Michelle was absolutely wonderful to talk to after I found out of my fathers passing in his home. I had no clue what I was in for. She was caring and walked me through the process step by step. I called Bio-One from out of state to clean the house of a family member that passed away alone inside. I was initially concerned with trusting a company to go in the empty house unattended.
