In 16 years of business, this is the worst marketing platform Ive ever used. Then on top of it, I sell my company including all current and past debts and advertising, DEX refuses to collect payments from the new owner and now sues me for past debt. Whatever you do, DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. DEX Is 100% a garbage company.Now I have to sue the gentleman that bought my business for $15k!

The worst media company I ever met. 3 times in Eric presents I mentioned were going to get a third of a page in two different places. I told him we were are not going to renew so he doubled our exposure categories for the same price. And I sign the paperwork and I said to him well it doesnt have or exactly what youre doing for me so Im trusting you. Then I called him because he Never sent me a proof of what we were getting and I mentioned again were getting a third of a page in two places and he said yes. Then I get the phone book and its two 2x2 ads and it had the wrong company name on the advertising information and the wrong phone number and I have to pay these ass hats for this. The absolute worst experience Ive ever had bar none by advertising media agency. I will never use this advertising company ever again.
