From start to finish: they were excellent! The salesman was professional, courteous, and really knew the product. The office was responsive to our questions and inquiries. The installation crew were professional, courteous, on time, and cleaned up after the job was finished. We installed 10 hurricane impact windows. We are very satisfied with our entire experience. We would definitely recommend FHIA.

My Installers Carlos Quintana, Orestes were excellent respectful men, knowledgeable, explained everything to us. Cleaned everything up and you couldn’t tell they were even there. They covered everything in the rooms with plastic, and took pride in their work! They did an outstanding job, and we highly recommended them. They are an asset to Florida Home Improvement Association. Steve Mammon, field manager, and Chad Sturgeon, operations manager were very helpful to us also. We also had Julie Sturgeon, administration assistant to coordinate everything. We highly recommended this team!

We had 6 windows and 4 sliding doors done, our installer Carlos and his teammate were amazing! they were very professional and meticulous in their work. They did not rush anything! every window and slider was done with the same quality as the last. I really appreciate that they were clean and made sure after each window/slider install that the area was put back together. The whole process with FHIA from start to finish was really easy and straight forward. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get windows installed.

The installers that came to install our windows were awesome. They installed 12 windows in 9 hours without even stopping. I really appreciated how clean they were and left our home looking exactly like it did when they showed up. The customer service was spot on (Joe, Jules, Kevin, and Chad!! Was a great experience from start to finish. The sales man, Pete, was so professional and kind and understood my budget and timeline and found solutions to work. They stuck to the timeline and the day of the install, the guys showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job - our inspector was impressed with both the windows and the install. He stopped by with all his information and demonstrated the type of glass and windows most suited for our home, taking careful consideration what would be the easiest for us opening and cleaning of these Windows . Im so happy with the service and installation of 2 glass sliders from FHIA. They stayed in communication with me during the whole process since I signed my contract. The installers showed up on time, were very professional, did an excellent job with the install and cleaned up when done. Within 2 days, the job was done including city inspection and installer returning to complete job. I would highly recommend FHIA!

I was simply amazed! The staff from customer service to the on site supervisor. Every one was on point. I’m a 25 year military man, being on time and during quality work all in correspondence with each other is a beautiful thing. This team is well worth 5 stars.

Here in Florida I have not found many reputable businesses with employees that show up on time and this company exceeded my expectations. From the sales person Joe Comforti to the installers, I felt at ease and I was kept updated every step of the process. When they finished the job, they had me keep the stickers on the window until it was inspected and then they sent a person to come out and take the window stickers off and clean the window. I wouldnt hesitate to hire them for any other project that I may need that they could service. We attend local home shows and also see Lori there showing their products. The quality of their product and the warranty are amazing.

Dave Borkowski presented the Impact Window packages to us. We have met with 3 prior to him. I have a long history in New Construction/Remodeling; still, the information provided is important and presented clearly and concisely. I was surprised at how much real information he is able to share in the presentation, ensuring that every homeowner will really understand the products available on the market and why the window construction really matters. I highly recommend this sales consultant and this company.

Price was reasonable, excellent product, good workmanship. However, one of the windows came in broken, since the old window had already been removed they went ahead and installed the damaged one. After waiting a couple of weeks for it to be replaced I called and explained what happen. I was told as soon as a replacement came in someone would be out to replace the damaged window. So a year later, after I called to remind them the window hadn’t been replaced and they had to place a order for a new window. It was replaced a couple of weeks after that.Part of the sales pitch was that the windows would be washed once they were installed. That never happened.Things like that happen. Regardless I would use the company again if I had need. Which at this time I do not.

Placed a request online to get a quote on new windows. They called me 8 times on Easter Day. I asked if they could please call back on Monday. Never called back. I called today and told them I am gathering estimates. He sends me over to scheduling. She wants to know whats wrong with my roof.....I explain again what I need and that we are taking estimates. Refused to schedule it because my wife HAD to be there. I thought I was back in the 1980s dealing with a Vacuum Cleaner Sales person!!!I told her no thank you, we would go elsewhere.Apparently, this business model works for everyone. I have called 10 different companies and they all wanted everyone to be there.We will go to plan B.

Very pleased with the installation. Installers were very neat and clean. We were on a time crunch and the time line was met.If there was a negative it was they do not touch up any paint marks.

