Its out of business but still shows up everywhere

The Dunbar Festival Committee Inc. have used Snyder Septic and Grease Trap Services for the past 2 years for our annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Multi- Cultural Celebration at Centennial Park in Ft Myers for grease traps for our food vendors. Caroline answered my last minute call and executed our needs with quick response and courteous service and retrieved the traps the very next day ... we will be using their services each year from now on for our Non profit based organization and all of our events and We highly recommend them to everyone :)!

Only giving this company 5 stars because 6 isnt an option. Caroline and Bruce went ABOVE AND BEYOND to replace the Grease Interceptor for our business. Bruce was even able to temporarily repair the current unit until the new one arrived. Without their quick response and action we would have had to shut our kitchen down. Caroline is without a doubt one of the friendliest most caring people I have ever worked with. This company truly cares about the quality of their work and their customers. THANK YOU!!!

Called Snyder after talking to a couple of other companies who gave me quotes for a new septic over the phone without seeing the property. This is my first property with septic and Im building a guest house out of a barn and need a new tank. Carolyn explained the process over the phone. Permits needed, steps to be taken, etc. She took her time and after a long conversation told me to call more people and get prices. No way. Im sticking with Snyder. Had my existing tank serviced with them a couple of weeks ago. They did a great job at a great price. Everything was explained every step of the way. Bruce is extremely professional and delivers quality service. I wish they worked on more things so I could hire them again!

I can not say enough about the 5 star service I received from Snyder Septic. For Carolines amazing customer service, from returning my call early this morning (still havent heard from others I left a messages with) to scheduling us for the same day. Great service, Great people, Great price! From the moment Caroline answered the phone until the time the truck pulled away Snyder Septic is a company that takes care if its customers. I needed service asap and she was able to get Bruce and a truck there the next morning! I dont usually write reviews but after this experience I had to! I used this company because my septic system was not function. They were recommend by a family friend. They were very polite and helpful. They explain everything to me in layman terms. The price was very reasonable as the employees were working on my system for over two hours. Weve had Snyder Septic out on 2 separate occasions with septic issues. Both times Carolyn & Bruce were very friendly and professional. They are prompt and knowledgeable, same day service on both calls. I highly recommend you use them for all your septic needs!!!

I would give zero stars if I could!! I have not seen a more scattered and disorganized person in business in a long time. I scheduled appointment for septic tank cleaning two days before. I took off the day of the scheduled cleaning to be at home as requested. Caroline was supposed to call the morning of the appointment to confirm. She never called. I called her 10:15 am and she stated that they were going to be there in afternoon. I get call at 2:45 pm and she says truck is broken down in Naples and cant do the job today. and will have to do it tomorrow. I am not happy about this, as i cant take another day off. I ask her to please try to do it today. She cannot. I am then accused of not being sensitive to the issue of her truck breaking down, and the fact she has to call customers to notify them of the breakdown. Now, Caroline is basically yelling at me over the phone asking me how would I like it if I had to pay $275/hr to fix truck. She then says they will pump my septic tank for free, but very quickly takes it back, stating she does not want my business and hangs up.Her unprofessionalism is jaw dropping.I would scoop out my septic with a spoon before I would recommend these clowns. ZERO STARS!!!

Great customer experience as well as excellent customer service. Called this morning and Caroline( the owner) had Michael dispatched to pump out my septic tank within a couple of hours. Thanks for speedy and efficient service.

I called them around 7 am and they were out by 12. Bill did a great job and explained everything to us. Would highly recommend and will definitely use this company in the future!

What can I say about Snyder Septic service. If you need septic service. They are the people to call, its a family business and you can tell. People can advertise that they are customer oriented, but some really do and Snyder is one of those companies that understands that the customers are real people and they go that extra mile. they also pressure wash the septic tank when they clean it, not everybody does, thats important. thank you Caroline

This Company was Great, they arrived on time, and were super courteous.... the technician explained everything he was going to do, cleaned both sides of the septic, jetted out the system and cleaned the filter.....I really felt like a got a lot of service for the money I paid.....I will use this company for many years to come and recommend them to everyone.

Called them out because their price seemed to be competitive to others by approx $50. 2 days after I noticed that the water was gushing from the sprinkler line where the guy was digging. Called them to express my concern to which an incredibly rude and condescending female on the phone informed me that its not their problem and told me that I must have damaged the line myself.... Infuriated by the absurd response and lack of general respect and lack of customer service to the problem that they have no doubt created I had spent $50 extra to fix the line. Lesson here is....spend the $300 everyone else is charging and save yourself the headache and aggravation dealing with malcontents on the phone trying to fix the problems they create. If it sounds too good, well that s just because it is. I have used Busy Bee since and I am absolutely ecstatic about the service. I would not wish this company to an enemy.

Bruce was super as usual; Snyder Septic is the company we used when we had our home inspected prior to purchasing it several years ago. This past weekend the septic tank filled and we called them and Bruce arrived early Monday morning as promised. He found a lot of grease and did a super job of cleaning it out he even rinsed and pumped it out several times just to make sure the job was done correctly. After the septic was cleaned he found another problem a clog between the house and the septic -- he cleared the clog and that is not all. Bruce noticed the cap was damaged and said it needed to be replaced or it would fill it up to fast. Linda found a paver in the back yard and he carried it to the front yard; however, it was just a little too small. Bruce came back later in the day and installed it and sealed it up as well. He did not even charge for the extra effort so I made sure to give him a tip You would think with all the extra effort the quoted price would have been a bit more but no. This is a very professional company and I recommend them without reservation.
