Great resource for computer issues

Garry is a wonderful person. He was very helpful, professional and informative. He even shared a bit of humor. He seems to be a people person which these days is quit rare. Today is hard to find people with good attitudes. He is a real asset to your company. When our needs arise we will request his return.

Mike was an excellent technician and very courteous and extremely professional and knowledgable. Knew very quickly what the problem was and was able to diagnose my concerns, I would recommend him most highly and have given his business cards out to my friends, What a joy to have such a professional young person come to the house and remain focused and very polite. I have never met a nicer technician in all my years, I cant say enough about him, he deserves the recognition from those of you who really do read these reviews. Love dealing with this company! I do the maintenance contract so every quarter I get an email to set up an appointment and then they do the maintenance remotely. Its so simple and I know my computer is getting taken care of by professionals. I would and do highly recommend South Florida Tech Group

Garry was very well informed and helpful. I appreciated his patience with explaining the the issues that needed to be fixed with my computer. I also want to say that Tayna was extremely helpful. I called your company at 6:30 AM but was not able to leave a voice mail message. But she returned my call at 9:00 AM and made arrangements for Gary to come out to diagnose the problems that I was having with my computer. Just had my PC preventive maintenance performed by Greg Gonzales, I.T. Consultant of South Florida Tech Group, Inc. and he did a wonderful job. My computer is now running perfectly. I highly recommend this company if anyone is having computer problems. They are very courteous and even gave me a follow up call the next day to be sure that I was satisfied with their service. I cant write enough good things about them.I also had an issue with my Skype and that problem was taken care of with just a phone call. The technician told me to plug my camera wire into a different port and voila, problem solved. These people are the best.

I developed a computer problem of my own making -- tech savvy I am not. I called SFTG and Roger Bueno solved the problem. He demonstrated impressive competency, courtesy, and exceptional patience. Because I am technologically illiterate, he repeated instructions several times and did so with no impatience or demeaning attitude, and seemed to enjoy teaching me. Many thanks.

During my regular quarterly maintenance, Roger Bueno, updated Windows for me. All apparently went well until I discovered that I could no longer print or get access to my printer. The next day, Roger made time to try and resolve the problem. He spent a few hours trying to diagnose and resolve the problem. The day ended with the conclusion we needed to back out of the new release and he would do that the next day. The next afternoon, he determined that the computer did not have a back date available for him to go back to. He concluded that it was a permission problem with Windows and the good news was that he could fix it. He backed up my data and reset Windows back to a default position. He then re-loaded all of the important software, e.g., Office. This all took a long time. In fact, he started at noon and finished the day at close to 7:00 p.m. In all of this time, he never lost his cool. He worked very hard, made my problem his priority, and expertly resolved it. I offered to compensate him for all of the extra time he was spending and he politely but firmly declined. There were also issues with my lap top which he resolved. The bottom line is that I cannot say enough good things about Roger Bueno. He is professional, an expert, and a very positive and valuable asset to South Florida Tech Group.
