Im here to tell you about my experience.After about 2 years of consideration, research and many emails to the Weston Company (which Mark himself answered patiently every time), I decided to use The Weston System because it is one time & permanent. You will have to accept having a short hairstyle the rest of your life for it to look right, but it is worth it to have a lower hairline, which frames and balances your facial features, and no bald spot making you look older than you are. I was a rare case where I did go back for a second correction visit about 4 months after the initial one, to darken the coverage a bit more in the back, to better match my remaining natural hair density. This was not due to fading, but because it can be tricky determining if the density is perfect on the first visit, when you head gets red from the needle and there is extra surface ink that only washes away after a few hair washes.There was no extra charge by Mark, as you would hope, and he went the extra mile of going over my entire head and again, filling in any areas where there was even slight room for improvement for a perfect density match. I did have to pay for another flight and hotel, and my time, but it was worth it to have this master artisan insure perfection.Its vanity, but I feel more confident with smp. Its the truth. My head simply looks better with the appearance of hair. I have been procrastinating on getting this done for the last few years. I did a lot of research I looked at many organizations out there many solutions, and I kept coming back to Marks Westons site. I realized that there are other companies trying to copy his technology, in fact there are other companies out there that are stealing his pictures in saying its their work. This is to me is a good indication that Mark has cornered the technology. The fact he has a patent on his needles makes it very different then any other service out there. I met Mark about three years ago and had a consultation, I procrastinated until just this last weekend. Im not sure why I waited perhaps the fear of such a drastic change as I was wearing a hair system and also had some transplant scars, not a lot but enough to concerned me for them to be properly covered. The procedure was relatively painless, minor discomfort, of course with fair skin I ended up with a lot of redness and some swelling this is to be expected, but if you follow the procedure that Mark outlines to ice your head and not introduced any harsh detergents you are going to do well. The first night I used baby shampoo and iced my head for a prolonged period of time. This helped tremendously. Im now three days Post procedure and Im extremely blown away with how natural it looks. Of course its not real hair the people from a distance cannot know that because of the fine work and artistry that Mark uses with every patient. I know theres some people out there that may have left Weston less than favorable feedback, I have to believe based on my experience that this is based on unrealistic expectations, again it is not real hair also you need to be patient and allow it to heal. After researching other scalp micro pigmentation service providers for many years, I chose Mark Weston to resolve my special situation and couldnt be happier with the results!!In August 2020, I trusted Mark to perform his procedure on me and he did an outstanding job on my scalp, which immediately ended a 4-decade long problem with embarrassing transplant scars that forced me to cover-up by wearing hair systems. I was loath to bare my scalp to anyone and spent tens-of-thousands of dollars on hair systems to cover it over many, many years. As the shaved head look became more and more popular over the last several decades, I could not allow myself to make that decision and take the hair system off my head to feel the freedom that I long desired. I had my scalp micropigmentation by Mark two months ago and am very happy with the results. I have had two previous hair transplants in recent years and am happy with the results of those in that they were able to fill out the front and a lot of the middle portion of my scalp. Unfortunately, there are only so many donor follicles to place on the scalp and there have to be gaps in the middle portion and all throughout the crown. I decided that my final hair investment should be scalp micropigmentation in order to fill out the crown and the other gaps to give a fuller look. I currently live in Alabama and started searching for someone within the state that could do the procedure. I have heard from everyone that the process requires multiple sessions and only lasts up to about three years or so. This would have been disappointing to have to go back and do this every few years. Luckily, after doing a bit of research, a Google advertisement led me to the Weston System. His site has a portfolio with dozens of pictures of the quality of the results. I also learned of him being the pioneer in the field and having his own patent. I called to inquire more, and he was very friendly and helpful. A police officer was getting his procedure that day and offered to speak to me about how enthusiastic he was about finding Mark and getting the procedure from him. I started losing my hair when I was in my 20s. The only option I thought I had at the time was to wear a hat or get a hair transplant. I had this procedure done in the summer of 2016, at the time I could not have been happier, and now being three years later I feel even more so.I live in the Pacific Northwest, and was lucky to have a coworker friend visit Mark in 2011 and have this work done. Being able to see this first hand before making my decision to travel to Florida, (across North America) was a bonus, and took any concerns I may have had away.Mark allowed me to make payments in advance leading up to my appointment (lessening the cost to be paid at once). I can’t begin to tell you what a great experience this was. Why did I not do this sooner? I called some of the larger companies but the response I got was that I would need to go at least 7 times (i don’t like needles) and that typical results last 3-4 years. I am not going through this every few years. No way. So I google and find Mark Weston’s website. One session, lifetime results, and tons of videos and photos. I was skeptical. So I call and speak to a very knowledgeable person on the phone - come to find out, it’s Mark. After talking for 30 mins and made an appointment and have not looked back. I was unable to contact the M Weston location closer to where I live because their info isnt provided on the website. I submitted a quote through the website and Mark Weston himself wrote back and basically told me that it was better that I’d come to see him directly and in a roundabout way told me that the other locations weren’t as good. I believed all the hype about his patented system and his special pigments. Long story short, I flew across the country. A few months later my head is almost completely faded. What’s worse is Weston doesn’t have any guarantee and now he wants more money. I cut my losses and was able to find someone within 2 hours drive of where I live that provided much better results and customer service. Over $3,500 down the drain not including travel costs. Don’t believe everything you read, a good company doesn’t operate like this.

