This was my 1st time here cause my work washing machine was broken. I run a auto detail shop and we were outta rags. From the moment I walked in Jessica was so helpful. She opened the door for me cause my bag was so heavy. Yes, some of the machines are broken, but maybe some of you people should ask why. I will definitely go back. 👍. I really like this place but today someone other than Jessica did my laundry and shirts where thrown in the plastic bag unfolded and didnt use the hangers I supplied. Im disappointed but Ill return next Friday and hopefully they hang my shirts. If not, looks like I go somewhere else. Complaining doesnt correct the problem.

Don’t bother. Went there on a Wednesday morning and couldn’t get a washer because half the machines were broken. There was only about 6-8 other people in there, but I couldn’t get a washer because the few working ones were already being used. I wanted to try this place because it’s in convenient location (near Walmart and Target), but we’ll just go back to our regular laundromat in Naples where they have working machines.

Do not attempt this place. A lot of machines are mostly always out of order, they allow smoking right outside the front door, one staff member brings her kids, they charge you for the card that the machine requires (does not accept cash/credit), etc. Too expensive, and no refunds. AND they aren’t open the hours they say they are.

I honestly can say there still great people among us. Jessica was awesome at this laundry mat. Very friendly great energy. And extremely helpful... This place is probably the best in area... Clean also

Good place to do hour Laundry but a little pricey, one washer machine $5.00, dryer $4.00, sometimes more.

The staff are helpful but they also real. So cool to talk to as well. Theres a bunch of near by shops to help you kill time and it really isnt all that expensive. They also have a drop off service which is a dollar per pound.

The lady Jessica was the name on the desk sign is absolutely rude!! Never once stopped talking on her cell phone. Would not give us a card to pay for our own wash. Took our cash and used her our card to start our washers. When I told her I didn’t want warm water I wanted Hot she got mad. Was right in our faces. I asked are we not allowed to have a card to do our own laundry? She stated if you buy a card. What was the money I just gave you for? Your own pocket. And the signs last load at 8pm while we where sitting in our car waiting she changed to sign to closed at 5:30pm.It was the Weirdest thing I have ever Experienced. I go to laundry mats all over the country. We travel for baseball. Never have I ever been treated this way. Needless to say I would never come back to this one.

The price to have your clothes laundered is pretty affordable here. I dropped off 45 pounds of laundry to them and it cost me 70 bucks to have my clothes washed, dried, and folded for me. If I had done it myself it would have cost 10 dollars a load and 45 pounds of laundry probably equaled 5 loads so I pretty much paid an extra 20 dollars to have someone else wash and fold my clothes for me, I would say thats a very good deal. The downside is service isnt the greatest but I cant blame them I wouldnt be a happy camper if I had to wash and fold strangers dirty laundry all day. Hell I feel guilty paying them to wash my stuff in the first place and if I wasnt disabled and renting a place without a washer and dryer I would do my own laundry but since I am disabled and lacking proper equipment I feel as if these people are doing me a great service so can forgive a small lack of customer service. Remember a small tip can go a long way, and heres mine for you... If you have your clothes laundered by them make sure they know they dont have to fold any of your socks or other unmentionables that may have made it into your load its only right that they shouldnt have to handle that stuff.

Been doing my laundry here for over few years. Although i have a washer and dryer,much easier to do several loads all in one in less time.Jessica,who has been there most the time ive done laundry has surpassed customer service excellence. She has answered all my questions pertinent to how to work the washers to what works best for my clothes.,as im very picky when i do laundry.Jessica has always been very pleasent to me and those who are there for the first time. I will continue to go there for my laundry needs.

Love this place..clean staff is friendly..makes you feel at home..my only issue is not with the business itself its the parking lot! i Just a wide open oven, not a shade tree around..😔 I travel with pets ..