I have used this company to perform several tasks for me number one and and first priority were hurricane windows and doors. They came in and Peter the salesman went through everything about the windows. He explained to me they’d save fuel costs by using less energy. The windows would protect my homes interior by their rating. The aesthetic look I thought fit what I wanted. I also hired them to replace the facings on my kitchen cabinets and drawers. Also as another job I hired them to replace all the shelves and all my kitchen cabinets with rollout drawers. Which they did and they were eight of varying sizes especially the width. There are people showed up. They came spot on they walked in did their jobs took measurements took pictures discussed options that I had not talk to Peter about. They came in they did the job on a day and a time schedule for them to be there. They made sure they or their subcontractors maintain the highest professional standards. They came they wiped and swept, they vacuumed and made sure everything was clean and tight. And when they finally came and put the new granite counters down and my sink I have been over the moon since I took pictures posted them on Facebook to my children to my friends over the moon. Thank you very much FHIA for your extreme professionalism and they let me slide a couple of days on my bill as it was ending one billing cycle and starting on the next one which gave me almost 2 months to pay their bill on my credit cars. They did not request a deposit. They presented me with the final bill and I paid it. And to Jules in the office thank you very much there’s really nothing else I could say except every contact I had with every person that was the Number one representative to discuss whatever that stage of the remodel was. I cannot wait till they come in October and do my bathrooms over. And FYI my daughters having the first grandchild baby in November and got her windows in her house from Peter and that great company FHIA. And if I want to recommend him to anyone else you know if I recommended the company to my daughter then I believe you could answer that thank you

My wife and I are in the beginning stages of replacing several windows in our home and through BJs we met with Kory Edward’s from FHIA. Kory was very professional and extremely helpful in answering our questions as we move in the direction on purchasing windows.

I think I paid you much for what I got. Standard Windows cannot be open from the inside for cleaning. I was told there is a coating on the glass that resists dirt but now I am going to have to be on the outside of the house to clean the windows as that did not come to pass.

Refused to come out to my house after they already scheduled an appointment with me for French doors. They called me back to say I wasn’t worth their time. Horrible customer experience!!!

Needed to replace sliding glass doors and Wanted hurricane impact. Met a representative at a home show. They came out within a day and explained the whole system to us. We were very impressed with that and went ahead with them. The installation was extremely professional and we couldn’t be happier with the doors. Thank you.

Never identified themselves when verification was done for appointment so I didn’t know the phone number and thought it was a scam. On the third phone call then they remembered too leave a voicemail but by that time it was past the appointment time for them to be there. Lost a customer because of it and I told Jennifer that. But they still kept calling me to verify appointment after I had told them earlier NO. Business today have poor organizational systems and when they waste customers time it just makes for bad reviews.

They never came back and finished. My screen for the slider is still sitting in my garage waiting to be installed.

Field Manager Rick Lichtenwalter was also helpful. Came to check up on things at the house twice. I am so happy that I chose FHIA to install my hurricane impact windows. I could not have picked a better company. Warranties are also phenomenal. Lifetime warranty on parts and labor. What else can you ask for. Unfortunately I can only rate this company on trying to make an appointment to have my kitchen cabinets refaced. First appt was made on a Friday for the next Wednesday at 2 pm with a really nice person. Received a text 45 min before appt time to confirm which we did. A few minutes later we received a call saying it was “to last minute” to come out? So they were canceling. I contacted the nice person who apologized and said he would make it right. Made another appt for that Friday at 2 pm. Didn’t get any confirmation so contacted nice person again Friday at 1 pm, he said he would check with back office. Received a confirmation for 3 pm not 2 pm but ok fine. Then five minutes later received a call that they were going to have to cancel they were to busy. Then 15 minutes later received another call from different person calling to cancel again. Ok I get it, this company is to busy to do a kitchen remodel in Naples. Sorry to bother you.

The attention and service is perfect nice people

My experience with FHIA and the installation of all my new windows and sliders was great or I should say excellent...the installers were very nice young men who new their trade and preformed it efficiently and neatly. They cleaned up each window area as they went through each window install. I didnt have to do anything...I would recommend FHIA Company to anyone. Tom Greene, operations mgr. was so efficient, pleasent and polite to work with and came to job site each day. Eric Lichtenwalter, field mgr. was also very efficient in his duties and checked everything as things were proceding. Took only 2 days for install. Passed final inspection immediately by Lee County inspectors. Nothing had to be redone...Now I feel really safe from any hurricanes as well as possible breakins. One happy customer, Sue Vogel