A month ago Mark Weston performed his magic on my head. I could not be more pleased with his work. His patented system is the only way to go for scalp micro pigmentation. It’s a onetime procedure and is permanent. I researched scalp micro pigmentation for months to find the best, I found it! Great experience! I had my surgery done about a month ago. I wanted to wait 30 days for the ink to cure before I wrote my review just in case there were any hiccups. Needless to say there werent. Amazing experience, Mark is a great guy and I couldnt be happier. The procedure was relatively quick and inexpensive and I know in my hear of hearts I would have my regrets had I gone anywhere else!! Please at least consider him before going anywhere else.

Mark Weston has superior needles, pigment, and skill. The Weston System is the worlds only patented scalp pigmentation system. Mark developed a 3 round needle configuration unlike others who use a single needle. Also, he developed his own SMART pigments that are both natural and organic. This all means only 1 application is needed because the pigment actually stays.I have had several hair transplant procedures with lackluster results. I hoped SMP would give me added density. Unfortunately, after 3 separate SMP procedures with another company, all my pigment faded. That is 3 separate times I took off work, paid airfare and hotel expenses. The photo I’m sharing is the result I had with Mark not since I’ve had someone else redo my head. First and most important, Mark nor Gail have no type of higher education.Do not fall for the new name nor the lab coats in the ads. This is a head tattoo, nothing more/nothing less.Also, do not fall for the “patented system” in essence, this is simply a patent for a tattoo needle head. They are all about trying to hype things to appear that they are better than the other companies out there offering the same head tattooing. But the other companies are transparent about the service and let you know with a written warranty/touch up agreement that in 3 or 4 years you will need a refresh (I have since had mine redone by someone else). Gail well tell you anything that has happened is caused by you and not the fault of them. Look at all the disclaimers on their website to release them from any liability on a touchup. Even when Mark had a good business ethics moment to extend a written touchup for me, Gail refused to honor the written agreement that Mark had extended. She told me that she was the one large and in charge of the whole company. And that all Mark was there to do was make dots. Also note, even for the licensee locations all phone calls and emails go throughGail only( except Mexico has a number posted ...with this update, that location is now closed also). You may want to inquire with Gail why that they do not renew a license agreement after the first year of taking a large licensee agreement fund from these locations. Hmm, you should Be getting the idea of the lack of ethics the Gail possesses towards the customers. Her main goal at this point, with her ADVANCED age, is to fund her retirement on the heads of others . And since her and Mark are not only business partners but romantic partners… Mark turns a blind eye to how she treats the customers . After my bad experience, I suggest to anyone that only do business with a company that has more than one person in charge and controlling everything. Ask for a minimal of two references of former customers to FaceTime, anyone would be glad to share a good experience so that should not be an issue. . Also with the photos I am providing you can tell the lack of quality of work that Mark is providing on the top of the head. Do not fall for the retouched photos that Gail post on their website. Mark Weston is by far the best scalp micro pigmentation artist on the planet. He has been in the business longer than any other company. I can a test to that because I had my procedure done in 2010 (way before a lot of these newer companies appeared) and its still here till this day. He is a kind hearted person that has gone out of his way for me and I am forever grateful. He personally cares about each and every single client that walks into his door. If you really do your research, you can see that no one else was doing follicle size replication until Mark did it. If you look deeper into the facts a majority of the people he trained to become Weston Artist became money hungry and have went on to train most of the well known scalp micro pigmentation artist you see on the web today. So in actuality there wouldnt be a SMP industry if it wasnt for Mark. The things Mark has been through are unreal and he shouldnt have had to go through them in the 1st place. Live in Tampa originally from London England. Post treatment 3day . Finally built up enough courage after 3 years of indecision to go ahead and get the scalp pigmentations. I choose Mark from his exstensive experience and his no Hollywood B S.I was greeted with a warm welcome and went over some do’s and donts about the after care before we started. Within 5 minutes of sitting in the chair starting the procedure I new I had made the right decision going with Mark . He’s extremely confident, explains everything as he goes along and you realize he loves what he does which is changing people lives for the good. His assistant was wonderful and throughout the day she would offer drinks and make sure I was comfortable, lovely lady. The procedure is quite long but the time flew talking with Mark and having a good laugh at times throughout the day . I created a Google account to share my thoughts with the world. I first want to thank Gale and Mark for their straight talk no BS. I also like to say that the many years of experience and the creation of a one of a kind patented needle says alot about who is who in the business of happyness. I also want to put Mark as #1, because this is not about me, me, me. I had only heard of Scalp Micropigmentation for the first time about 5 months before having my procedure. I was intrigued from the very beginning but was quite apprehensive. I started doing research about the same time I was in contact with Justin Chamberland at the Georgia Weston Center in Atlanta. It is the nearest Weston Center to me. I emailed Justin quite a few times and every time he courteously and I must say patiently answered my questions. As my research continued and I investigated many of the Multi-session providers and compared them to the Mark Weston