I was grateful that the laundry was open, but half of the washing machines are out of order. And they don’t have hot water, even that they tell you they do. I don’t even believe that one if the machine is doing the job properly. Ac works nice and the place is very clean. The lady who works here is very nice. But I’m not coming back because I need to wash my clothes with hot water. The machines do not squeeze clothes well. The clothes come out very heavy and wet from the washing machines.

I love to get my clothes washed hear because the washers are the biggest I have ever seen e wet time I wash there the clothes come out clean and fluffy thank you sunny days keep up the good work.

The staff is great..the only reason I gave it a 1 is because 80% of the washers are broke or only work on one setting. When the washer washes its stingy on water for the clothes. Also if your new you have to pay $5 for a new wash card that only cost them maybe 8 cents.. I will never come back here to wash. The place itself is horrible..

Okay but a little-shakey on the cost of a Jumbo wash and Dry. My 1st trip was with a super attendant and it ran $8. My 2nd trip I was told $20 until I said it only ran $8 a couple of weeks before. Then was offered the $8 price with an attitude by a Younger Mom watching Her Kid and working which is cool. But then She wouldnt take Cash and My SSI Credit card wouldnt work in the machine supposedly, and I was set home. I did it at home We hace a washer/Dryer set, but the Laundry mat is faster. Oh well.I hope You all get the 1st attendant.... LolAnd bring a couple of credit cards....

All though a few machines are out of service, aways have machines available. Have in-house service, always seems busy. Have never had to wait.

They make it difficult to spend money there. If you dont have 4 one dollar bills, you cannot buy a laundry card. No card, no laundry. In this modern cashless society I was told they had no money on the premises and no cash machine from which to get the necessary singles. I was going to point out this glaring flaw in their cash flow model, but it was clear the dead eyed counter girl couldnt wait to get rid of me so she could return to her chair out front and smoke. I tried to spend money there, but couldnt make it happen. I guess if you are a regular its swell, but for me in off the street it was a waste of time. Apparently they didnt need my money anyway.

STAY AWAY!!RIP OFF ALERT!!While traveling through the area with our RV we stopped at this gem of a business to do our wash. We had a good amount of clothes and were mentally prepared to spend a decent amount of cash. After the attendant watched us haul in load after load she went out front to smoke her cigarette.Machine after machine were OUT OF ORDER, mostly the larger capacity units, forcing us to load the smaller machines (not cost effective at $4.50 per load). Once we sorted our clothes into the few available working machines we attempted to start the washes... no coin slot, only card.... credit card reads Error... maybe Ill ask the attendant for help, I can find her by following the smoke trail billowing through the door.After being ignored while she exchanges BS with the social circle out front, she puts out her cigarette and walks inside with me and informs me that I have to PURCHASE A CARD, PUT MONEY ON IT, THEN USE IT TO PAY. (Im sorry you want me to buy a worthless card to allow me the privilege of using you OUT OF ORDER facility??) (If I dont use all the credits do I get a refund??) (I can only buy credits in $5 increments??)As great as all this sounded, we unloaded our clothes from their machines and left without paying for their scam. It still cost us the gas & miles on vehicle, as well as time to travel there and back and time to be ignored by their so-called attendant.

Had a great first experience here the lady who was running the place at the time Jessica was very nice and explained how everything worked and I had fun chatting with her while I waited on my clothes to finish. The only reason it’s not five stars is because it is a tad bit pricy than other places I’ve been too.

The large front loaders you pay more for, but if you look in them, the drum is only about 3 inches deep. You can fit more in a regular sized washer. You have to buy a 5.00 card on top of the money you have to put on the card to wash your clothes. You dont get that 5.00 back. The lady there said since I was only going there one time, I could use her card to eliminate the 5.00 charge, but you have to estimate how much its gonna cost you to wash and dry, and if I go over, I dont get my extra money back. The machines are overpriced. Big rip off. I would spend less in gas to go to Naples, and pay less for machines.

