This is a staffing company you might want to think twice before hiring...or even worse, to work for. My experience, they do not promise what they say, one staff member says one thing and another one says otherwise. There is no consistency. The paystubs do not arrive in your e-mail or get lost, you get underpaid and they have no logical explanation. The medical plan they offer is expensive and doesnt work in the majority of the physicians in the SWFL area. So as per my experience...think about it more than once, or be on the lookout if you decide to try them.(Cont) In a response for your answer...You may have the good intentions, but the actions differ. For three (3) weeks I requested to remove the bogus medical benefits that we pay for, its not free as you said, and the deductions continue in my paycheck. I want to believe in your good intentions, but the actions say otherwise. P.S. I am not the only employee that has had this situation. In my division alone, we have at least 5 persons with the same/similar issue. It has been almost 3 months and the glitches continue. If it is not the company, maybe it is the staff running it. I work hard for my money, the least I expect it to get payed accordingly.
