We had a water loss in our kitchen so I called my Shelter Insurance Agent and he referred me to Drying Specialists. Then manager, Michael Tisdell, had someone come out to dry our kitchen within 30 minutes of loss. Bruce and Stephen were very kind, knowledgeable, professional, and hardworking individuals. At the end of it all, we were more than satisfied with the work of Drying Specialist and are very happy with the outcome of our kitchen. I will absolutely recommend Drying Specialists to anyone who has an insurance claim or needs a repair.

Drying specialist removed the ceiling in our house due to water damage from the roofers. They did not remove our furniture from the room and dropped the ceiling on top of our desk and bookcase. Now three and a half months later we still have damaged furniture and no resolution to this problem. They have tried to send furniture repair people out all have had the same answer(it is not repairable). They have ruined $6000.00 worth of office furniture and dont want to pay for it. I would not recommend letting the drying specialist into your residence

We had leak from our dishwasher and Drying Specalist got to our house in less than 30 minutes. The techs identified the source and efficiently dried the floor.The tech and office staff were all very professional and were able to answer any question that we had.I could not believe how easy and painfree Drying Specalist made this experince for our family.
