We own a condo in Fort Myers and live up North. After tropical storm Elsa went through southwest Florida, a friend checked on our condo and he found water damage. We received Armstrongs number from a friend. We called them and they were out there almost immediately. They set up all their equipment and dried out our condo. Douglas was amazing. He went over and beyond what we expected. They kept us updated daily with great communication. We felt very comfortable giving them access to our home without us being there. We highly recommend this company.

Nick called before arriving. He inspected the air vent and recommended that we call an AC service to have them clean the ducts before proceeding with air testing or mold remediation. This morning, 7/9/2021, Nick Colaiacomo did a free mold inspection of our home. Nick was very personable, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. My husband and I give him an A+.

We had an inspection report which identified some mold in the house. Armstrong West responded very quickly and their tech (Angel) was extremely professional and courteous. Aside from doing his job, he consulted us along the way on what he was doing, what his findings were and his recommendations for treatment. Once agreed, he carried out the work to a high standard. No hesitation recommending the company.

Nick is such a wonderful boy and his brother mike is such a joy to work with. They do unbelievable work and made my home whole again after the worst disaster you could imagine. I called 3 other companies and never received a call back. After hearing Nicks caring voice I knew I was set.

I discovered while moving my daughters bed that there was green mold in several spots under the bed. So as any concerned parent would do, I tried calling several people. But unfortunately it was Saturday and no one answered.....until Armstrong West. I spoke to a very nice lady who told me that she would pass on the info and have someone contact me as soon as they could. Within a couple of hours Lou, the owner, called and we went over everything over the phone. He then said hed call me Sunday...yes Sunday morning to let me know if he would be able to come over to look at the problem. Lou called at 8:30 and was at my house by 9! He examined everything and reassured me that the issue was isolated and that I should replace the carpet. He also recommended for peace-of-mind to get an air quality test done to check if there are any issues going on elsewhere. THANK YOU LOU!!!! Although your company did not actually have to do any work on the problem, it is that dedication to making sure that my family was safe that will have me refer everyone and anyone that ever requires your services!

Nelson & Sebastian were assigned to mediate a part of our condo unit after a waterline broke and caused water damage. They were courteous and did a great job mitigating the water damage and removing sections of carpet and wallboard that contained mold