I really feel for people that have to use this place regularly. This place is a prime example of a slum lord taking advantage of people with little money.I went there just to do two loads to get me through till the repair man came to fix my washer. Each wash is 3.50$ thats of course AFTER you buy a 4$ card, so your 7.50$ for your first wash, it could be 5.50$ if any of their smaller machines were in service but they werent.Drying is another 3.50$ so just to wash and dry one load will with card purchase will cost you 11$. And since you have to add in 5$ increments you can see how you will always have leftover money on the card that you cant get back. So its really even more expensive than what it appears on the surface.Really?? I understand business need to make money but to downright rip people off? You should be ashamed of yourselves. It would be one thing if the facility was immaculate with working machines and and friendly, welcoming attendants...but it isnt... Its a dump with disgruntled employees and mostly broken machines. This place is owned by someone who obviously takes no pride in themselves or their business.Needless to say, I will not support business like these and took my business elsewhere. If I could I would of not given it any stars.

Extremely friendly staff, who will go the extra mile to help you. You have to pay for the washer and the dryer, which adds up quickly and the place could use a good cleaning and some much needed updates. The unisex bathroom was decorated nicely, but poorly lit and their was no hand soap.

Like anything in life, we as consumers need to learn to be more flexible and patient. Service businesses give people great service predominantly - when you have a bad experience, especially during your first visit - it is not appropriate to run online and slam the business as a single user of their service. Give it a chance or let it go!This place is clean and spacious. The attendant working there, Nancy was VERY helpful, in fact she was quite awesome at her job. All of the machines are Maytag and newer and the oversize units get more clothes done in less time. The card system is NOT confusing, you just need to use common sense and ask a few questions if you need to.I would send people there all day long - it is a great place to air out your dirty laundry - instead of online with undeserved negative reviews.. ;)

Will not return, boyfriend of the new girl working got in my face about not tipping when I came in. I come here weekly and have for months, some girls that work here do a good job and I tip, others not so much. Very inconsistent depending on who actually washes your clothes. Most of my clothes were not hung even though I provided hangers, so my pants and shirts were all folded and wrinkled.

Being a customer of this laundromat for over 10 years I feel its finally time for me to say something and it should have been said long ago. I have seen a lot of employees come and go over the years... The manager Jessica is the only one that continuously goes out of her way for the customers and performs the duties of her job.... She fights a daily battle to keep the machines running and a her customers happy.... Keep in mind these tasks and Duties are performed daily in temperatures reaching a hundred degrees. Clearly the owner doesnt care if his customers sweat and suffer as long as they continue putting money in the machines but I do believe there are laws against making employees work in those conditions and I will be checking into it. Its a great place to do your laundry if you want to experience the onset of heat stroke

Used to like this place but their lack of care and maintenance for their machines are killing their business. Its a place with 25 to 30 washing machines but only 5 of them work causing lines when only 5 customers present.

Wow thats crazy the newgirl is very polite i actual was there that night picking up laundry with my husband wich the dude was not her man it was a man who was there folding clothes trying to flirt with new girl wich she hung alot of your guys clothes wich im for sure if the manager was to go in camera they could see that please dont lie and make bad reviews on coworkers who have enough stress do to people the place is very excellent as well i love the spanish women who works here very nice and sweet women i will highly reccomend coming back good day.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS LAUNDRY RIGHT NOW. While they have signs up regarding their policy on wearing masks, the staff and customers are NOT following them. I walked in and was the only person wearing a mask other than a guy that was using his for a chin strap.

I arrived there at 7:50 pm on a Friday night, There was a single family already there using a few of their many washers and dryers. In-between all the young men stopping in for their processed laundry, I got vague instructions on the card system they use. It wasnt clear to me how to go about using it, so the young lady asked me what I wanted to do, and informed me that just as the sign on the door stated, no machiines may be started after 8 pm. I told her I wanted to begin my 2 loads. She told me it would cost $5.00, so I paid her. She asked if I needed detergent, and I did, she offered Tide or Gain. I chose Gain, she said $2.00 which I gladly handed over. I got my wash done at 8:25. I was told the dryers cost .$1.00 per 6 minutes dry time, but I was not allowed to dry. They keep the floors and counters clean here, but the card system is difficult to understand. The restroom requires a key, but is clean and roomy.