single-session System, it became apparent that there was simply no comparison. I sent Justin my pictures. I never felt any pressure, he just urged me to do my own research.I am 65 and I thought this is ridiculous for me to consider something like this at my age. I had been buzzing my head since my late 40’s. We have tried many methods and we were partners with another SMP company, the results were average and we ended up needing to do multiple touch ups on our clients. I’d like to get right to the point of the matter;Mark Weston is the “real deal” and I would highly recommend him if your considering the procedure.Several months ago I started researching SMP and spoke directly to many of the most popular companies. All promised results and prices which on the surface are initially similar. The method of actually doing the procedure however, is totally different then Mark’s. What inspired me to go with M. Weston was the single day “once and done” method which I’m extremely pleased with. All the other companies I was dealing with promised results, but their process included multi sessions, averaging around 3 to 4. This translates to increased time and money. Personally going through this process, I can’t even fathom doing it more then once. Unless of couse you have a lot of extra time and money. You’re probably skeptical and have researched every smp provider on the internet. Let this review end your search. Mark is not only a professional, but a genuine human being. He is an artist of MANY mediums, which is crucial in this practice. Most smp providers take a course on how to perform this and are off and running with no real skill. Smp is an artistic illusion. It takes someone with a deeper understanding of art combined with years of experience to really give you a product you can be proud of. Other smp clinics fail to reach his single session standards even after they have you return multiple times. Mark is THE MAN.

My decision to have the the scalp micropigmentation procedure was an easy one. And so should yours! I met a former client of Mr. Westons and had joked that I liked his hair cut but that mine was not by choice but rather because I was balding. When he told me it was a tatoo I almost fell down because it looked (and believe it or not felt) like it was real. I know theres no actual hair growth or atleast dont believe there is but it does create an illusion. Well I made the decision on the spot that I was not going to spent the rest of my 40s hidden under a baseball cap because I was uncomfortable being bald. I had my procedure done in ATL and they were incredible to work with. I told them I was ready to go but they wanted to make sure I had the facts and thought through the decision, etc. True professionals in every way. Scheduling was simple and the facility was literally less than a mile from my house. Why did I not do this sooner?? The facility was clean and staff friendly and super helpful. I got a little nervous right before hand but they let me know everything was fine and put me at ease. A few hours later and I had the hair line I had when I was 30. I love it. LOVE IT! I actually had the procedure done over the holidays while my wife and kids were away visiting family and I did not tell them what I was doing. When they walked in the door and saw me for the first time every one of them gave me this peculiar look and did the once over. I kept it up and didnt say anything. Finally, I said, its my hair. Im not bald any more. Its a tatoo. Well she about fell down and her and the kids inspected my head. They were so impressed because it was a subtle change that made a huge impact but even the people that see me every day couldnt notice. That is exactly the change I wanted. I FEEL THE NEED TO HELP MY BALDING BROTHERS!!! READ THIS!!!I found this company online, and after a load of research, I could not find anything bad about this place, nothing that was real that I could find.I spoke with each of the big companies, I asked a lot of questions of the people that answered the phones. What I got was a bunch of I will have to check on that and I will need to have someone get back to you I had 3 of the four call me back, what I got from these people that called me back was: Dont worry about a thing! We ARE THE BEST IN THE WORLD!!!How all the other companies where copying them, they invented it, they have special needles and ink...I went to the Artistry Concepts site again, found the number and called..A man answered the phone and asked me if he could help me.I started to ask this guy all of the questions I asked everyone else, what happened next was epic, and SOLD me..Each question I asked was immediately answered in a no BS, matter of fact form, this guy was on his game. For each thing he answered, he added the answers to just about any question I could think of and then some I had not thought of..Before I even asked him!.. I was sort of taken back, having just talked to the other companies, and the only real answer they gave me, was a price...I then asked him how many jobs the person that would be working on me had done, his answer a little over 3400... I asked if that was the number that all the people together had, or the artist... (I should have read the website better)I was then told in the same no BS way that it was the artist, and that it is Artist, Mark Weston that will be working on you.. OK, so the owner of the longest running scalp pigmentation company in the USA is the one that is going to do my job.. Dint find that at any of the other companies.My next question, how much?? He said send in some photos to him and he would look at them. He told me not everyone is a candidate, if he could not do a job that wasnt going to look natural and exceed my expectations, he would not take my money..!?! Really?? OK, dint expect that either..I started to realize that he kept saying he would do this, and he would do that.. I then asked, is this Mr. Weston?, he said, Yes... OK.. Are you kidding me, I am talking to the owner, the artist, from what I read, the guy that started it all??!! You are, he said...I only had one more question, What do I need to do to get a appointment?I spoke with Mr. Weston for better than 30 minutes, in that thirty min. I learned more about scalp pigmentation and the reality of what the other companies are trying to sell.. I hung up from the call with absolutely NO DOUBT who the true master is.He told me he speaks to every customer personally, who does that in this world anymore?
