I love this Allegra office! I use it for my job mainly, but Im also part of an animal rescue group so I may do some of my personal projects with them as well. They always send me quotes quickly and I appreciate the proofs they send so I can always make sure its right. My boss loves the silk business cards we had made for him (he gets compliments on them all the time), and it was well priced with them too compared to others Ive done business with.Im hoping when we get started with the animal rescue group that I can send some of my projects their way. Met with Terry on April 9th. Discussed my project for a new business to start May 1st. Went out of town for a week and returned to find nothing done. Terry was too busy to meet an referred me to another who wasnt up to speed on the project. Back on track? Days later referred to a design person who again was not up to speed. Finally sent me a proof of a self ink stamp that was a joke. Lastly, demanded that Terry call and meet with me when that didnt work I went to their shop and got a full refund on May 2nd, a day after I was supposed to launch my new business.What A disappointment. Totally unprofessional. STAY AWAY.
