I completely recommend Ricky and his bounce houses. We have used Bounce House Delivery multiple times and Ricky never disappoints!!! He responded immediately. He also sent me a text 2 days before delivery for confirmation!!! Our party was at 12p and Ricky delivered the waterslide at 9a. He had all necessary equipment. He also called me before he was on his way to pick the waterslide up. I give him 5+ stars!!!

I ordered a bounce house from this company for my daughters birthday and scheduled it to be here @11AM. It is now 2:14PM and ITS STILL NOT HERE!!!! I’ve been calling for hours and no one will answer. And when they did answer I asked to speak to the owner and they put me on hold for 15 minutes and still no answer. This is completely unacceptable. Unprofessional. And just sad how people can be such rip off artist. I’ll never be recommending this company to anyone. 133 dollars down the drain from thieves.

We had nothing but a great experience with this company. They were friendly and actually left us with the bouncy house for extra days. They set up everything fast, disinfected the bouncy house right in front of us and we’re very responsive and friendly. Would definitely use this company again.

DO NOT PURCHASE!They never showed up to our daughters 3rd birthday even though we’d paid in full. Not only did they not show up, they completely ghosted us and never responded after we chatted with a guy 20 minutes before the party started. Absolutely terrible way to run a “business.” Buyer beware they will just take your money and run. You’d get more entertainment by just lighting your money on fire.

I wouldn’t even rate this place 1 star!! My husband ordered a bounce house well in advance for our daughter paid in advance, we received confirmation with time and date. Day of the party we hear nothing from them we called the owner says the bounce house in enroute call the driver. Driver never answered never showed up and then the company stopped answering calls!! Now they took our money for something we never got!

This item was the best price and very clean. They were prompt with responses and kept communication clear. Will definitely order houses from them again.

This company was awesome! I will definitely use them again for future parties. They were professional, extremely accommodating, and wasted no time. They made pick up, set up, and drop off a breeze.

They lost all contac info and would not refund money for bounce house they got paid for to deliver and never delivered for our 4 year old daughters birthday. Blocked and avoided calls when confronted about getting a refund for a bounce house they never even attempted to deliver.

Very professional, communication was excellent throughout the process. Rented the tsunami and it was huge and the kids loved it. Best prices and service in town. I called 7 different bounce house companies and this company was by far the best in terms of selection, service, and value. I will definitely do business with bounce house delivery again.

Amazing service! The bounce house/water slide was a HUGE hit at my girls birthday party! They dropped it off the night before the party, showed us how to set it up, which was extremely easy, and picked it up the following day. 24 full hours of fun. Great customer service and extremely professional! We will be using Bounce House Delivery in the future.

I booked a water slide for my son bday which happen to fall on memorial day and when i booked it i told him the address was a business, i live in apartment at a storage facility and on the day of delivery he told me he would be here at 10:45a and he missed is ETA and said that his driver would reach out to me since my party wasnt til 2p he would get to me before then so bout 1:30p i hadnt heard anything so i message him asking if he knew if he driver was on his way and he responded was no so then i tried to call him and he blocked me and went straight vm, then i text him please are you coming its already 2 and party started already and he responded was NO that was it, how professional of him to not tell me he wasnt going to show up and my babys bday was ruined, he was not a pleasant person to deal with and tried to imply i was poor and lived in a storage unit and i told him again i have an apartment i dont live in a storage unit
