2 weeks in a Rowe they did not pick up my recycling in the blue bin, I tried to call City FT Myers for 2 weeks to no avail, all I hear is continuous piano music & no one to talk to. What a shame for this kind of service for tax payers

Called for service of pick up for my larger items of trash since I didn’t know there was specific day and the lady was rude on the phone and could not help me whatsoever, other than repeating herself. Not happy

Customer Service for the City of Fort Myers Utilities is fantastic. Every time I have called, the customer representatives are incredibly nice and bend over backwards to make sure any problem is solved.
