this film brought back to life. We also ordered specialized prints mounted on metal which were magnificent. My son, who is photographer, was impressed with the products they carried which he said were the top of the line. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable and the prices were very competitive. We highly recommend this business and we will certainly continue as happy customers.

The friendly staff at Creative Photo helped me with a conversion from VHS to digital project. I think I went in to the store at least 5 times trying to get it right (not their issue, but mine) and each time the staff was patient, knowledgeable and helpful. Its very reassuring to know theyre there to help with projects face to face rather than dealing with an online company located who knows where.

Fantastic! That describes my experience at Creative Photo. I took in some old vinyl to have transferred to CDs. Dave, better known as D3, waited on me. We had a great discussion about music, especially jazz.. My order was ready in a few days and when I returned I was met courteously and directed to the counter to pick up my order. Dave was working on some film and waved me into his spot and showed me some ideas for a point a shoot camera I mentioned the first visit. Everyone there was helpful but not hovering and five stars for D3. I will be back. Oh, and the CDs turned out great!!

I just had a valuable acrylic on canvas painting framed at Frame Works (part of Creative Photo Fort Myers). Dennis, the design consultant, put in a great deal of time helping us choose a frame that would best accentuate the painting. He was open and friendly and really was a pro. I highly recommend this business if you want professional help. The painting is now hanging in my home and looks terrific. I couldnt be happier!

Absolutely terrific! I worked with Jeremy on several 24 X 30 gallery wrapped canvases for a beach condo. Just wonderful help. We looked at pixel strength, effects, orientation, etc, on several photos of mine ultimately choosing the right ones. Perfect experience! Highly recommend this place. I will return.

What a great company- they actually believe in customer service, and Ive been so impressed with everything theyve done for me. Ive had them print a number of photos for me for photo clubs and competitions, and they are always beautiful- or they will redo if I dont like something about them. Theyve transferred videos to dvds with excellent quality and fast turn-around time. They did a fabulous job restoring an old damaged photo. Ive taken a photo class from them. Theyve given me advice about cameras and other photography issues. And they are always so very nice and so very eager to help. Im really sold on Creative Photo, and recommend them to everyone!

Very friendly knowledgeable people work here. I have taken several classes and they are very informative. The class is informal and questions are welcomed and answered. I also had videos made into DVDs. Service is fast and ready when promised. The DVDs were excellent. Everything was well organized. They are very customer friendly.

I am so grateful we found Creative Photo. After returning from a transatlantic cruise with photos of places we never dreamed we see, we looked into finding a good place to have our pictures developed. We found Creative Photo. They have done the most amazing work with our pictures. Everyone is perfect. Weve actually been back every week, having prints made of older photos (we cant believe the difference in quality--so far above where we used to take our photos) and having gifts made. The people are so helpful and the quality of work far above expectations. We wont go anywhere else.

They have done some amazing photo tricks for me. They were able to make a 4x8 picture of my son after extrapolating it off of his great grandmas lap in a family picture. He now has a baby picture. They also did a super job of creating a slide show from my brothers pictures. They followed all of my directions perfectly & performed it in a reasonable amount of time. A special thanks to Jeremy! The slide show brought back many happy memories. I also used their equipment to download the pictures on my phone. The quality of the pictures were great & very easy to use. They are right there to answer questions also. This is the best photo place!

I found three precious tapes of my deceased husbands jazz piano playing and brought them to Creative Photo to transfer to cds. The tapes were not in good condition and the sound was poor. Dave 3 was able to restore them to a magnificent sound. So, you can imagine my joy. Thank you Dave 3 and Creative Photo!

I have been pleased with every service Ive utilized. Creative Photo was able to make an old photograph look like new. They walked us through creating a photo disk from the pictures on our camera, and it was perfect. They offer a great array of photo items to create and purchase. This is the only place I will send my photos to get developed. The quality is some of the best Ive seen. From 4x6 all the way to 16x24 ( yes they do even bigger sizes too). I have had nothing but the greatest turn out. I am sure that it helped me place 1st and 3rd in our local faire to.The staff is amazing and friendly. The service is quick and efficient. They have worked with me numerous times to get my orders done way ahead of schedule. I am truly thankful.Also they have amazing classes for beginners to slightly more advanced. Took an old photo of Dad for them to restore. When I took the restored photo out of the envelope l was stunned! Doug brought my Dad back to life. My Husband recently passed away, and I wanted to Frame an 11x13 Wedding photo of us. I came here because they had good reviews. I dont have a good one at all. They had a very small collection of 11x14 Frames. In the Frameworks department, The woman was very fast, picking and throwing colors together, as if she couldnt wait for me to leave. I didnt have a clear explanation of what the photo would look like when I ordered it. I didnt have time to process it because she did it too fast, like going through garbage looking for something real fast. When I got it home, I realized the photo was not in the Frame correctly and the Matt was not the same Distance from the Frame on all 4 corners. I went back and they fixed it. They had a terrible disposition, grabbing and almost crunching the paper receipt I had brought with me, then not returning it after they had fixed the photo in the frame. I had to ask for it back. The girl who was fixing my photo was walking around the room talking to the other people after my photo was ready. Instead of bringing it out to me promptly. Bad Attitude all the way around. I will NEVER go here Again!

I went to Creative Photo to print out pictures from my phone. I received excellent support and instruction as I navigated the process. The atmosphere was calm with a lovely playlist to listen to while selecting my photos. I sipped on a lovely cup of coffee that they provide for free. This place is amazing. I ordered a 8x10 metal photo and turned out perfect. The customer service was great and it was shipped out fast.

I found couple of my wedding pictures (from 1967) and they could not be developed in a regular picture kiosk. I brought it to Creative Photo and they completed the work in less than an hour. When I saw the pictures I had them enlarge them to 8X10 and it took less than 5 minutes. I am extremely happy to have found a place that can do photography, restoration, and framing all under one roof. The service was a five star too.

Sure I can use their web site, but when I walk in with camera in hand and Dave drops what hes doing to give some pointers, you certainly arent going to find that anywhere else.I have so much trust and faith in their work, recently they rush through 4 pictures who passed the day before I put the request in. I had to get to NY in a hurry. They created beautiful prints from so rather old photos and Doris picked out the frames for me. Your mileage may vary, but heres my experience: The work seems to have been done correctly, as far as I can tell. The guy had told me the charges for my small project, which seemed reasonable considering that I was providing the source material and the output device. When I picked up my order today, the charges were more than double what I had been promised.