Ive used this place a few times and honestly, Ive had great experiences every time ive visited. The times i went werent too busy so there were plenty of open, functioning washers & dryers.

Attendant wasnt very friendly or helpful, lot of dryers were out of order, high capacity washers but low capacity dryers, AND dont get me started on the card system. Be sure to figure EXACT cost of your laundry because they do not issue refunds! Only here for 1 week but would have been better off buying a washer and dryer!!

Its convenient. Very busy most days.Employees are really nice. You dont have to buy a card for your information everyone, you can rent one. Especially if you dont normally come to the laundromat.

The bad reviews are unfair for a coin laundry. Very crowded on weekends, good for them, bad for us. Yes the card system is a pain ~ $5 upfront charge and $5 add money increments ~ then again no more fumbling for quarters, which is good. 4 stars, would be five without the ridiculous card thing.

Over half the machines have Out of Order signs, so I got lucky getting a washer that didnt have one.Unfortunately, that washer stopped during the spin cycle, and my clothes came out SOPPING wet.Then I had to wait 10 minutes for one of the 5 working dryers. I put my clothes in for an hour.When they finished, I realized the dryer wasnt even hot. Pulled my clothes out, and STILL SOPPING WET!On top of it all, you have to buy a plastic card for FIVE F***ING DOLLARS just to do your load, even if youll never be doing laundry here again. You even have to buy the friggin card to buy soap!Id rather drive another ten miles to the next laundromat next time.

Staff is amazing and nice, HOWEVER the equipment they have to work with is garbage. The wonderful staff have to regullarly comp customers because of how horrible the washers and driers are.

We came from out of town to help us son for his birthday do his laundry they are very helpful here the place is clean safe I dont know why anyone would complain if Price is a very fair very Safe

No idea how this place is still open. I was in town for two months, used this place a fair amount. One time I couldnt pick up my laundry because they DONT ACCEPT CASH. Ive never seen this before... Twice they closed wayyy before hours and turned me away. Shrunk my clothes too. Again, its beyond me how this place is still open.

NOR could i get my clothes dry after using ANOTHER $9.75 on just 2 loads!Theeeenn therer was a Special thing going on were if you put $20.00 on your card at one time you get an extra $2.00, right. Well i put 20.00 on my card using four 5s, well it only works when you use A 20.00 BILL! WHAT A SCAM!! SO now i have $11.00 on a CARD that Ill never get back. They wouldnt give it back & cuz Lord knows Ill never go there again! Now i have to spend another 20.00+ at another laundry mat. And having fibromyalgia its hard for me to do these things mosy days. Very small, 5 bucks just for a laundry card, and the machine DO NOT WORK!! Machines dont even fill up with water all the way! WASTE OF MONEY!! Also waste of laundry detergent because old detergent is clogged up in all machines!!

Used them for drop off service. They lost my hamper I dropped my clothing off in. When they called the manager she was not helpful at all. Was told all I could do is call the office, a Chicago number no less, and ask them for a refund. I hate that I am angry over something so small but the attitude from management was awful. Will never use them again

Most machines broken, candy machine broken. If machines were all fixed and working, Id say it was a great place!

As said in other reviews, having to purchase a $5 card for the privilege of doing laundry is ridiculous. On any given day about half of the driers arent working and those that do work take an unbelievable amount of time to dry your clothes. The attendants seem as exasperated as customers about the state of the business. Avoid if it all possible.

Terrible place to do laundry. Over 90 degrees in the afternoon. Come early, pay extra to have them do it, or take the time to go elsewhere. With my schedule ill be going to find another place
