We stayed here over spring break on a family vacation my wife and three kids.cost us almost $1000 for 5 nights. Nevertheless it wasnt what we thought it was going to be like best way to describe it as Rundown we stay there one night cut our losses and stayed at a hotel. My seven-year-old son looked at me when we got there and started crying saying Dad we dont have to stay here do we. That was enough for me.

Its like your own apartment. Frank couldnt of made it any easier to rent. The sharing of small pool and hot tub was unexpected. But this is still a really nice place!! Bikes are in great shape and pumps are available for use. We will definitely be renting from Frank again!

Three stars for the great location, nice neighborhood, and the property is clean and well maintained. The negatives: There is a unit above this one and we could hear every single step they took. It is nicely decorated, but the furnishings are sparse. No dressers in the bedrooms, no decent cookstove, the only seating in the living area are 2 dorm room style futons that are very uncomfortable to sit on. No washer and dryer, though there is a spot for them. The rear screened patio is nice, but the AC unit is so noisy, you can barely stand to be out there, plus you have to listen to the neighbor’s dog bark. The real disappointment for us is that, although it is supposed to be nonsmoking (we are both allergic), the unit reeks of stale smoke.

Cozy and clean apartment in Fort Myers. Quiet zone and close to Fort Myers Beach.

The house is older and only brushed up. The change was neglected. The hot tub is very dirty. The terrace was in need of renovation.Inside the apartment is nice and big. It has everything you need for a vacation. However, the apartment is ring-proof.Communication with the landlord was very slow. There was no response to our negative feedback.For the price, the apartment was still OK. Anyone who is out and about during the day and looking for a cheap apartment is certainly not badly served.

Very cool apartment in a nice and quiet area. Unfortunately there is a little small animal going around every now and then. Nevertheless, I would book this apartment again.
