I dealt mostly with Robert, the owner. He walked me through the whole tub resurfacing process. He provided me with his licensing and insurance forms. Robert is very patient, friendly and happy to help. The tub was resurfaced quickly and on time and it looks almost new again. I’m really glad that offered a nonslip tub bottom. It’s amazing how my ugly tub was transformed into a shiny, new looking tub with a 10 year warranty. How can you beat that and keep a tub out of the landfill?

When we had an accident which broke a hole in a very expensive Jacuzzi tub, someone recommended I call the tropical tub doctor. Even though it was late in the day, he picked up on the 1st ring, gave me a quote over the phone (which was half the cost I expected), and the tub was repaired before lunch time the following day for exactly what he quoted me! You can inspect that tub with a magnifying glass and never find any trace of where the hole was!Responsive, fast, friendly, honest, affordable and perfect craftmanship - seriously what else could you ask for?? Thanks to The Tropical Tub Doctor for repairing the bathtub in my rental property! My tenant fell and made a huge hole in the tub. I thought I was going to have to replace the entire tub/shower combo, but The TTD was able to repair the hole for just much cheaper than the replacement would have been. Great work... you cannot tell where the hole was at all... the color match is perfect.

Robert did a bath tub 4 years ago for us and took the old tub and looked new when done. This fall we had some work done and a hammer got dropped on the tub. We called Robert on Friday and he was come out on Monday and made it look new again...made our day and to top the great professional job there was no charge. I Foolishly tried to refinish my own tub.I really made a mess! I called Tropical tub Doctor and Now my tub looks like New! They did a great job.They were courteous, prompt and left things spotless!

They came out and refinished my outdated bathtub and it looks fabulous! Just like brand-new again. Highly recommended company!

This guy came out to fix a damaged tub. Did not do a thorough job. When asked to come back and complete his job he did not. However he did take full payment before he would commence the job via CC and would not refund any of it since he did not complete this job. We had to get another company to do the job correctly and pay twice . Do not give this scheister any of your money!!
