Ive rented multiple times from Regal and it has been great! You cant beat the price and the convenience. Tom and Kim make the process quick and easy! The van we rented was not perfect, but who needs it to be? It was reliable and provided what we needed for the week. Excellent customer service and we will definitely use them again!

Regal Car rental has their own place in the market. If you are looking for good customer service and an inexpensive rental, than they are the best best! You are not going to get late model, beautiful vehicles, but you are not going to pay the price associated with those types of vehicles either.I used a Regal car for three months while transitioning from AZ to FL and the car was dependable and always got me where I needed to go.

I would recommend Regal to anyone. Absolutely great service. Pete met us at the airport and even helped with our luggage. Once we got back to the office it only took a few min to get the paperwork done and on our way. The car was clean and ran great. We rented a Ford Taurus from Regal Car Rentals for 2 months - Jan / Feb, 2015. Pete and Joyce were very kind and courteous. The car was clean and ran great. The were very professional. When I returned back to Canada I received a call from Pete. He said I left a GPS case in the car. He sent it back by UPS and even paid the delivery charge. Now that is customer satisfaction and professional, honest people. Thank you.....We will rent again any time with Regal.

Have been renting from Regal for the last 3 years for the month of February. Pete and Joyce are so accommodating and make it very easy for pick up and return. We rent two vans for our group and they are very clean and run efficiently. The price is right and convenience makes it a pleasant experience. We rented a car from Regal Car Rental in Fort Myers, Fl October 2015. The experience was completely positive. Pete met us at the airport helped with the luggage and drove us back to his office ( 5-10 minutes) did the paperwork, quicker than the big boys, and we were on our way. The car was not new, it was spotless and ran perfectly. The price was less than half of what the big companies charge.Pete and Joyce were so nice to do business with I wont rent from anyone else. What a joy to rent a car from Regal! When we first inquired about a car for the month of March 2016, they had none available. After a couple days Pete called and asked if we still needed one, that they were looking at buying another car for the fleet and if we want dot rent they would buy it now. WOW! No way you get those calls from the big guys. We had a battery issue and Pete came and swapped one in and out while we were enjoying a cocktail party! Talk about a no hassle policy!! Next time we need a car in SWF - REGAL gets the call!

This is the best kept car rental secret in Fort Meyers. I rented with them last year and did not get a chance to call them until a few days before my visit to Fort Meyers this year. Tom told me that he did not have anything at the moment but to check back with him everyday. The day before I landed he got a car back from service and was able to hook me up. No other car rental place would have given this type of service especially at a quarter the price. Regal has my business every time I am in Fort Meyers from now on.

I recently rented a mini van from Regal Car Rental in Fort Myers, Florida. I got a very nice late model van for less than half the price of a major car rental company at the airport and Regal willpick you up and return you to the airport. Renting our car from Regal was like having a favorite Uncle who moved to Florida and is meeting you at the airport and lending you his car. How cool is THAT? But seriously, it was a smooth experience for us, we were indeed met at the baggage claim area, and we even had a panic attack when my wifes cell phone went missing at the airport. Pete hung out and waited while it was located (YAY!) and pretended not to be worried about our frantic energy. Everything calmed down from there and we got a great car for a great price from super nice people. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. My husband and I just rented from Regal Car Rental for the first time. Because we wanted to avoid the shuttle bus and long lines that we have experienced with the big rental companies, and because of the great reviews, we dared to try Regal. Tom said that he would have a car for us right outside the baggage claim at Fort Myers Airport, and the car was just where he said. He also told us it would be a flat rate, as long as we didnt go outside of a 100 mile radius of his office, and that was true. We drove the car to Marco Island and back several times while I took scuba lessons, and there was no extra charge for mileage. I loved the no-pressure sale, flat-rate, and the fact that everything was exactly how he promised it would be. We will definitely call Regal the next time were in the area. Thank you, Tom!

Couldnt be happier with the service Regal provides. This is the second time we have rented from Tom. We were picked up promptly at the airport, completed the paperwork quickly and were on our way to a great vacation!Part way through our 3 weeks, the car we were using had a problem with what seemed to be the battery. Tom immediately came out to our home and replaced the battery. He then had us take it to a shop and they found that the alternator was bad. Instead of having to wait, Regal replaced our vehicle with a mini van and we were on our way. No excuses whatsoever, just a prompt solution to the issue.Best customer service ever!!

So you can rent from the big companies at the airport and get an expensive shiny newish car or you can rent from Regal and get a slightly older yet perfectly fine car and save money. Pete (owner of Regal) met me at the RSW airport in the baggage claim area and drove us to his office where we signed the rental agreements. We then went on to HARBOUR HOUSE AT THE INN in Ft Myers Beach for 10 days of R&R. We like to stay in the corner unit on the 3rd floor at Harbour House. On the way back we drove to Petes offices and Pete then drove us back to RSW. Couldnt be easier. The car was very clean and got us around safely as any car should. No issues. Ive tried all of the airport rental agencies and they are fine but just cost more. I would certainly rent from Regal again.

WOW Pete is great! Picked us up at luggage claim and put our luggage in his van. Drove us to the rental agency we filled out paperwork and our vacation starts. The van was not new,but who needs that? the A/C worked and it took us everywhere we wanted to go!! Got a great DEAL$$$ save $300.00 over Avis,Budget ETC during spring break! I am a leading Reviewer on Trip Advisor and if I could there I would give him 5 STARS.. If you want to look like a BIGSHOT in a new rental then go ahead and get Enterprise and blow $300 or more. Flying with kids is tough, so we loved being able to skip the rental line and have the owner Pete waiting for us at baggage claim. Having an extra set of hands to help with our luggage was a lifesaver.

Regal Car Rental is the only company we use when visiting SW FL. Personal service, great vehicles, and prices that blow away the big car rental agencies. My sister was visiting at the same time and paid DOUBLE what we did. She will be renting from Regal next trip. If you need a rental while visiting, this is the place!

I first used Regal Car Rental in November 2013 for a weekly rental and was completely satisfied with the price, the vehicle, and most especially the Customer Service. It was a complete surprise to pay under $300 for renting a Ford Taurus for a full week. The Rental Car Agencies at the Fort Myers Airport were charging anywhere from $750 to $1,100 for a week. Then they had the audacity to charge for my husband to be added as an extra driver and to pay ala-carte for other services that were included in Regals price. When I asked the Enterprise agent why he was being so pushy, he told me that they make most of their income from commissions for ala-carte items. Tom, the owner, picked us up at the Airport, assisted with our bags, loaded the car, went to his office that is less than 10 minutes away, signed the Agreement and we were on our way. I also referred my skeptical brother to use Toms company for a February vacation and he also was completely satisfied. I highly recommend Regal Car Rental and am not afraid to refer them to anyone.

Regal Car Rental claims to be significantly cheaper than others. However it took me three attempts to get them to respond to a rental inquiry for the winter of 2015. When they finally did respond, they were not significantly cheaper than the name brand companies. Secondly, I specifically requested a written response by E-mail, asking them to state price, and make and model of the rental car. I received a telephone call. Not the way I like to do business. This could leave me arriving in Florida with no confirmation in hand but someones deniable word over the telephone.

Great rental agency, very friendly owners.
