Highly recommend coming here - I’m so happy with the results!! I came in to get a bridesmaids dress hemmed and taken in about half an inch on either side. The owner is so nice, professional, and her work is perfect! It took about a week to complete. The dress now fits me like a glove!(Also, While waiting to try my dress on again when picking up, about five other people came in to pick up items as well, all as happy as I was with their results!)

Charlotte is a gem and her work is absolutely amazing! I brought my wedding dress in to have a few different alterations done, and even with the intricacy my dress had, Charlotte did a flawless job. She makes sure she gives you undivided attention during your fittings, spending plenty of time to ensure you are happy with the alterations, and yet the quality that you get for her prices is extremely fair. I picked up my wedding dress yesterday from Charlotte and it fits me like a glove. I was initially worried about having it altered because the dress needed to be shortened by about a foot and it has a ton of detail work along the bottom and the train, so I was worried all of the would need to be cut off. However, Charlotte worked her magic and not only does my dress fit me, but its more beautiful than it was when I bought it! On top of Charlotte being an incredibly skilled seamstress, her prices are fair. I know she put in a ton of work on my dress, due to the amount of layers on the skirt, but I didnt exceed my alterations budget. Charlotte is also an absolute gem to spend any amount of time with. Just like others have said, she will treat you like family.This was the first piece of clothing Ive ever had altered, but if I ever need anything else altered, I will be going to see Charlotte. I will also be referring anyone I know who needs alterations to Charlotte. She is THAT good!

I was getting eloped and had 20 days to get my dress altered. I had brought my dress in on a Friday and needed a few alterations and a bustle added, a week later I was able to pick up my dress and it fit perfectly! I highly recommend getting any alterations done here, wonderful work, done in a timely manner and prices are great.

I made a last minute wedding dress purchase three weeks prior to my wedding date. I brought it in for alterations and she completed everything in a week for an amazing price. Charlotte is amazing! I have brought two different things to her and she did an amazing job with both of them! First was a zipper repair which she completed quickly. The second item was a curtain that I wanted made into 2 curtains for my sidelight windows, again I was very pleased with her work. She is very good at what she does.

Charlotte is THE BEST,I brought in a 40 year old A2 Flight Jacket and need some hand painted patches placed on the back, front and on a sleeve. She removed the in side lining the sown on the all leather patchs which were all hand painted then replaced the in side lining! It came out GREAT! I will be back Charlotte !!!

Wonderful shop. Owner is very personable and sweet. She did extensive work on my wedding dress, did beautiful work. She also let myself and a friend in Agee closing hours !! I was unsure about closing time, ended up coming when it just closed and was all worried because I needed to get the fitting done soon. She was in the back and let us in to do the fitting, even when she was technically closed! She will do everything in her power to make the customer happy. Highly recommend.

I needed lots of work on my mother of the bride dress. It was full length, three layers, lace and appliques and a train. She fixed it to perfection and even made a face mask with the extra fabric!

To date Ive had my wedding dress altered, my fiances vest and wedding pants altered, and two custom pillow cases made. Everything has turned out perfectly and with wonderful timing. I had taken a suit here to get altered years ago, and when the need arose for a dress alteration - I thought I would try Ms. Charlotte again. To my relief, covid didnt close her down. I took in my gown and she did an amazing job changing it to fit my body and making it a so so sparkly dress into a stunning sparkling gown. I then took my bridesmaid gown into her; that had already been altered, and I was told in no uncertain terms, that there was nothing else to be done to it - even though you could still grab a handful of fabric around my back. Ms. Charlotte put in the cups I had taken it in for - and grabbed two pins and voila - instant fit. Yes, the cost is a bit more than your average place, BUT she takes the time to make sure everything is perfect FOR YOU. I highly recommend!

I cannot recommend this place enough and I will not go anywhere else for alterations. I came in extremely panicked because I had been dealing with a dress I ordered online that was still the wrong size after returning it twice. I needed the dress for my engagement pictures, so I was stressed. The owner assured me she could take care of it. She ended up having to take the dress completely apart for it to fit me, which took a ton of effort and time, I’m sure. It was done perfectly and quickly. I was made to feel like a top priority...like a helped family member in distress. Absolutely phenomenal dedication and quality of service.

I just picked up my dress today and I am so happy! I have an event to attend on 11/8, and the dress I needed altered has very delicate and detailed lace throughout. The floor length dress is a large which fits my bottom half nicely but the top is too big for my chest. She had it taken in and also reinforced one of the buttons on the back that was loose. I tried it on today and I am one very happy and thankful customer! It fits beautifully and looks as if nothing was even changed, so excited to wear this next week.THANK YOU THANK YOU to you both for your excellent work! I always bring all of my clothes here and she always does a fantastic job. I’ve had 3 pairs of pants and a shirt hemmed and they all came out absolutely perfect. I don’t trust anybody else. The turnaround is incredibly fast and prices are extremely good! I have short legs so all of my work slacks have to be shortened and they look like they were made just for me.

