Did a great job trimming my trees. Prompt and on time. Debra Newell very helpful and friendly

I signed up for service two month ago and I was very disappointed and dissatisfied since day 1. Debra is very sweet but the lawn mowing services was mediocre and unprofessional. They did not mowed the lawn when they said the did, bushes were not cut and I had to complain multiple times for this issue to be fixed. They stated the lawn professionals will come out once a week and in winter twice a week and it looked like they came once a month. They will always change the date and time and it was never consistent. I sent Debra pictures of how the grass didnt look cut and the weed beds were not cleaned which She sent her guys again to redo the service but the quality was not good for the price we paid. We definitely overpaid for this mediocre service. Do not use them!

Ive been in the landscaping industry for the past 17 years. Ive worked here for the past 3 years and is by far the best company I have worked for. Steve and Debra Newell treat their employees with so much respect and are very accommodating. Family is #1 in their eyes. Id highly recommend you to trust your property in their hands... They treat their clients the same way they treat their employees.

We had a different lawn service for three years. Newell updated our landscaping and we were so impressed that we kept them on as our regular service. They not only cut the lawn, edge and blow, they take care of our bushes, weed and make our lawn look amazing. Highly recommended.

Newell Lawn Care & Property Maintenance is a company that goes above and beyond for its Clients. Not only will they maintain your Lawn/Landscaping- if you are in a pinch & need to remove bulk trash they will pick it up. They are a full service company in every sense of the word. The customer service is incomparable to any other in the business.The customer service does not end with your Landscaping needs; I have had the entire Newell staff come out to resident events with drinks/food/entertainment basically anything needed. Theyve joined me in charity events as well.Just a few weeks back i had an emergency with a tree down, just one phone call to Josue & within 15 minutes i had a 3 man crew that included Josue to remove the limb in what seemed like seconds... Newell Lawn Care and Property Maintenance will forever have my business & referral!

Just recently hired this company to take care of my lawn service and i can honestly say that they have done a superb job. They even did an inital clean up at my property since my lawn was so over grown. I can honestly say that im one happy client. The customer service is top notch and very friendly. I will recommend anyone in need of lawn care service to give them a call and dont look else where.

Ive never thought a company would treat a new customer this way in my life. Always had to call to make sure they were coming that day, and they never showed up. Highly dissapointed. Clearly I found a new company when I asked for my money back i had to call again and they forgot to pay. Clearly I was unimportant to the company ...i wish I could give no stars but I have to, to post.