Charlotte is the best by far! It is rare to find someone with an expert level of knowledge of different materials and fabrics. I brought her my wedding dress in November 2016 and she altered it perfectly for me! She has an amazing eye for detail! I brought my mothers vintage wedding dress in for alterations to use in my own upcoming wedding. Charlotte was very patient as we decided on the small changes wed like to make to the dress, and offered her opinion on how to keep the beauty of the dress in tact. After two or three fittings she made the dress a perfect fit for me! Since the dress was preserved in a box for so long, the wrinkles did not come out completely with her steamer, but she recommended a place to take it for further steaming. I am very happy with her service and will recommend Perfect Fit to others who need alterations.

This woman is so wonderful. She welcomed me right in even though I only gave her two days, during the week of Thanksgiving at that, to hem my wedding dress. I had it back the very next morning. The work was beautiful, and she’d steamed it for me. She had me put it back on to make sure it was perfect, and it was. Loved her, loved her work, loved the service. Definitely worth every dime.

I came to perfect fit alterations with a wedding dress that was a size 10 and I am a size 4. I also had high expectations and wild dreams. I wanted removable sleeves added, buttons down the back, and five bustles for my extremely puffy dress . Charlotte not only made my dress fit perfectly but she all made all the additions I asked and made it work beautifully. I am sooooo extremely happy with how my dress worked out. Many of my friends and family members were scared and thankful that they were not the ones to alter my dress because I am very much a perfectionist. I took a chance by ordering my wedding dress online because I fell in love with it the moment I saw it. Its a mermaid/trumpet style gown and im not great with measurements so I figured I would probably need to get it altered to fit better anyway but I definitely did NOT expect it to be 3-4 sizes too big! I brought it into perfect fit alterations and she really made it the PERFECT FIT. I am extremely grateful. My wedding was last weekend 1/12 and I did not want to take my dress off at all. Highly recommend this place.I have been going here for years and will not use anyone else but Perfect Fit Alterations. Charlotte and Jesse have altered thousands of dollars worth of my business clothes (button-ups, slacks, suits, etc) and have done an excellent job. I’ve had a total of 25 button-ups, 15 pairs of slacks, and 2 suits done here. They rarely make mistakes and if they do, they fix it, no questions asked.

Charlotte is such a sweet lady! I needed alterations done on my wedding reception dress. I called Charlotte and she told me to stop in at anytime, no appt needed. I drove straight there, tried on my dress and talked about what needed to be altered so it would fit the way that I wanted it to. She told me she would have it ready for me in 2 weeks. I just picked it up and its even more perfect then I imagined! She does GREAT work and I thought the prices were very reasonable, especially for all of the extra things that needed to be done to my dress. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Dropped my dress off a week ago to have it taken in for my sons wedding and She said it would be ready in 1 week which was TODAY, she couldn’t find my dress and asked me to come see if I can find it in the back room ! She finally found it and had not even touched my dress!! I asked her why she had my dress for a week and never touched it . She said she thought it was for Friday( sons wedding is Saturday the 18th) so NO !! Her response was it’s not the end of Monday yet! No way was I leaving my dress there! I took it and left and found a new place to take it ! WORST ALTERATION PLACE EVER ! So unprofessional

ABSOLUTELY horrible. Couldn’t recommend you not to go here enough.Made the dress sewed to high up, them told me to come all the way back, and then overcharged me. Lying to your customers is never the resolution. Very sad, will not return here ever again. Expect your prices to be triple the price when you go back to pay.

Was recommended and was not disappointed! Had them customize a deadpool cosplay and was not easy but they nailed the fitting . it was perfect . Im sure a suit would be a breeze for them. highly recommend Perfect Fit Alterations for any fitting needs!

Miracle worker. I had a wedding dress that didnt even come close to closing. She was able to let it all the way out. When I still wasnt comfortable she put in a corset back. Its gorgous and I can move freely. Great work.

I first went to Charlotte and got an estimate. I wanted to be sure the dress would look great and the price point was affordable. Charlotte looked at my dress and gave me an estimate, I wasnt sure if this was a good deal so charlotte told me I could take time to look around and compare prices. I took the dress to three other places and each place got really frustrated and told me I would be better off getting another dress. That was not an option since we had ordered the dresses 7 weeks prior and a new dress wouldnt be back in time. Not only were the other places clueless on how they would fix the dress (getting frustrated I brought it in) but they also were quoting almost double what Perfect Fit Alterations quoted me! I took the dress back to Charlotte and Im glad I did! I was so worried about how the dress would turn out because it required dramatic alterations, but it ended up turning out beautiful!I was so happy with the services and Charlottes skill set that I also had Charlotte hemmed a bunch of pants and dresses I brought in. Pricing was good, turn around was very very quick and quality of work was high! Plus, shes wonderful and friendly!I am so happy I was able to meet her and do business with her!
